I write whenever I can and publish just the same, but the occasional 1/10 actually ends up becoming a full length and published story. These are the drafts I didn't finish or didn't feel right with. All written with the same pairing for no reason? Feel free to take ideas or whatnot. I can expand on them for you but just. Credit me. Whatever. I don't care.…

Losing Touch [Brallon]//(Book 1)

Losing Touch [Brallon]//(Book 1)

Dallon Weekes has been written into ancient lore a dozen times over. Not a soul can forget his name, his strength, his prestige and honor. The known world turns to him to defend them against monsters galore. The townspeople that elected him to rule their city look to him for guidance. With Brendon by his side since childhood, there is little he can't accomplish. He is, in every sense of the word, a hero. However, the war raging between the most powerful cities in the region has to come to an end soon. When his name is called to end the war, there is no escape. Having sat passively on his throne for years, he's not sure he is still the fabled hero he used to be. He's won fights with horrific beasts before, this war is different, and he can't seem to recognize himself anymore. The war has been raging for decades and has brought death upon thousands - surely he is not the best chance they have to out an end to it. All eyes are on him. All eyes are watching his every move and scrawling everything into their historical records. He's torn between setting off to join the expedition or fleeing to the countryside to live in peace with his love. As fate intervenes, the future becomes blearier and blearier, and Dallon begins to realize that he is nearing the end of his story.…

Watch & Burn [Brallon]

Watch & Burn [Brallon]

2,539 257 17

Dallon is an expert at balancing and separating his life at work and at home, or at least he thinks he is. While he does like to spend time at home with his fiancé Brendon and their cat, he's also very involved in the gruesome events rapidly unfolding in the growing town. You don't find a headless body in a ditch every day, right? However, as more murders are revealed and targeted attacked are executed on members of the precinct, he is forced to choose between doing his job or keeping the love of his life safe and oblivious to the bodies piling up at his feet. Whatever he chooses, one thing rings clear; it's time to pay for his sin.…

The Rising Tide [Brallon-ish]

The Rising Tide [Brallon-ish]

1,105 136 16

Brendon is struggling, to say the least. Life is hard enough trying to keep a city under control, and it just gets worse when decimated bodies keep popping up in secluded alleyways. All the while, he tries to juggle his personal life, the media, and a (un)stable mentality. Just to make things even better, he has an entirely new team to recruit and train under the watchful eye of the city. And to tie it all together, there's an empty grave in the cemetery. The Anchor [Brallon-ish]

2,799 265 23

"Is it an apocalypse or nihilism on your lips?"At eighteen, you develop one ability, whether it be flight or power over hair growth, selective immortality or whatever weird skill your dad's dad's had. Brendon was lucky enough to be one of the few with telekinesis, but unlucky enough to have it be inherited from his jerk of a father who's more focused on taking care of a city than his own family. Alone in his new discovery, the only person he can confide in is his best friend, who has enough problems of his own. Dallon was unlucky enough to discover he was given the same abilities as his father, who was killed fifteen years ago after losing his sanity and trying to annihilate half the city. He's lucky enough to have any power he chooses, as long as nobody finds out. The problem is, a ship floats away with no anchor, there is no control without a rock. And they're about to find out the hard way.…

Nobody's going to ever make Brendon change who he is. Passing him on to some prissy private school and pairing him with some goodie-goodie is definitely not going to work. It doesn't matter how much time they forcefully spend together, or how desperately everyone wants it to work. It'll work, they say, it'll definitely work. It will. At least, not in their favor. [Disclaimer- I don't,,, I don't really ship it. This is essentially practice work.]…

Blue [Brallon-ish]

Blue [Brallon-ish]

4,138 475 19

Brendon Urie is unstoppable. The famed Museum of Natural History stationed all the way out in Montana just recruited him to the renowned group Blue: a team of paleontologists working isolated on a barren wasteland to uncover anything they possibly can before they head back in a couple months. Simple enough, according to Brendon. There's no easy way back and almost no way to contact the museum without traveling miles and miles back to the closest road in the middle of nowhere. With nobody to check up on the tiny dream team, it's almost as if they've been removed from the face of the Earth. But the moment they uncover the bones arranged in strange ways, team members start disappearing, and Brendon is going to wish he'd stayed in California. And in a matter of sixteen days, he's going to have to make a choice.…

Brendon isn't exactly... normal. Well, he is for the most part. That's what everyone that knows says - his life is pretty average. New schools are supposed to be filled with great new experiences, new friends, new rules to (never) break. And for Dallon, that proves to be correct. Pulling pranks, skipping class, nothing he'd ever done before, all said new experiences under his belt. And to make it even better, they'd all been accomplished with the aid of the incredibly stunning (and enticing, and gorgeous, and heartbroken for the 56th time) Brendon Urie from down the hall, and his other partners in crime, Pete, Patrick, and Ryan. Everything goes according to the nonexistent plan. Well, at least it does for the first 218 days. .:..::...:::...::..:."I'll see you tomorrow, alright?".:..::...:::...::..:.Based on Looking For Alaska because I love that book…

Bad Luck [Brallon]

Bad Luck [Brallon]

43,770 2,522 41

Ah yes, the classic ditch and cold shoulder combo - something Dallon is used to, which is definitely not a good thing, in case you were unaware. But thanks to Brendon, he's much more than simply aware of how awful it feels to watch your best friend leave you in the dust with no explanation, how it feels to watch your EX best friend make the optimal position on the famous football team and win 3 national championships in a row, get nothing but A's for 3 years, and do it all with the football teams beloved halfback. It's a good thing his comedic friend is there to keep him company. But first of all, how?Second of all, bad luck always makes its way to everyone, as does good luck to everybody else that'd been stuck in a never ending pit of despair for far too long. And third of all, Dallon's luck is about to change...."If only we knew," I told him, watching my own words twist up in frigid smoke "if only we knew that years later we wouldn't speak to each other until now, if only we knew how fucked up things would turn out to be.""I wouldn't dare to trade a second of any of it if I knew I'd end up right back here with you."…

10 Days [Brallon]

10 Days [Brallon]

71,509 4,641 31

Dallon Weekes hates flowers. He also coincidentally owns a flower shop, which will look great on his college application letters (which he's sent in to many schools and has received absolutely no feedback whatsoever, from anybody). He's swimming in debt with only a flower shop to provide income, so long story short things aren't going as well as he'd planned. But the guy hellbent on revenge for his cheating ex with poison ivy in his pockets might convince him that it's okay. And Brendon Urie just got cheated on. His (ex) partner is allergic to flowers, which he plans to throw through his bedroom window (since he lives right next to him), and the best flower shop around, according to Google, is Dallon's. He's not sure how he's going to break a window with a plastic case full of flowers and poison ivy, but as soon as Dallon moves in down the street, there's no harm in missing if it means he gets to see him again.…
