A/N: Thank you for all the support you are giving my story!!!

THIRD POV:

Miyazono Kaori stood beside Kousei as they leave their seats when they noticed that most of the students began finishing their meals and a romantic ball began. Most of the older students began holding their female and male partners and began dancing in the center when the school's Orchestra began playing a romantic music.

As usual, journalists, photographers and reporters alike took pictures while the couple found a nearby balcony at their right side where they decided to spend their morning while the feast continue. Arima Kousei stood near the balcony's border and looked at the blue sky. At that moment, he felt himself getting tired and sweaty. He's hiding what he's enduring currently.

"Kaori, you wouldn't get a relapse, right?" he asked her while holding his shirt. "It will hurt me if something happens to you."

Kaori scrutinized him until she was able to become aware that Kousei's holding his shirt tightly. She also noticed that Kousei was sweating profusely. "We should call your father. You're sweating."

She began walking away from him when Kousei held her left hand and lied, "I'm fine."

Kaori tried to get away from him when Kousei suddenly pushed her in front of him and stole a kiss from her that shocked her so much. She pushed him stared at his eyes. "You shouldn't have done that."

Kousei blushed and realized what he has done, so, he quickly asked for her forgiveness which made Kaori laugh.

Miyazono Kaori kissed him for too long until Aiza Takeshi and Emi Igawa found them in the balcony. They separated themselves from each from the kiss and looked at the intruders with smiles on their lips.

"So, this is where the two of you are hiding," Takeshi smiled.

Emi grinned and added with some hand gestures. "And they seemed to make the ants crawl. I'm jealous."

Takeshi stared at her and laughed, "Do you even think that someone would like you?"

Emi put her hands on her hips and shouted at him, "You don't look at me as a girl, do you?"

All of them kept laughing happily at the school's balcony and enjoyed the feast just like the other students enrolled in Okutsu Music School.

...

"Why are you here?" Takahiko asked a young, twenty-one year old boy outside the hall. He looks like Kousei but more matured and elegant. Also, he doesn't have glasses. He rushed outside the hall to talk to him without anyone noticing when security found that he's trying to sneak in the hall.

"I'm not here for you to accept me as your son but I prefer that you let me near my younger brother. I saw him on the news and I rushed here! Let me in the hall!" the young boy told Takahiko. "I want to meet my brother!"

"How many times should I tell you, Zarazaki Mitsuo that you're a mistake? I can't let my son get near you. He's sick! I can't let anyone know about it and I can't let anyone learn about your existence! Leave this place at once!" he screamed. "Stay invisible!"

Mitsuo cried out, "You remarried once again. You've lost two women in your life already! You lost his mother and now, my mother's dead and gone! She told me that I must not be angry with you but throwing me away is too much! I'm still your son!"

Takahiko held his two fists down and tried his best not to punch him. "Security. Security! Take this young man out!"

The guards obeyed and Takahiko finally ordered them to throw Mitsuo out of the school. He didn't even know that Kousei witnessed Mitsuo being thrown away after a few minutes from his own school. Seeing that made him curious about what could have happened and why someone who looks like his father was thrown out of the feast. The feast ended successfully and Yamato Kento was quickly ordered by Takahiko who's currently busy talking with Okutsu Music School officials and staff to find his son inside the hall. What the two do not know was that, Mitsuo was able to enter the feast successfully for him to meet his brother. He was about to go beside Arima Kousei who's busy talking with his friends at the entrance of the balcony when he was stopped by Yamato Kento.

"How did you get in?" he asked Mitsuo. "You can't get near young master."

"I climbed up at a hidden balcony. Why am I not allowed to meet my brother?" he asked him angrily. He pushed him away from him.

Yamato was currently holding his right arm, stopping him from walking further but when he pushed him, he was able to walk once again but he was quickly halted once again when Yamato took him by his left arm and told him, "I am appointed by your father as your brother's bodyguard. This isn't the right time, Mitsuo-san. The young master is still recovering from his sickness!"

That made Mitsuo completely curious about what he said. "Sickness? What is wrong with my brother? You and father said the same thing. What's wrong with him?"

Yamato Kento wanted to tell him everything but since the Arima Household does not consider him a member, he can't tell him that his half-brother does have Congenital Heart Disease. "It is a private matter. For now, before I call my master, leave. Last of all, do something to make your father accept you if you want to get close to your brother," he told him.

Mitsuo accepted Yamato's deals. His mother would definitely want him to be an Arima more than to be a Zarazaki until death but if his family would never accept him, his mother's dream would fall into ruin. His surname, Zarazaki is his mother's surname but, the Zarazakis doesn't want him too, due to it that the Zarazaki and Arima Households were once political enemies. Takahiko considered his existence as a big mistake and he was a result of his teenage rebellion against his father. Takahiko's father accepted his son once again after abandoning Mitsuo's mother by accepting to marry Arima Kousei's mother, Arima Saki. Saki's maiden surname is Aisaka. The Aisaka Clan are famous Japanese Musicians.

With him abandoning Zarazaki Family's second princess, Zarazaki Mitsuha, their relationship became subtle and peaceful with her sacrifice by accepting not to tell the public about Mitsuo's existence. Mitsuo lived in the darkness, dreaming that one day, the Zarazaki Family and the Arima Family would allow the public to know about him. His anger slowly boiled when he was a kid but when he saw his younger brother as a teenager when Kousei was born in Totsuhara Hospital when his mother was also hospitalized due to cancer, he had only one dream. He doesn't care about his mother's dream for him, anymore. What he only wanted now is to let Arima Kousei know that he does have an older brother. He looked at Kousei's happy smile and understood what Kento wanted to tell him. He doesn't want his brother to hate him, anyway. He left with a heavy heart but what they do not know was that Kousei saw him leaving.

"Kousei?" Kaori called him out. "Where are you going?"

Kousei may have been laughing happily with his friends in the hall but his curiosity towards the man who look like his father made him uneasy that he wanted to talk to him.

Just like Mitsuo, he was stopped by Kento from going closer to Mitsuo.

Kousei stared at him with confusion and asked, "Why are you stopping me to see him and talk to him?"

His father arrived later on. "We're going home."

Kaori held Kousei's left hand. "Let's go?"

Kousei nodded and smiled but he couldn't erase to think about Mitsuo and who he can be. He joined his father and said his goodbyes to every important people in the hall where the feast was held before they finally leave Okutsu Music School.

...

While they were inside the car, Kousei blurted it out, "Who's the boy who looked like you, father? I saw him inside the hall while he was talking to my bodyguard."

Takahiko angrily gawked at Kento that he wasn't able to stop Mitsuo from getting inside the hall. He was so angry that Kousei was able to see Mitsuo.

He was about to scold the young man's bodyguard when Hikari took a deep breath and stared at her husband who's sitting on his right. "Your son has the right to know."

Takahiko looked at his son with forlorn eyes and replied to his wife. "I can't tell him, yet."

"Who is he? I saw him get thrown away from the balcony where Kaori and I stayed!" Kousei asked them again.

Kaori tried to calm him down but tears finally engulfed him. "Kousei, whoever that person is, you'll know in the future. You're still recovering. Please focus on that for now."

Kousei stood up from his seat and threw daggers at him. He can't help it but be disappointed by what his father told him.
