Bakugo Katsuki has always been told that he was amazing and that, with his Quirk, he could be an amazing hero. So why did his friends always abandon him and never seem to care, save for Midoriya Izuku? As he got older, he grew more and more convinced the Quirkless boy would leave him one day, and he would no longer be around to protect him, so he pushed his one true friend away, rejected him for fear of rejection, even though all he wanted was to shelter the boy. After reading so many Boku No Hero Academia oneshots and fanfics, I'd thought I'd try my hand at one with a brand new OC!Cover made by the wonderful-Anime-FanCheck out their Works! :)The basic summary is that my OC is inserted into class 1A in the place of Mineta (partially to keep the numbers even, partially because I'd forget to put him in, and mostly because I don't like him very much) and he learns to overcome his past in order to save his newfound friends.
