3 - There is no character limit, but if you are making a leader of a group/organization, you can only have one. I don't want millions of groups and only a few ghouls in each.

4 - If you haven't watched all of Tokyo Ghoul you cannot roleplay. I will make exceptions if you are almost done with both seasons.

5 - All characters in this roleplay will be yours. This means that you cannot rp Kaneki, or Renji, or Touka.
