Times are tough right now. We are losing our love ones due to a horrible virus and not being able to hang out with friends and family. Being forced to stay home and social distancing. I lost my grandfather recently because of this virus and I have been struggling with my own mental health for the past month. Ironically April is Mental Health awareness month. I decided to make another mental health journal since my last one made it to 100 parts and I decided I really enjoy doing these. It helps me with my depression and since I don't go to counseling anymore I'll do this to improve my mental health and try to be more positive with myself.
