Everyone has a destiny. Everyone, including Riva Wrydon.Riva thought she was just an average girl from the small village of Ravenscreg. Her life was the same pretty much every day, church on Sundays, school every day of the week, hanging out with her best friend, Elowen and her sister, Vesper. She thought her life was just ordinary. That is, until the God of Death visited her in her sleep and told her that she was to meet up in a library with a God, and that they must work together. With that cryptic clue to her destiny, Riva took her best lifelong friend, Elowen, and ran headfirst into the storm.The problem with running headfirst into a storm is that you can't see where you're going, and when she begins to realise she's in over her head, it's too late. Suddenly, she's thrust into a world she never could've imagined would exist.
