"Something feels off." Jack muttered underneath his breath.

"Oh please, you're just over-reacting." Ben scoffed, hiding his worry well.

"No, my instincts are never wrong. I'm going to check up on her."

"W-wait!"

A hand gripped Jack's wrist tightly, as he whirled around questioningly towards Ben. The blonde was gripping onto his wrist for dear life, his pupils flashing a bright red in fear and worry.

"What is it?" Jack asked.

"U-um.. I-" Ben stuttered, trying to find words.

Jack sighed, prying Ben's hand off of his wrist.
"Save it."

He quickly jogged forwards, towards the mansion. He flung the door open, his heart hammering in his chest, filled with adrenaline.

"Kitten?"

No response.
Something was definitely wrong.

Jack growled under his breath. He cursed himself for leaving the girl alone.

Shuffling feet slowly walked over towards him.

"Ben. Where is she." Jack said in a dangerous low tone, turning towards the sound.

"I-I don't know.." The blonde muttered.

"I said fucking tell me." Jack growled, stomping forwards and gripped the blonde's shirt, pushing him against the wall in anger.

"I won't hesitate to punch you over and over again. Now spill." He tightened his grip.

"O-Okay! Let go now!" The blonde huffed, pushing Jack against the chest away from him.

Jack stumbled, but kept his feet on the ground, arms crossed against his chest.

"L-Look, I don't know where they dragged her. All I was told is to stall you.." Ben mumbled, fiddling with his fingers nervously.

When Jack was angry, hell would break loose. Ben learned that the first time he made him angry.

A sharp sigh of disappointment escaped out of Jack's lips. "Forget it. You're a useless friend anyways." Jack spat, turning his heels away and stomped out of the mansion, making sure to slam the door against Ben's face.

"I'm going fucking crazy without you." Jack mumbled, closing his eyes, as the black tar dripped down his cheeks.

Oh how he missed smelling her strawberry scent, the feeling of her soft hair against his hands.

He inhaled sharply before choking on his spit. His eyes fluttered open and he whirled around, fists clenched.

The strawberry scent was still there.

Joy bursted out of his chest as he tried to control his senses, breathing deeply again, following the strawberry scent. His footsteps led him over towards the basement of the mansion.

He growled before kicking the doors leading down the steps of the basement, and them flying open. The strawberry scent hit his nose like a truck.

He slowly walked down the steps, hearing the loud sniffles and whimpers from the girl, making his heart clench in anger and worry.

"Fancy seeing you here, EJ." The girl in raven-hair spoke, crossing her arms against her chest.

"Jane." He adressed, jaw clenched. "I suggest you let her go right now if you don't want things to get messy. You don't want a third streak on your kills now, do we?"

Jane scoffed. "I suggest you stop spitting nonsense and do what we ask, and then we'll leave the girl alone."

Jack sighed out in frustration. "For the last time, Jane. I'm not letting you take over the missions."

"Then I'll let Jeff here finish the girl off."

"Fucking snake." He spat. "What do you want."

"Exactly what you're thinking of. I want to take over." Jane said, smirking under her mask.

"Good luck with that. I'll bet Slender wouldn't even agree with that."

"Exactly. That's why I'm asking you to stop doing your killing streaks."

"Excuse me?"

"You heard me. It's either drop out and let the girl live, or keep killing, including this little girl right here."

"I'm going to fucking die if I stop doing those streaks. You know that, Jane."

"Good." Jane spat. "I never liked you anyways."

Jack sighed, considering this option. He ruffled his hair in frustration. "Is that all you want?" He muttered.

"Jeff and LJ would like a word. But they're considering it for laters." Jane said, twirling her hair around her finger. "So, do you agree?"

"Yes."

"Good. Keep your word as a Creepypasta. Now seal the vow." Jane said, stepping forward towards Jack, extending out her hand.

Jack hastily shook it in return. Now the deal was sealed, and he could feel something pressing lightly against his wrist. Jane's hand was gripping it tightly, before letting it go, smirking whilst looking at Jack's wrist.

On it was todays date engraved in black ink in cursive letter on Jack's grey skin.

"You know what happens, if you break the vow." Jane smirked.

"Yeah, yeah. I know."

"Good. Take the bratty girl." Jane spat, yanking the little girl up by her arm, the little girl letting out a sharp cry of pain.

"Unchain her." Jane commanded, turning towards the monochrome dressed male.

Said male let out a low whistle before snapping his fingers, and poof, the heavy chains on the girl's wrists disappeared in an instant.

Jane roughly shoved the girl towards the eyeless male, the girl stumbling from the impact before colliding with Jack's hard chest, burying her head in it, trying to hide from all the tension.

Jack stroked her hair lovingly, making sure to glare at the three people who were walking by him up the stairs. Once they all left, he crouched down, face-to-face to the girl.

The girl had tear stains on her red cheeks, lips swollen from biting it too much, her eyelashes wet with tears. "J-Jwackie.." The girl sobbed, as she longed for the warmth she was missing, wrapping her neck around his neck.

"Shh, shh, kitten. It's okay, I'm here now. Jackie's sorry." He whispered, kissing the girl's head softly.

He pulled himself away from the girl, lifting his hand up towards the girl's cheeks to wipe out the tears.

The girl winced out loud as his fingers accidentally brushed over the cut from the incident earlier from the monochrome dressed male.

"Baby? What's wrong?" Jack asked in concern, cupping the girl's cheeks delicately in his hands.

"I-It hurts.." The girl hiccuped.

"Ahh, I'm sorry. Let's get you cleaned up, yeah?"

"Th-they're scawy.." The girl mumbled. Just the thought of those three made her mind pound in fear.

"It's okay baby, nothing will happen anymore. I've had a talk with them." Jack whispered.

"O-Okay.."

"Would you like a piggy-back?" Jack offered.

"Y-Yes please!" The girl managed to giggle.

"Hop on."

The girl waddled over towards Jack's bent figure, slinging her legs around his waist, and arms around his neck as she squealed when she felt herself being lifted up into the air.

"Cute." Jack mumbled underneath his breath as he ascended up the stairs, out of the hell-hole.

"Jwackie, what were you talking about with them?" The girl mumbled, using one hand to lift up and play with Jack's brown locks.

"Nothing you have to worry about, kitten." Jack hummed.

The little girl pouted angrily, making her look like an angry puppy. "Everybody's keeping secrets from me."

Jack sighed. "I'm sorry, baby. I'll explain it to you all later. You're probably tired, yeah?"

The girl nodded in agreement, her eyelids already feeling heavy.

"Night, kitten."
"N-night, Jwackie.."

As Jack opened the door inside the mansion, he dragged his feet upstairs, his head still pounding from fear.

'Stop doing killing streaks?' Jack thought in his head.

Since all the Creepypastas were under control of Slender, they all had different assignments and missions to kill. At least everyday they had to kill the person they were assigned to, who were assumed guilty for doing something wrong and punishable by death. Slender referred to them as killing streaks that had to be completed by midnight at the end of the day.

If the killing streak is not completed  by the end of the day, it'll eventually end up killing the Creepypastas slowly themselves. It's an exchange for a life for a life. The reason for the cause of hurt is because the vow that was sealed between Slender and the Creepypastas themselves.

If a vow that has been requested and accepted, the date of that day and time will be engraved onto their skins, and will only disappear if the dealer is satisfied with their wants. In this case, Jack had his vow engraved on the right side of his neck, not about 2 years ago.

Jack was an obedient killer, he did what he was told, killed the people who he was assigned to. He never missed a killing streak. He was now on top of the other Creepypastas streaks, as he ranked first place with—

7.3 million kills.

He was quite happy, because as a Creepypasta has reached their kill streak of 10 million kills, they would be granted the opportunity of finally turning immortal, receiving inhumane powers and skills. This was an opportunity anybody would kill for. That is why Jane wanted to stop Jack doing his killing streaks so instead she, can claim that spot and make herself immortal.

Of course, Slender only made a promise to make the Creepypastas with 10 million kill streaks immortal, but he only said 3 people could claim that spot. The others would lose their opportunity, but even if the others gained 10 million kill streaks, he would still make them immortal, but he wouldn't grant them any additional skills or powers.

Jack was scared of course, what would happen if he didn't complete the killing streaks. He'd heard from the other Creepypastas about the pain and suffering they had to go through when they didn't complete their killing streak.

Oh how bad Jack wanted to report this issue to Slender but he knew he wouldn't care anyways. Even if he did, Jane would still manage to find  a way to kidnap the little girl without him realizing, curse him for losing his sense of sight.

Jack didn't even know why he agreed to the stupid vow. To keep the girl safe? Hell, he didn't even know what she meant to him. He labeled her as someone special, maybe someone important to him before he was reborn as a Creepypasta killer.

As for now, Jack could only sigh. He already agreed to Jane's vow. If he broke it, hell knows what would happen to him.

He walked over across the second floor, extending out his hand to trail his fingers against the walls and different doors that lead to different rooms of other Creepypastas. He finally stopped once his fingers trailed over the third door on the left side of the hallway. That was his room.

Because of the loss of his sight, he had to adapt to hearing, smelling, and instinct. Just like a wild animal. Yes, sometimes he found it hard but he had to adapt to survive.

He opened the door quietly, careful not to wake any other Creepypastas. He entered the room and closed the door behind him. He tried to walk towards his bed but mis-aimed and instead collided his toe with a hard wooden chair.

He cursed in his head, biting his lip to distract himself from the pain as he shuffled towards the right towards his bed, sitting down and carefully setting the asleep girl on to his bed.

He sighed as his mission was completed, for now. He ruffled his hair in frustration, a strange habit of his.

'Who is she?' A little voice whispered from the back of his mind.

He looked over towards the asleep girl, who was still asleep peacefully.

'What are you to me?'
