It was cold out, more chilly really. The whether was just fine for Soraya, she didn't mind a bit of wind on her face. She was meeting up with her best friend, Grim. Grim was a rather tall boy with a slender figure. His brown hair went just in the right direction and his blue eyes looked like the ocean, according to Soraya.
After a while of sitting on the bench Soraya got colder. She got up and went to get coffee across the street
"Hello Soraya!" The cashier said happily "anything today?"
Soraya responded, "Just a coffee please, same as usual"
Soraya loved coffee, she went to the coffee shop every time she could.
"Here's your coffee ma'am. That will be $2.00"
Soraya responded quickly "actually can I have two please?"
"Oh are you having a date?" The cashier asked with a bright smile
"Actually I am meeting someone" she blushed as she smiles.
"Okay so that's $4.50"
Soraya payed for both the coffee's and walked out with them in her hand. She seen a nervous looking boy sitting on the bench she was. He was looking down at his hands, his hair drooping down over his face.
She sat next to him, knowing it was him. She was a lot smaller than him, her feet barely touched the ground.
"Soraya" he said in a calm, quiet tone. She shivered hearing his voice.
"Grim.."
he looked up at her and smiled, tackle hugging her two seconds after. She gladly hugged back. They were finally meeting for the first time in a long time. Soraya couldn't feel her heartbeat, it's like it had stopped or was beating so fast it wasn't there.
