A week had passed since that flare up with Alice and her family. She stayed at my house for the most of it.

"Tannerrr!" She yelled from the kitchen

"Whattt," I said walking out of my room to the kitchen

"I wanna make a cake," she said

"Then let's go to the store," I said grabbing my keys,"

We got in my car and went to the store. We just went to dollar general to get stuff because we both didn't feel like going to far. When we got there Alice decided to play hide and seek because she ran through the door and turned a corner. I grabbed a basket and looked for her. I kept looking through the isles to find her but I didn't see her anywhere. I turned the next isle and I saw her sitting on the floor with a dog toy

"What are you doing-," she cut me off mid sentence by squealing the pig dog toy very loudly.

She then repeatedly squeezed it so it made a bunch of small loud squeaks

[A/n: did I do this to my mom when we went to get candy late at night. Pshhh nooo. Definitely not. Okay yes I did. An she got super mad]

"Alice stop it," I said to her "you're being embarrassing,"

She laughed and put it down. She stood up and cane over. I grabbed her hand and we went over to the baking isle and she grabbed like ten cake mixes.

"Babe?" I questioned

"Hm?" She asked turned around dropping them in the basket

"We aren't making all of these," I laughed

"But,"

"You can have two. But that's it Alice,"

"Fine," she rolled her eyes and sighed

She left the red velvet.

"I said you could keep two,"

"I know but I'm going to grab a cheesecake and I don't wanna bake two cakes AND eat a cheesecake,"

"Okay," I said as she ran off to the other isle. I grabbed the buttercream frosting and put it in the basket.

She came back and put the cheesecake and put it in the basket. She then grabbed it from me.

"Let's go," I said leading her to the checkout

She followed and gave the cashier everything. I was on my phone and I handed Alice the money. She paid with the money I handed her and then she grabbed the bag. We walked out hand in hand again and back to the car.

I set the plastic bag in the counter while Alice was off doing who knows what when she bolted through the door. I emptied it and found out that Alice has put sprinkles in the basket when she took it and I wasn't looking. I laughed.

She came back and we started baking. I grabbed all of the bowls and Alice threw the cheesecake in the fridge. While she was there she grabbed the eggs and everything else we needed

[A/n again: I don't bake so idk what I'm doing here]

I tuned me head and Alice hit me in the face with a handful of flour.

"Alice!" I screamed and she laughed so hard. I heard a camera sound and I groaned.

I wiped my eyes so I could see. It was all over my face. Alice was looking at the picture she took so I wiped her cheek with the flour I had on my hand. She gasped and looked at me

"Babeee I have makeup on!"

"You shouldn't have worn makeup then," I laughed

"Come here," she said holding up her camera

We took a few pictures and she had posted them on Instagram.

We finished up everything and put everything away while the cake was in the oven. Alice and I just cuddled in the couch and watched a movie until we heard the timer. We got up and took it out, let it cool then frosted it. We funded our movie with the cake we made. It wasn't that bad.

We then put the rest away and went to bed.
