A couple were driving down a raod in the mountains, it was very foggy and very quiet, it was a normal drive until they see a man beside the road while walking,he had a red shirt,Blue shorts and a red backpack,he was hiking and the couple stopped,the woman put the window down "You seem tired,Do you need a ride?" The woman asked and smiled warmly,the man nodded and smiled "Yes,Thank you ma'am" he said as he opened the car door,when he got in the husband started the car "So,where you goin'?" He asked and the hiker looked at the road "I'll just tell you if we're there" he said and laughed awkwardly, the couple nodded and proceeded to drive.

It was almost an hour and the couple didn't hear anything from the hiker "um are we near where you live?" The woman asked as she turned around, the hiker nodded "were right....here" he said as the husband stopped the car,the hiker got out and closed the door "Thank you sir,miss" he said and they waved goodbye.

The couple reached they're destination and parked near the woman's Parent's house, as they entered the house,they chatted a bit and had coffee "So while we were driving,we saw a hiker on the side so we asked him if he wanted a ride"as the couple told about the hiker,the elderly couple looked at each other wide eyed " What's wrong?" The woman asked her parents,they both turn back to them "That man was missing since last year"
