Accept this is a permanent residency, you get taken at the age of 10 and stay there til you ready to become a hero. What makes this insane ever since less people got quirks the ones that have has one more luxury the rest of the world doesn't, when they turn 16 their soulmates favourite nickname for you will manifest on your wrist. You won't know it's them and they won't know it's you, until that first nickname drop.But there's a catch the moment both the nicknames drop, it's like you are two wolves in heat.--"Honestly, I don't even think I want to meet my soulmate Deku, especially considering it is most likely one of these idiots."
