quirk description || by placing special bandaids he produces with his quirk, everything the slightest bit painful that he feels, the victim will experience too, but twice as bad.

downfalls || only works as long as the bandaid is kept on, and of course, he feels the pain as well. only works for physical pain unless he's in severe mental agony.

personality || a laid-back, flirtatious guy who's not afraid to take risks, no matter how dangerous - he'll gladly risk his life in exchange for a bit of excitement. he has just about zero shame and will hit on you, especially if show no interest at all (he thinks that makes it all the more fun). he's an extrovert with a lot of friends, though people tend to pull out of all the crazy stuff he has going on. definitely not 100% mentally nor physically stable, but hey, who can blame him with that quirk of his. acts rather calm usually and only gets worked up in certain situations.

backstory || keiji got his quirk at a rather late age, eleven or so, and he discovered it through bullying going on at his school. he'd noticed a student being victim to said violence and had jumped in, which had made the bullies turn to him instead - pulling back in shock when it hurt them more than it hurt keiji. after that experience, his mental health spiralled in the wrong direction for a while as he realized that his quirk was a hurtful one, but support from his parents and a therapist pulled him back up. perhaps he got a little too calm about his quirk after that, tending to be rather reckless nowadays.
