The Island Of Sanctum was once a military training Island for the Canadian military, before it was abandoned at the start of WW1. With land claims by the Canadian Goverment going undocumented, the few towns that grew on the island banded together and made their own goverment. Two of the towns, Weyland and Helo decided to connect their town by railway, with the town of Dolac between the two joining in. Thus began the Weyland-Helo Railway, with only a few Coffe Pot engines to run the line. After the invention of horseless carts, the railway feel on hard times, then closed in 1916. In 1988, Jacob Rolling purchased the rails, and it's decrepid rolling stock. The same year he purchased an 0-4-0CT 7t Steam luffing crane to assist in rebuilding the line.
