Eblis survived years of torment in the hands of Hybern, an enemy continent disrupting the peace of Prythian and the Human Realms below it. She suffered things many wouldn't be able to handle, and lived in the shadow of it's king for five fear-filled centuries. When she gets word that the King of Hybern had been killed, she finally found her chance to escape and return to the Night Court, the last home she ever remembered. The Spymaster of the Night Court returns from Hybern as well, with news of an uprising from the newly anointed Queen and Heiresses. Doubtful of Eblis's true loyalties, he continues to watch Eblis in fear that she'll take the family he had and rip it apart. As he goes, he picks up the pieces of her bloody past and puts them together to form the broken Illyrian female. What he finds, what he discovers, what he feels, is forever disrupted.
