In an extremely overpopulated future, one has to fill out an application with the government to get a friend or relative brought back from the dead. Despite this, the government does not want the population to rise. If one's application is approved, they are assigned someone to kill.When Amelia's boyfriend dies, grief and anger consume her. But on one fateful night, she receives a letter giving her the opportunity to have him again. The contract is simple. Kill the assigned target, one who does not give but drain from society. After that, the government grants your wish. Little does Amelia foresee how difficult this mission will actually become.
