This is pretty much a different version of The Walten Files story that me and my friend like to roleplay, and, while it'll follow most of the original Walten Files lore, the rest of the story is most likely going to differ from upcoming episodes of TWF and a couple of minor changes may occur. All characters belong to Martin Walls, unless I say otherwise.)The Walten family were a happy little family of five living in Brighton, Michigan in the year 1974. Jack Walten was going to open a restaurant with animatronic entertainers, Bon's Burgers, with his best friend, Felix Kranken, assisted by a upscale tech company called Cyberfun Tech. Things couldn't have been better.That is, until the fateful date, May 2nd, 1974. One irresponsible mistake creates a chain reaction, leading to tragedy after tragedy, all the way to the year 1982, where Sophie Walten and her girlfriend, Jenny Letterson seek out answers to what happened to Sophie's family, and slowly, but surely, end up uncovering the darkest secrets of Bunny Smiles Incorporated, and the man who started it all. This is a nonlinear story, meaning that each chapter will take place in different years that will lead up to big events of the story. It will contain lesbian romance, but be warned: there WILL be dark themes, such as suicide (but only in the first chapter), themes of mental illness, alcohol abuse, violence, blood and gore, mentions of/referenced homophobia, death, etc. I will put trigger warnings when things are going to get heavy, but I wouldn't recommend reading this story if any of the things I listed above will trigger you.
