INGREDIENTS :we all love tandoori platter but always don't prepare them at home due to no GRILLING machine. but here is a simple my way to cook them on tawa giving them that same original taste.1 cup very finely chopped vegetables( carrot , beans, cauliflower) or grate them1/2 cup paneer grated1/2 cup potato mashed4 tbsp besansaltchilli percoriander powderkastoori methijeeragheeMETHOD :Add ghee in a pan n crackle jeera. add veggies n cook for 2-3 min only. take out in a bowl n add all other ings n mix well to make dough. take small portion n stick over a seekh( long toothpick) by pressing gently with ur hands. now take a tawa n spread lil ghee over it. n grill the kebab turning it frequently to give same colour all over. serve hot with green chutney.hope you like this n try it up soon.till then happy cooking.…

*Recipe of the Day**BAKED POTATO DUKES*Very smooth masged potato 1 cup1 tbsp cornflourSalt n pepper 2 tbsp finely grated cheese Method Mix all to smooth thick paste. Can add 1 - 2 tsp milk if required. Pipe them using bags n nozzles on a greased baking tray n grill tgem @ 200°c for 10- 12 min or till light crisp from outside. Take out carefully on a palte after 5 min.
