Mercy Williams is a girl who confuses her family, she always seems to be one step ahead of everyone of, and knows what they think before they open their mouths, but never seems to bother to care what they think. She is clever beyond her years but all she does is stare out the window, and draw pictures of flight and sky. Her family thinks she is suicidal even though she loves life.
