This basically answers the following question: What would happen if Elphaba ended up in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter after her so-called death? After faking her death and going into hiding with Fiyero, Elphaba casts a spell to help them escape the land of Oz forever, but accidentally gets separated from Fiyero in the process. The next thing she knows, Elphaba has found herself in a new and unusual environment...our world. The world which Dorothy and the Wizard call home, and right in the middle of the state of Kansas! Luckily for Elphaba, she is not the only one with magic in this strange new world: There is an entire society of wizards and witches hidden among the non-magical people. Unfortunately, not all of these witches and wizards are friendly, and to make things worse, Elphaba doesn't know who she can trust and who she cannot.Of course, in our world, this is going to take place during the 1930s, so don't expect Harry Potter or any of his friends to make an appearance.
