Stacy Harris is probably the only 6th grade girl in the world who hates living in Hawaii. But ever since the Navy transferred her dad, mom, older sister, and younger brother to the tropical paradise, she's been miserable. Until her teacher assigns the class a project. They must interview an adult native Hawaiian, learn a traditional Hawaiian custom, and demonstrate it to the class. Easy enough for a straight A student. Unless that student makes it her life purpose to avoid other people. And to never, ever make friends. But Stacy is about to embark on a journey that will show her just how far from home she's truly wandered. And she'll discover her heart in the most unlikely of places, and with the most unlikely of people.Breathe Me Home is the second book of my Navy Brat historical books, each a stand alone novel. It is set in 1972 Hawaii, where my father was stationed at the time. The author was only 5 years old in 1972, but I can still remember what it was like to live in paradise. Unlike Stacy, my character, I loved my life there. Of course, at 5, you love everything. I'll be posting my rough draft during NaNoWriMo 2016. I hope you'll offer your feedback, because this will follow the first book of this series to my agent, then on to a traditional publisher. Thanks for your help. I truly love my readers here. You inspire me to do more, write better, and simply enjoy the adventure.God bless,Ron…

The Science of God - how a lover of physics found the truth in Christianity

The Science of God - how a lover of physics found the truth in Christianity

The Science of God will be one man's attempt to explain his reasons for believing that there is one God, the creator of the universe, and why Christianity is His one true faith. We are living in times when Christianity is openly mocked and Christians the source of public ridicule, even violence. We are at war. We are at war for the souls of men and women, children, gay and straight, Muslim and Buddhist. Jesus showed no favoritism to whom He would love. Neither shall I.I am not a theologian or church leader. Only an engineer. A man who has loved science since his first view through a telescope at the beauty of the heavens. It wouldn't be until my 30th year that I found the Creator of those heavens and asked His forgiveness. I still ask His forgiveness. It is the best we can do.I hope that you'll join me on this exploration. Keep an open mind, as I know readers and writers alike do better than most. Thanks for reading.…

The Wattpad companion to the popular Teen Writers Publish! podcast, available on iTunes or Stitcher Radio. You can also listen at the TeenWritersPublish.com website.I started this podcast because I have one regret in my life: I gave up being a writer while I was still a teen. That was a long time ago. How long? Let's just say that I remember when Pac Man was a cool new game. But I still regret giving up on my dream. I can't go back in time and fix that, though I can start again now (and I am). I can, however, prevent some of you from making that same mistake. You can be a writer. You can make a living doing what you love. In fact, if you do anything other than follow your passion, you are less likely to be successful. That's the premise of the Teen Writers Publish! podcast. I'll use these pages to pass on to you what we discuss on the show, some of our own writing tips, and just a great story about my writer's journey. Oh, and Gina's. You'll meet both of us on the podcast. And please leave your feedback after each show. We post a new show every Tuesday. Teen Writers Publish...where your writing career begins now!…
