Today this story is gonna be about birds, in this lesson we are gonna be talking about birds, The Macaw. Its kinda funny if you really think about it you would probably think hmm Macaws what do I already know about them, Well I know they are colorful that's probably it but if you wanna know much more about them I recommend reading it. Macaws are very interesting birds. These birds live in the rain forest, you probably already know that if you watched Rio. In my opinion that isn't a movie to watch if you wanna get facts about Macaws. Macaws are Omnivores, that means they both eat meat and plant for those of you who forgot what a Omnivore is. Did you know that there is 17 different types of Macaws, and several endangered, that is a very important word endangered, that means there is only a few left of a species in this case a Macaw Bird. Flocks sleep in trees at night and may get up early in the morning for a meal such as nuts, insects, and snails. To us humans we think ewe Insects and snails I would never want to eat that. Same here, but these birds are wild and they don't have special meals to eat every day. Macaws are Intelligent birds, that often gather in flocks with 10 to 30 birds in each flock! Macaws have very strong griping claws to grab Branches and nests. The coloring of these birds are set to live in Central and South American, rain forests. Macaws have overly big beaks to crack nuts and berries that have a shell. They're loud Calls, Squawks, and Screams are used to echo threw the forest canopy. Macaws have gracefully long tails, which are longer than their body! People have been taking Macaws out of their homes to keep as pets that is one reason why Macaws are going endangered. I know a lot of people want to have a pet Macaw I would want one but I would not want to steal them out of their home and besides I already have a wonderful pet bird she is a Finch. I know it was a bad dog of me to attack Ivy I regret it believe it or not."I can't believe Iris did that mom"said Anthony, I could hear him saying that from the glass window. I felt bad about what I did. 3 years later we still have Ivy, and I have to admit I was still jealous of Ivy. "Well i'm still much more cuter than you"I said to Ivy, who am I kidding I was ugly now that I got old. I was 11! Anthony just turned 21! Chris is 16! Danica is 10! Dang now that I think about it we are all old. Boxers live till 4-10 so i'm prepared for when my time comes if you know what I mean.It means die, I am not exited for it I will miss my family.Well I don't like to talk about it so anyways lets move on I'll get back to the story enough about me.This is the most important part of my live so please listen. I woke up one day I couldn't get off of bed, I felt really tired for some reason I got really scared I didn't want to go yet. The family came down stairs. "Iris want a treat?" said Anthony. "Well yeah of course I do" I said, or actually thought in my head. He saw me try to get up then a tear ran down is cheek oh no.I used to get up as easy as pie but not today. He yelled "MOM PLEASE COME DOWN HERE NOW!"."Anthony whats wrong?"asked Elisa."It's It's Iris"Anthony tried to hold back his tears. "Elisa looked at me still trying to get up I just couldn't so I gave up then looked at her. "No please God not today please please please"said Elisa. Danica came down stairs and saw me she had to go to school. "No God why today why why why"said Danica."Danica it's okay lets get to school"said Elisa. Elisa told Anthony and Chris about the new baby that is coming then Anthony started crying I didn't know why "I wanted to be the 2nd youngest one to the family but now i'm gonna be the 3rd oldest one!" cried Anthony. "Anthony it's okay now you have a big responsibility and its your job to take care of me and the new baby and i'm sure the new baby is gonna look up to you" answered Chris. "Your right Chris" said Elisa "Now you have a big responsibility to take care of your brother and your new baby sibling" Elisa explained. Anthony wiped off his tears "oh I guess you guys are right I do have a job to take care of all my siblings mom". "Anyways mom what are gonna name the baby and is it a girl or boy?" asked Chris. "Well your dad and I don't really know if its a girl or boy yet and we were thinking of the name Emma?" said Elisa."Emma sounds fine I guess" said Anthony. 1 day later dad or I just found out his name was Marcelo came home from where he worked and he worked at Honda and when he came home he talked to Elisa. "How about the name Danica Elisa?"asked Marcelo."Oh my that is the best name I have ever heard how did you come up with it Marcelo?" asked Elisa."Well i was at work and I saw a poster of Danica Patrick the race car driver and I thought to myself hmm Danica? That is a great name I better go home and tell Elisa"Marcelo told Elisa. "That is a great name Marcelo" said Elisa. Marcelo and Elisa ended up using that name and they told the boys "So Anthony Chris your dad and I were talking and we came up with the name Danica do u guys like it?" said Elisa. They loved it and when the conversation was over Anthony went back to playing his guitar. Anthony learned all the cords and a couple Led Zeppelin songs. 1 day later they found out it was gonna be a girl and Elisa and Marcelo told the boys and they got really happy. 4 days later the baby came and Anthony and Chris got to hold Danica and they were all happy with the new baby all of the family came and saw Danica.…

I got scared because I heard Elisa talking to the kids about her cousin posting a picture of her dog that had a litter of puppies."So Anthony Chris Danica my cousin just posted a picture of her dog and it says My little puppy is all grown up today and she just had puppies"Elisa told the kids."If they get a puppy I won't be the cutest one and they won't love me" I thought to myself. 6 weeks later we got the new puppy she was still very little and definitely a puppy. Chris went with his uncle, which his name was Robert or as they called him Uncle Robert. Anyways they went and got the puppy and brought her home. Uncle Robert got a puppy too. When they brought the new puppy in the house I started to bark because another dog was coming in to my home and I had to protect my family. Then, I saw that the puppy was a boxer dog too. When i got to meet her she was nice and a little shy."Um hi my name is Lady but now my new owners call me Ivy, whats your name?" said Ivy."My name is Iris why are you in MY home!?"I said."Well I um someone picked me up and they brought me here"said Ivy. Then Ivy went off to play with Uncle Roberts puppy, the other puppy's name was Buster he was friendly to but I was paying more attention to Ivy because she was the one who was gonna live with me. Elisa put me in the other living room because she was afraid that i was gonna attack such little puppies. Although I was old already I didn't really know what I was doing. So I was about to attack Ivy so I get why Elisa put me in the other living room I couldn't help but attack. 5 days later Anthony and Danica mostly kinda Chris would play with Ivy and I would be sleeping the whole time because I was getting old and I need sleep. 3 weeks later Ivy got so much attention I got jealous and I attacked her in front of my family and they came a stopped me. Anthony grabbed me by the collar and pulled me back and Elisa picked up Ivy and hugged her. Then Chris yelled at me "BAD DOG IRIS BAD DOG"I went outside....…

I went up to Danica, I can guess what you would think I would do, bite her right? Well i'm not that kind of dog I am gentle and kind and I went up to Danica and she got kinda scared so I started licking her she started crying. I didn't know why she was crying but maybe she has never had a dog lick her? Then, Elisa came in the room and yelled at me "Iris bad dog"said Elisa. I thought to myself "Bad dog? No i'm a good dog all I did was lick Danica. "Go outside NOW" said Elisa.I started to feel like she didn't love me I got sad and I followed her orders and went out side."Mom its okay Iris didn't do anything wrong all she did was lick her I saw Iris do that with my own two eyes"said Anthony coming into the living room. "Well awe now I feel bad because I just yelled at Iris"said Elisa feeling bad about how she treated me. I thought to myself "Oh she didn't mean it I guess she thought I bit her I would never". 5 years later i was already 7! I felt like an old lady now. Danica kept getting sick and nobody else maybe it was something that had to do with the house? Well Danica was already 6 she just turned 6 . We moved and we found a house that had a 2 story and that's what Elisa and Anthony and Chris and Marcelo always said I think that means that it has a up stairs and a down stairs. Right when we moved in it felt like we just entered another galaxy and it was like breathing new air. It was lovely! First we killed a few spiders that have been chilling in the house before we came. Then, we moved all our stuff in then we were ready. That night, we went and got pizza and brought it home to eat. Then, Anthony asked Elisa "Mom can i give Iris a piece of pizza?". "Sure"said Elisa. Anthony gave me a piece of pizza what do u know? I get a bubble like giggly thing on my leg I guess I was allergic to pizza or something.The 2 years later I am 9 and Danica is 9 also. Then that night Elisa comes home and she sees a picture her cousin's dog just has a litter of pups. Oh no.........…

Hi my name is Iris and i'm gonna tell you about my life. One day a little boy was at the dog shelter. "I am looking for a cute little boxer puppy" said the little boy to the lady. "well okay lets start looking" said the lady. Next, the little boy and the lady started looking for a cute boxer puppy. The lady pointed at a little cute boxer puppy and said "Anthony how about this one" he said "hmm I don't know about that one lets keep looking". Then, the little boy pointed at me and he said " this one" in a happy voice. I got kinda surprised because no one wanted me. Then, the lady said "okay" the boy got super happy. Next, they ended up getting me then they took me to their house. When we got there he came up to me and said "hmm what should I name you" he paused. "I will name you Iris" I got super happy because I loved that name! Then, his mom shouted "Anthony lets go eat somewhere" I guess Anthony was the little boy's name. "Hold on mom I will be right there" said Anthony. 5 days later me and Anthony and his mom I figured out the mom's name was Elisa we all got to play with each other more and more. All of the sudden Anthony's mom said "Anthony i'm gonna have a baby its a..... boy your gonna have a brother". Anthony paused and then he screamed in joy and said "oh my gosh i'm so happy" I didn't know what was going on so I barked then Anthony said " Its okay Iris i'm happy no need to be scared". Now I knew that when he jumps and screams that means he is happy. 10 days later the baby boy was born and Elisa named the baby boy Chris. Chris was very friendly and when he would cry it would get annoying but I got over it because he got older and when he was 6 he didn't cry anymore. Also, I got older I was 2 years old when Chris didn't cry anymore . 15 days later Elisa said "Chris Anthony come here please" and they both said okay mom so they went up stairs and Anthony said "whats wrong mom" Chris said " yeah whats wrong? Elisa said i'm gonna have another baby. To Be Continued…
