Yokohama has been the talk of Japan since Quirks first appeared. It was the only city in the world that Quirks did not appear in, due to a barrier protecting the city. ||||(A lot of things will be changed, you will understand more as you read. But I will give a brief summary of changes: -The abuse Akutagawa went through with Dazai was minor and resembled actual training.
