Alpha Conners POV

We was still in our embrace, which was nice. Aaron had his arms wrapped around me, I had my arms wrapped around him-- it was a needed moment. Surprisingly I heard a little snuffle coming from my mate.

I undid the hug, to see my mate crying in my arms. I was confused, as to why he was crying at the moment. Pulling his chin up with my index finger, I saw that his eyes was red and puffy.

"What's wrong, love? What's the reason that you face is stained with tears?" I asked him.

"I-I thought th-that I would never f-find another m-mate." He tried to say.

He was just so cute that I couldn't stand and watch him cry, so I just put us back into the hug while sitting down on my bed now. Once he finally calmed down, I brought him a tissue for his face so he could wide off.

"Thank y-you."

"No problem. Now that you're all better, you wanna talk about it? It's okay if you don't I understand."

"...I guess. It would be good to tell you since you are my mate. It's just that I haven't really been thinking about ever since."

"Mhm-- I understand."

"Alright, I'm ready." Aaron says, getting more comfortable in my bed with his pup in his lap.

Aaron's POV [He's 16 years old and pregnant with Jake]

This happened four years ago when I was pregnant with Jake. I was 16 at the time and my mate was 19 named, Levi. It was a normal day at the pack house, with everyone getting along and such. The kids was playing with the other kids, the warriors was training, and the rest of us was just simply talking. I was in my last month of pregnancy and, Levi was so happy to finally meet his pup since he found out that I was pregnant.

When the time finally came, I went into labor and that was the most painful feeling I've ever went through might I add. Levi, rushed me into the pack house doctor and immediately I went into the back. They doctors told me to change into my wolf so the process could be much easier.

After a lot of screaming, panting, and most of all crying my eyes out I heard the most beautiful cry. After the whole giving birth to Jake, I was exhausted and I waned to sleep, but I stayed awake so I could hold my pup for the first time. Then after I did that, I finally went to sleep because I was going asleep everywhere we went until we finally got back to the house.

Going forward, I'm 18 years old now and Jake is two. He finally learned how to walk after practicing for 35 minutes a day. Levi, is 21 and his now on Alpha duties. He got the position after telling his father he was gonna do it after his 20th birthday, but waited for some reason. Anyways, going more forward I'm 20 years old, which I am now. Jake is 4 and he's is in preschool after learning to talk. And Levi, is 23 years old now.

Everything was perfect until, there was announced that there was Rogues attaching the pack. Levi, told everyone to get inside as quickly as you could, which everyone did safely. He grabbed a bunch of the warriors with them before leaving.

The last thing I remembered was that he turned around, came over to us. He gave me loving kiss and also, Jake on his forehead and told us both that; "I will come back. Just you wait."

I didn't want him to leave, I wanted to hold onto those hands forever, but I knew I had to because he's the Alpha. As his mate, I picked up Jake, and ran to our hidden hideout where everyone else was safely. Everything was going to plan, with everyone here and safe-- well that was until someone burst through the door taking the hinges off with it.

There stood, three very large black wolves in the doorway just waiting to attack. I could tell in their eyes that they all wanted blood. Surprisingly, just when they was about to lunge at us some more wolves attacked them instead. That gave us the time to run, which we all did.

Hours had passed and I somehow got separated from everyone else, and I noticed that it was just me and, Jake by ourself. To tell you the truth I didn't know where I was, or if everyone got to safety? All I knew was that we was alone in the woods.

Days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months. I beginning to think that we was never gonna see our pack again, but deep down I knew that we wasn't alone, and that my mate is still out there probably searching for us the entire time? But that small hope I had, soon turned into disbelief that we may never see each other again.

"So yeah, now you know the whole story on how we ended up in the woods." Aaron says, looking up to meet Conner's eyes.

"Well Aaron, you didn't feel you're connection break right?"

"We-well n-no actually."

"This is great, because that means you two are still mates. If the connection of two mates aren't broken then those those two are still mated. Which means, he might be still looking for you guys." Conner said.

"What- really? How can this be?"

"Aaron, I just explained it to you." He says, while laughing at his mate.

"No, I know that.. I'm saying that it's been two months since the attack. How can we be mates still if where so far away from each other?" I questioned. I couldn't rap my head around this. This was too much to take in at the moment.

"Just because you're faraway doesn't mean anything, unless the bond is broken."

"So you're telling me-"

"Yes."

"That, there is a possibility-"

"Mhm yeah."

"That L-Levi might be-."

"Yep, you're getting there."

"S-still alive!?"

"Absolutely."

"Alpha, there are rogues outside the mansion." A warrior says, at the door.

"Rogues? In one day? I'll be there." Conner said, getting up off the bed.

I scurried over to the door, forgetting that I was still naked which made me turn red.

"C-Conner, I want to come please."

"No, you stay here and wait."

"But I can help too, what if I know this person?"

"...Fine, put on this shirt and let's go."

I did what I was told and put on the shirt that he told me too. It smelled just like him, which made my wolf purr. I grabbed, Jake who was rolling on the bed cutely and caught up with, Conner. The warrior brought us where the rogues where, telling us not to get too close.

Once we finally got down to the front door, I suddenly got a wave of hurt coming from my chest. The pain was just, like when I met Conner in the woods that day. Didnt really notice that we was in front if the food, until I heard a growl.

When I looked up, I was met with dark brown eyes and a smile. It didnt take me long to notice that this person was my long lost mate-- Levi.

I had mixed emotions, happy, pain, sadness.. I didnt know what to think? Did I want to think? I don't really know, I all know is that I blacked out.
