The Dramodian Isles: Son of Fire
Iris Kent is a below average student at her university. She is failing her only course, protecting the country from fantastical creatures only seen to a few. While her rival, Drew Rambus, is at the top of his class, Iris is stuck in Level 2 with the young ones. Drew was able to kill a creature with ease, predicting the monster's every move. His fluid movements and natural instinct to kill increases Iris's jealousy. A mutual hatred is shared between the two students, but Iris always needs Drew's expertise in fighting to come out alive. After Iris's last failure, she is sent on a "suicide mission" along with Drew. Iris learns more of the threat on the outside and the storm within her. She realizes that there is more to her than she had previously anticipated. Little did she know that her rival had a secret of his own.…
