When the Corruption of the Higher Ups becomes too unstable, it takes a Faction that answers to no Country Leaders except the people who suffer because of those Leaders to stop them. When the Division got Activated and Rhodes Island asked for help it was obvious something serious was going on. Not only was the Oripathy Disease and Dollar Flu Virus a problem but the people as well. A few Last Standing Cities or Zones were left in the World. Most noticable for Rhodes right now is Lungmen and Ursus. So far five large factions are known: Reunion Outcasts, True Sons, Cleaners, Rikers and the Division. There are a few left over gangs like the Hyenas but they are no longer a big threat.Only one Faction remains practically either invisible or bearly known. So far only the Division has info on them but would rather keep most of it hidden. The Rogue Faction. Division Agents turned Rogue for several reasons. Some are understandable most are ignored and seen as no reason to go Rogue. The Main Warlords Consisting of 5 Leaders are pretty much a rare case to visit them. But don't let that fool you. The Main Boss of all is only one Rogue. A Rogue that pretty much is almost never seen. Only bodies remain when they were there.Top Suspects known to have seen or even talked to the Main Leader are the Warlords.
