"CHAEYOUNG NO!" Tinuta screamed as she ran across the family room, picking up the small child who was about to pick up a kitchen knife. Chaeyoung looked at her mother and smiled as she held her cheeks, pouting.
"Yah Chae what if something happens to you? Eomma will be sad." Tinuta said to her three year old daughter, placing her on the couch as the door opened, leaving a small one year old stumbling inside. Tinuta cooed and picked up her son, smiling.
"What's up Chanyoung?" She affectionately pinched her son's cheeks, giggling as the boy smiled with gummy cheeks. Chaeyoung whined from the lack of attention as Tinuta places both siblings next to each other, rolling her eyes playfully.
She would have to go to work soon. Yes, work. It had been five years since the incident, all time for Hoseok and Tinuta to get married and have two kids. AERO has disbanded a few months ago with the other members entering relationships as the girls wanted to live a cool calm life.
However, BTS was now on their last year, they're 10 year contract coming to a close. Tinuta worked as a software analyst, a manager in a humongous software company. Truthfully, with all the money Hoseok was brining in and all the money they would have even after BTS disbanded, she wanted to work.
"Eomma when is appa coming home?" Chaeyoung whined, playing with Chanyoung's hands as the boy made gurgling noises. Tinuta smiled and ruffled their heads, "Soon Chae."
Hoseok had decided to take them out to dinner tonight, and the three were seated neatly in their family room as dressed up and ready. Tinuta worr a dark blue gown with white gems that seemed like starts shining in the sky. The two kids both wore the same blue, Chaeyoung and gown with some dashes of black and Chanyoung with a black tie.
The door clicked open as Chaeyoung raced off, screaming as the laughter of a man rung throughout the house. Tinuta eagerly raised and picked up Chanyoung, walking out the family room to the foyer to find Hoseok spinning Chaeyoung around, making AIRPLANE *cough* no pun *cough* intended *cough* noises.
"Eomma I can fly!" Chaeyoung hollered as Hoseok put her down, facing Tinuta and Chanyoung with an eager smile. "How's my little baby doing?" Hoseok then did the same to Chanyoung, who was more than elastic.
Finally he placed the kid down and told them to go get their coats and and shoes. When they'd run out the room hugging giggling, Hoseok turned and walked to Tinuta, enveloping her in a bear hug. "I missed you." Hoseok muttered into her neck as she smiled, patting his back.
"I know." When Hoseok gave her a look, she continued, "Okay okay I missed you too. How're the boys?" Tinuta asked as Hoseok sighed happily, hugging her tighter, "They're fine. We're going to Yoongi's tomorrow for dinner by the way." Tinuta nodded and pecked Hoseok as the two kids came running back in, wearing light coats.
After driving trough the lonely roads, the family stopped in front of not a restaurant but a wide empty field. Tinuta looked at Hoseok confused, the man smiling to himself. "Hoseok why're we here?" Tinuta asked as Hoseok said nothing, pulling her and the kids out.
"Isn't it pretty?" He asked as Tinuta nodded, having nothing to say. The sky was the same inky blue as her dress, the white stars shimmering on her dress identical to the ones in the sky. The moon was a crescent, glowing brightly with small clouds flying to finish the set.
The filed itself had lavender flowers that swayed in the moonlight, a few trees scattered. "It-It's so pretty." Tinuta was at a loss of words as Chaeyoung and Chanyoung ran on ahead, exhilarated.
Hoseok cheekily smiled and led Tinuta by the waist through the field as Tinuta giggled, finding it oddly romantic even with their two kids screaming bloody murder.
"Hoseok why are we even here?" Tinuta asked as Hoseok pecked her lips, "Did you forget what day today is?" Tinuta scrunched her eyebrows and thought out loud. "Um it's February 20th correct?"
Hoseok nodded as Tinuta's she's suddenly lit up. "Oh my god Hoseok it's-" "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Six men jumped out from the trees, bringing out surprises screams from Chaeyoung and resulting in Chanyoung falling on his butt.
Tinuta let out a happy sob as AERO jumped out as well, all of them hugging Tinuta in a smushed tight hug. "Oh my god you guys. Thank you so much I completely forgot!" Tinuta said wearily as Autumn nodded.
"You've been way too busy girl, so we had to remind you of what a special day today is!" Tinuta only nodded as the rest of the members brought out the food, all of them sitting around and feasting as both BTS and AERO fussed over the two small children.
Later into the night, Hoseok gently led Tinuta to a tree, away from the distracted men and women. "You really didn't have to do all this." Tinuta whispered as Hoseok gently held her waist, hugging her to his chest. "Of course I did idiot. You deserve to be happy." He said as he nuzzled her nose with his.
Tinuta said nothing as she hugged Hoseok, wondering how she found such a fine man. "There's one more thing I have to give you." Hoseok said as Tinuta raised an eyebrow, watching as her husband pulled a little something out of his pocket.
Tinuta gasped loudly as Hoseok revealed a small handkerchief from his pocket, the fabric a dark blue with yellow dots and white lines decorating it. She could recollect that fabric from anywhere. It was the same handkerchief she gave Hoseok when she first met him, crying and sweating in the auditions room so many years before.
"You kept it?" Tinuta whispered as Hoseok nodded, caressing her cheek, "Of course I did. How could I throw something you gave me away?" He asked as Tinuta smiled, trying to swallow the emotion.
Hoseok brought the fabric to her hand and tucked it in, smiling down at it. "I've had my time with it. Now you keep it. It's seen many years of my life, now it'll see yours again." He said in a hushed voice as Tinuta closed her hand on the piece of memory, smiling.
"After all, what's mine is yours too." He said in a hushed voice as he melded his lips with Tinuta, the handkerchief handing lowly from Tinuta's hand.
Tinuta couldn't agree more.
