(*A winning story in @fright 's "Summer Screen Screams" contest, June 2018!) There's nothing like watching a late night, B-horror movie at home--one that brings you to life...or scares you to death!Still, those B-horror movies you make fun of--that have stayed with you forever--have something in common. That is, it's said there's a consequence to negative action within the universe we live. What would be your guess, then, payback for laughing at a cult-classic horror film voted one of the worst of all time--"Plan 9 from Outer Space"? That's what my contest entry "Plan 10 from 'Source's' Revenge" is all about here.Grave robbers from outer space raised the dead in Ed Wood's "beloved" classic "Plan 9 from Outer Space" horror flick. Here's how I survived @Fright 's "Summer Screen Screams" @Wattpad writing challenge then--from inside that horror movie! Writer's block--ugh! Have you ever encountered it? Have you ever been knocked off of your writing game because of it? Sure, you can find plenty of articles on how to "break through" writer's block, but, what about a quick-read book on how to "prevent" it altogether?Tips, pointers, and tricks are what you will find in my pre-writer's-block "formula." My answers are only a page away. They hold no gimmicks; there are no difficult paths to follow. Presented in easy-to-understand fashion, my techniques apply simply, and can bring about a productive result for you.(*"Five Tips on How to Avoid Writer's Block" had been a guest post that I had done, in 2016, for romance author Trinity Hanrahan. She had asked me to write something for her blog and, in April of that year, this work had posted on it. I now understand, though, that this informative, quick-read piece, is no longer available on that blog. Here's hoping that posting it on Wattpad--with some fun added pictures, and minor tweaks [e.g., changing words like "below" to "on the following pages"; "previously above" to "the previous chapters," etc., to coincide with a "book format" here]--will help the writers on this platform.)…

The concept for this date story, had run as a brief ideal date snippet--along with my Valentine's Day short story "Blue Sneakers, Red Heart," in the 2016 "Hearts on Sleeves" anthology--here @wattpad. I have since expanded that date concept, and it has become this one-shot story titled: "A Perfect First Date." )…

It's always "fun in the sun" when you're young.Even on those days when no friends are around, the youth in you, and your creativity, have a way of filling days with joy--and making every second count. But the carefree attitude, and the lifestyle that you so value in childhood, can have dire consequences. That is, if you're not observant of your surroundings. One has always been the loneliest number. Strength in numbers has always been a sensible truism. But innocence without the latter, may just be when you find yourself playing, for what will be your last time.…
