Cover by: My lovly sister ❤A cool breeze blew through the French windows, as he ascended the stairs, slightly calming his thumping heart. With his back straight, his shoulders squared, his beard trimmed to perfection, his piercing, yet mysterious gray eyes, and his kurta that was tailored to precision, he was the perfect drool-worthy groom. A smile graced his lips as he passed his parents, as well as his little brother's room. This was the best part of the whole day, the time when he would be left alone with his lovely wife. A blush crept up his neck, as he recalled the heavily embroided, blood red lengha that adorned her and the shy smile that painted her porcelain face. Never in a million years had he imagined marrying his younger cousin. He was six years older than her, he had never looked at her as his younger sister neither as a supposed wife, she was just another cousin, but a few days ago that had changed. She had been encompassing his thoughts since his parents suggested that he should marry her. He halted abruptly, when he noticed Waqaas stepping out of his room, closing the door behind him. Just before Waqas could walk towards his room, which was right opposite his own, he strode towards him swiftly, putting on his best stern face. He knew Waqaas sometimes spoke to his wife, but he never thought much of it, they were cousins after all, some cousins did speak to one another, but he disapproved of it, as cousins were not mahrams. He trusted his brother would stay within his limits, but he was giving him a friendly warning. "What were you doing in my room?" His brother looked unusually sad. "Ammi wanted to give Naailah milk, so I offered to take it, since my room is right here. " He nodded stiffly. "Okay, by the way it's Naailah Bhabhi to you!" Waqaas grimaced at his brothers tone, but nodded nonetheless. He really didn't want to bring out the worst in Daniyaal. Little did he know, he would do exactly that in the futu…

They say that love is such a wonderful feeling, a feeling that poets go into depths, describing. They say if you wish really hard for what you truly desire, you definitely achieve what you wish for. They say that married life is blissful and that love after marriage is the best and most pure love ever found. They say that life becomes easier once you learn to accept your destiny wholeheartedly. They say that you should always focus on the positives in life and overlook the negatives. What they failed to mention was the heartache you suffer when you're unable to spend your life with the one you love. They didn't describe the disappointment you feel when your ardent desires don't become a reality. They never bothered to tell you how difficult it is to fall in love after marriage when your heart was already tied to someone else before marriage. They lied to you when they said that life becomes easier once you accept your destiny, that was easier said than done. They made it seem so easy to focus on the positives and overlook the negatives in life. If only life was so easy, oh how she wished life could be as simple as people made it seem! Razina was such a person, that when she loved, she loved with all her heart and even an ounce of hate was hardly ever found in her heart, but she soon realised sometimes to love so dearly and unconditionally can cause more harm than benefit. She was left to mend the pieces of her broken heart on her own, she was forced to marry a man she was not prepared to spend her life with, she was ordered to trample upon her own wishes and obey the wishes of her elders, she was bound in a marriage that she never wished for. الجاءات احسن من الراءحات "What is coming is better than that which is gone" Those words had seemed like a feeble way of consoling her. She never truly believed she was worthy of achieving true happiness , she believed she was the only one at fault for what had transpired. She lost the bright smile on her face, the twinkle in her eyes and her carefree personality. She dwelled in the darkness of her room, finding solace only in solitude, crying unto her Rabb. She remained aloof from the close ones that wished to comfort her, lost in her own world. As she took the first few steps to find herself once again, that which she had regarded merely as words of consolmement had begun to prove that it was a reality. Happiness once again knocked at the door of her heart, seeking to enter her locked heart, unknowingly breaking down the walls of her strong fortress , and finding its way into the depths of her heart. She was convinced this was true happiness only from Allah and she sincerely wished and prayed that this joy was forever to remain. (2012 -2020) 'Faithful to you' #Book 3…

Pin drop silence hovered over them all, their eyes trained on Mohammed ilyaas. Summayya's heart drummed crazily, she bounced her legs in anxiety, waiting for him to propose to her. He finally looked up, locking his gaze with her own, he gave her a timid smile. Blushing, she returned a shy smile, quickly averting her gaze back to her lap."I spoke to my mother about Sumayya. " He paused, glancing at her twiddling her fingers nervously beneath the table. He sighed. She would hate him for this."She was displeased." Her eyes shot up, a look of shock pooling in those dark brown orbs."She doesn't approve of this marriage." He slumped his shoulders in defeat, not meeting her gaze. She swallowed the sudden lump that formed in her throat, blinking away traitorous tears that were on the brink of her lashes. She stoop up abruptly. She couldn't believe it! He was refusing because his mother said she didn't approve. How could she say no without even meeting her once? She ran to her room, as tears spilled from her eyes, one after the other, soaking her scarf. She slumped on the floor, burying her face in her lap, crying for being so vulnerable and foolish. Why did she ever fall in love? She should have just remained the carefree tomboy that she was, the one who loved sport and outdoor activities and cringed at the mention of a husband, the one that only had friends that were boys but knew where to draw the line! Why was she so foolish?? Why just why? With quivering lips, she slammed her bedroom door shut. Sinking onto the carpeted floor once again. He melted the ice queens heart no doubt, he taught it how to love no doubt, he trained it how to feel loved no doubt, but one thing he didn't teach her was the pain of a broken heart and how to mend it. Hamaad rushed inside the shop. He spoke in a hurry, he had panicked after what he had seen and ran straight here. "The police caught Khaleel! A thick cloud of smoke hung over the atmosphere, polluting the lungs of those people whose lives were spared. Her demolished home, the fallen bricks, debris, shards of glass, destroyed furniture surrounded her. The mutilated bodies of men, women and children stuck beneath rubble, the screams and shouts of those who were still alive, yet had lost limbs or worse parents, spouses and children. The sight of injured people being carried away from the dilapidated buildings, fathers running with children who had been injured beyond recognition, mothers mourning over the loss of another child, women being ripped off their purity, men tortured before their very eyes. The sound of her barefeet upon the dust covered earth fleeing from the horror. Clad only in a long dress and scarf, with no place for refuge, no food nor drink, no family nor friends. The look of desperation, suffering and torture on the face of each person she met. The thirst, the starvation, the fear of death everyday. Unaisa recalled every single detail clearly even though fifteen years had passed. She was only ten when she fled her home land, all alone, with only Allah Ta'allah as her guide, her helper, her protecter, yet still fifteen years later the loss of her family, the pain and the traumatic encounters remained fresh in her mind. She lowered her head onto the ground, sparkling tears ran down her cheeks, her heart cried out to her Lord. In the dead of the night when the rest of mankind enjoyed their slumber, she asked Allah Ta'alah to help the oppressed all over the world.…

Safwa gazed intently at the crashing waves of the ocean, the way they started off roughly, crashed against each other , as if at war, then aproached her , leaping one after the other as if in a race, then calming down and gently washing over the shore , splashing cool, salty and foamy water around her feet , which were now stretched out in front of her. She curled her toes and sighed in contentment, enjoying the way the water cooled her feet and mind. SubhanAllah every creation of Allah is amazing but, the ocean is just something else.....She had no words to describe it's beauty. She was so lost in her thoughts, staring into the depths of the ocean, that she failed to notice the presence of a certain someone that had been watching her earlier on. Suhaib couldn't agree more with that statement, as he witnessed the horrific scene in front of him. He had been a complete fool; he had thought that he would be a good influence to his so-called friends, yet he had been unaware of the danger that lurked in the future. As the time had passed, he had realised that they were harmful, but never had a situation like this cross his mind; never had he thought that he would experience such a heart wrenching sight. The cold breeze swept past him, that caused the hairs on his nape to rise. The wind howled as if grieving along with him for the loss he experienced. The leaves rustled in the vicious storm. The clouds poured down their burdens, mourning along with him. He stared down at the horrific site. Her body was cold and lifeless, sprawled upon the floor, like a discarded piece of insignificant trash. His heart pounded wildly in his chest - the pain he experienced was so raw, he felt as if his very own heart had been torn out and trampled upon multiple times. He knew the image of her lifeless body and horrified face would forever be imprinted in his memory, and no matter how many years would pass, the pain would forever be embedded in his heart. He slumped down beside her cold body. Tears streaked his face, his vision blurred, his heart felt as if it was snatched out of his body; leaving him barren and hollow. He looked down upon her body that was stained in scarlet; her face had been mercilessly bruised and cut. The only girl he ever loved so dearly stared at him with lifeless, horror-struck eyes, drowning in a pool of her own blood.…

Cover by: GollgappayShe loved him so dearly, even though she may have never said it aloud. She loved him so dearly, he had become a part of her heart. Unbeknownst to him, he had conquered her heart a very long time ago. Maybe that was her mistake , perhaps she was at fault. Perhaps she had never truly, honestly confessed how much she had loved him, that is why he had turned to other means. Her happinness that had been blooming like the first rose of spring, immediately diminished once she had witnessed the proof on the accursed thing that she held. A dark cloud hung over her and she knew then that all those times he claimed to love her were all sweet lies. * * *She remembered every minutest detail of their Nikaah, like it was just yesterday. She even remembered the exact words he uttered when he met her for the first time after the Nikaah. She remembered that megawatt smile he had flashed. She recalled the way he held her hand, placing the softest feather like kiss upon her knuckles. Every single detail was embedded in her mind, but all that would now be merely a memory. She slumped on the bathroom floor, her daughter huddled against her chest. They both cried tears of fear as her husband banged on the locked door, threatening and frightening them.Nothing would ever be the same again! Nothing! * * * * She held onto her arm, noticing the angry blueish, purple mark that had begun to surface. Rivers of tears ran down her cheeks, creating a waterfall of her emotions. How much longer would she have to live like this? So many years had passed, yet he never changed, he refused to accept her as his wife. No matter how much she tried, even after three children, her life was still a mess. The darkness of the night was her enemy, yet her contentment. The light of day evoked hope in her broken heart, yet created fear for what lay ahead. Sleep was a source of relief for her, yet a prison for her mind. For her eyes to open every morning was a miracle, yet she lived in desperation. She was an innocent soul, with a naive heart and a optimistic mind, but the ropes of her fate had been intertwined with a devious man, who possessed a heart of stone and sinister and cold behaviour. She was thrown into the lions den and was left all alone to pick up the shattered pieces of her heart and piece them back together, but her heart would never ever be the same again. Tears rolled down her porcelain cheeks and fell upon her lap like scattered pearls. Her lips quivered as her eyes settled on the deep gash in her thigh, fresh crimson blood oozed out of the gash, staining her favourite shirt. This was her life now, a life where she was treated worse than an animal, where she was looked down upon with disgust and contempt, she was mocked and jeered at. She was forced to feel inferior, she was thrown around like a rag doll and used like an immoral woman. She breathed, but never truly lived. She pleaded for help, but her pleas were left unheard, she cried for mercy but not an ounce of mercy was shown to her. She choked out a sob as he roughly grabbed her by her arm, his grip was tight enough to leave a bruise. She winced as he pullled her upwards, not the least bothered about the pain that shot up her leg when he dragged her towards the door. He threw her onto the floor, slammimg the door shut. She screamed when her injured thigh hit the leg of the table in the passage and an expensive vase tumbled down, landing onto the floor with a crash. She bit onto her tongue and sobbed harder when she saw the shattered shards of glass gleaming on the floor, once such a beautiful thing now shattered into smithereens just like her heart.…

If perfection could be found in a human, Frazana would be described as an immaculate girl, she was fastidious, yet charming. One glance at her and she would be misjudged for having an imperious personality, instead she was humble and soft at heart. She was one of integrity and had an insidious way of getting her point across. Along came a man , impersonating to be the man of her dreams, but one dark and stormy night, he behaved in a way that shattered her dreams, filled her with dread and remorse. He made evident his true personality, never intending to change. Gone was the once charming gentleman she knew. He shattered her heart into a million fragments. She would never be the same! Oh, but who could be sent to mend her broken heart.... 💔…
