The Madness of Art
The Madness of Art could be the story of any one of the thirty-one million American adolescents currently suffering. This in-depth first-person account is raw, painful, and unfiltered. Following my first suicide attempt at the age of twelve, I found that through open dialogue and art I could overcome the sadness. In high school, I discovered a love for poetry and the many benefits that come with it.
