Streaks point of view

Is this training is easy, with me and Jim working together in our symbiote form we are unstoppable however we do have to be careful from the flamethrowers which Blinky points out to us that arrogance gets a skill which I wholeheartedly agree but unless our enemies are using some sort of sound weapon or a flamethrower there's not really much that can kill us

Blinky congratulating us as we shrink back down and I hide behind Jim: congratulations master Jim and you too Master streak your training is going faster than previously expected considering your circumstances

Oh yeah thanks for the painful reminder, the amulet still not working for Jim It's been like this for nearly a week now no matter what we it never worked so eventually considering our current threat of bular seeking revenge on us Jim and I both agreed we put a pin in the amulet for now and focus on training

Nari walks in: it was incredible to see your agile moves as you two work together

Beeping sound coming from Jim's phone erupts the conversation, oh no it's the reminder that we have that school trip to the museum with that lady that gives me the creeps along with Strickler I don't know what it is but the two of them together and give me the super creeps

Jim pulling out his phone: oh yeah that's right we've got to go to the museum today

Nari starts jumping up and down like a child: oh the history museum can I come to? Please please please please please!

Jim raises an eyebrow: why aren't you liking nearly older than the Earth itself haven't you live through most historic events?

Nari blew up her cheeks and looked rather annoyed: Jim it is very rude to mention a ladies age... but yes I did Through most historic events the only problem is I was hiding through most of them and I would like to catch up but I've missed out on in the last 900 years and it would be nice to catch up on all the things that I've missed out on and in my time of hiding

Jim: Okay not sure it would be nice but if that's what you wanna do then fine, but I still have a problem with that you don't really know how to act around regular people are it's just you've are the form is great if not the most beautiful thing anyone's ever gonna see you but can you behave like a human

Nari with a confident smile: of course I know how to behave like regular humans I've been watching those documentaries streak recommended on that magical box called Netflix or was it Disney+?

Jim looks over to me and I look at him rather sheepishly she asked to learn about humans I just recommended some shows maybe they were the best examples.

Jim looks over at Nari: what " documentaries" did streak show you without my knowing

Nari lists them off: Friends, The Big Bang Theory. Golden girls on and off Hannah Montana oh and the suite life of Zack and Cody

Jim looks at me suspiciously okay I'll admit probably not the best selection of things to show her but she was having so much fun I didn't wanna spoil it, Jim gives me the look and I know we're gonna talk about this later as he then talks back to Nari: Some of that stuff- actually all of it isn't exactly how people of the 21st-century react now okay, Nari I know you want to-

Nari: but I really wanna go, please please I promise I won't drag any attention to us I promise

I doubt that she can actually keep that promise mostly because she's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen when she transforms into human form but she seems really determined to go with or without Jim's 's approval

My partner eventually gives in: alright fine, but you can't come with me straight away meet me in the museum in exactly 45 minutes

Nari then gave us a quick hug as she skipped off to the entrance of the Forge where Draal entered and we walked by we slightly heard him say: look they're training... seems kind of pointless since the amulet won't work for someone that's not a troll hunter

This only further down strokesJim self-confidence, I was going to say something but Blinky beat me to it: Master Jim, let his arrogance lead him astray. You are the troll hunter

Jim having self-doubt again: I want to believe that Blinky but this thing isn't working for me hell if it wasn't for streak I'll probably be dead at least three times over by now maybe I'm just not cut out and to be saving the world

Blinky gets in front of us: well that's your problem right there master Jim, you can't think about saving the world you just have to save one person that's it just one person that you love

That's really good advice but I can feel in Jim's mind that didn't quite give him the boost of confidence he needed, Jim: thanks Blankey but I don't think that's gonna help getting the amulet to work I mean if the amulet doesn't work when will I know I'm a troll hunter?

Blinky: you won't it's a leap of faith and it's true not just for you but for every troll hunter before you. That's all it is Master Jim a Leap of faith

That's another group is for the advice and it seems to get Jim self-confidence up a bit more then runs out of the Forge and we're heading over to the Museum great another few hours of me getting the creeps

Jim speaks to me telepathically: I can't believe you showed those shows to Nari and told her they were documentaries about how humans behave

I defend my actions: hey she wanted some inspiration about how humans behave I thought those shows would work

Jim: no they wouldn't in fact some of them are the worst possible once you could've selected from they're all pretty much comedies you really think that's how some people behave

okay he's being a little overdramatic: oh come on I think we have a similar relationship to the friends in the show friends

Jim sounded fed up: that show has not aged well and no we have that kind of relationship and all the shops are close very we have are probably Zack and Cody kinda like brothers and Cody and your Zack because you're the mischievous one

Oh that's so nice that he thinks of us as brothers have you seen way too as in his drag me to a place I don't wanna go no wait sorry that's a mother: moving onto more pressing subjects do we have to go to the museum know how I feel about that museum lady

Jim: oh for gods sake do we have to go through this every time you have a bad feeling about someone

Okay that's unfair and uncalled for I'm only thinking about our safety: okay maybe I'm a bit paranoid can you blame me there's something off about her and Strickler along with the dentist lady

Jim: you also have bad feelings about the birds streak so forgive me if I don't exactly believe that your paranoia is logical sometimes

I theoretically roll my eyes: you're only saying that because you get a Boner sometimes when you see that lady

Jim nearly pulled the bike off the road in surprise: what! What are you talking about I don't get a boner  are from seeing her!

And we're going back into denial: dude, you saw her last week and you pay particular close attention to her legs and that's when I thought the corner and go straight to your lower body

Jim goes red again, honestly I'm great how many crashes he had he doesn't realise them still though I stand by my point that this Namora it's creepy and Strickler is no better and I don't know how I'm going to prove that they are working together them and the birds

(for anyone that's wondering what streaks problem with birds I'll explain in a later chapter)

Claire's point of view

Most teenagers my age would like going to the museum in fact they would see it as more of a chore then an Adventure but that's not me I enjoy going to the museum I like to learn about history because there is a famous scholar once said " if you don't know your history you are doomed to repeat the same mistakes" today though might be an exception since Ms. Nomura is going on and on

Ms. Nomura: I know contemporary media might lead you to believe, European history was full of swords, sorcery and scandal. Are you sure you that the truth is far more interestingAnd there is no better place to start then the Renaissance Era pottery

Everyone lets out a giant say in utter boredom well except for Eli but he doesn't really count he gets excited by everything you get excited if we went to the history of how milk was discovered, luckily for us Mr Strickler the best history teacher in the world came to our rescue

Mr Strickler: since we have limited time Ms. Nomura  would it not be best if we allow the students to explore on their own

Ms. Nomura: well I suppose we could do that but I have to sa-

Mr Strickler cut her off: excellent now off you go children and don't forget to take notes

Everyone immediately take this opportunity to leave and go our separate ways except for me and the girls, even though Mary and Darcy were interested in going seeing the pieces of art displayed in the museum ready come with me to go explore the clothing line.

Clothes from The European period are so beautiful oh I wish we could have these clothes for the play, I can just picture myself in that dress doing the balcony scene and Jim wearing a-

Whoa hold on girl, don't forget he flaked out on the first rehearsal granted he did come to the next one but he was late and his performance was great as well- oh for goodness sake I really need to get him out of my mind

Mary however didn't help with that: hey anyone actually seen Jim today?

Actually that's a good point I haven't seen him, oh wait no there he is he's waiting by the entrance wait why is he waiting who's-

I stopped thinking as I look at the entrance and what could only be described as the worlds most beautiful lady walks in. Her eyes sparkle and as she walks closer A slender body and the kids to her beauty a long hair which appears to be slightly dyed green is marked with what looks like a bouquet of flowers. The colour of her skin looks perfect what kind of moisturiser does she use?

I noticed that I'm not the only one staring at her everyone in the museum has stopped what they're doing and just looking at her Darcy comes over to me: okay is she walking in slow motion or is that just me

Mary just as shocked: oh thank God you can see it too I thought I was going crazy this is gonna sound weird but she is beautiful. Tell you one thing I'm into guys but for her I think I'd make an exception

I would have to agree, honestly I don't know how to respond to this or I can say without certainty that this woman is the most beautiful woman I've ever seen in my entire life. But who is she what is she doing here and where is she.... She's walking over to Jim the only person who doesn't seem to be overcome with her beauty

Look over and watched as Jim leads her through the museum, is that His secret best friend no no way is if Jim had a girlfriend like that you probably wanna shower off wait no jim not that kind of guy right?

They walk off together and Mary tugs my arm: come on let's follow them

Mary pulled me along not giving me a chance to break free she does the same with Darcy: Mary will you stop it's none of my business what they're doing

Mary disagrees: I disagree we all admitted that we have somewhat of a crush on Jim and furthermore suddenly a girl comes out of nowhere and he and her are attached to the hip doesn't anyone else find that strange

Alright I'll admit that is a bit strange but still: okay you're right it is a bit strange but who say that this isn't his mysterious BFF you just got it wrong about The gender apparently he is actually a she

Mary defended her point: no way Claire bear something else is going on here and I say we find out what

There's no point in arguing with Mary when she gets I guess me and Darcy found out the hard way when it came to the discussion of what was the best nail polish colour God really wish I could get back those three hours

Anyway we follow Jim and his mysterious Beyond beautiful friend from the top staircase Jim appears to be showing her around the museum could this be a date or some kind

Darcy whispering: what are they saying?

Mary whispering back: be quiet so I can hear

I listening to the conversation as well I'm only able to get bits and pieces off but it turns out that the girl's name is Nari and according to her gym and her I've only known each other for a couple of weeks so it can't be his mysterious friend however she appears to know him as well and we can finally put a name to the mysterious man streak whatever name that is maybe to nickname of some kind

Nari speaking to Jim unaware of our presence above: this museum is so nice, but something feels weird about it

Jim rolls his eyes and crosses his arms: oh please don't you start to have already got enough paranoia from streak he thinks miss Namora is creepy

Jim's friend thinks Miss Namora is creepy, what she's one of the nicest women in Arcadia what could possibly make him think that she's creepy we continue to listen in on the conversation

Nari: oh no it's not that lady it's something else about this place it's just something unsettling about it and there's a faint smell of something I can't quite remember what it was but I haven't smelt it in years

Jim: it's probably just some of these antiques/exhibits probably has some weird smells from back in the Middle Ages

Nari seems to agree with that: I know but something about this place is unsettling and I haven't felt this rattled in a very long time Jim I fear that there is something evil lurking in this building

Evil lurking in this building who the heck is this girl, she is psychic I look over to my friends: okay is it just me or is she a little weird

Darcy agrees: yeah there's something about it that just doesn't fit in for starters how in the world could someone be that beautiful and go unnoticed for so long

Mary: yeah and the way she's talking to, it just makes me feel like there's something else going on with her is anyone else getting that feeling

I actually agree with Mary on this and that's saying something. Something about this Nari seems weird not in a bad way she seems like a really sweet person but something about her just doesn't add up she's way too perfect in the terms of physically but the way she talks it's almost like a child but she looks to be even older than us I look back over to where Jim and her were standing to notice that they are gone we quickly move back into the other room and we find that somehow the two of them have gone to the top floor without us noticing how is that possible we took our eyes off them for less than 10 seconds and the stairs are on the other side of the building

I want to go say hello but Jim seems preoccupied with whatever is on Toby's phone he and Eli have been talking about how they found something that's not human run over outside of Eli's house which is strange and I'm probably not even true it's possibly just a raccoon that got covered in spray paint or something and then run over

However I'm more shaken by Nari and James expression when they look at the picture as soon as they see it they rush out of the museum I like bats out of hell what the heck was on that image that frighten them so much

Darcy walks over to Toby: hey Toby what is that picture you're showing everyone?

Toby and Eli look upset as Toby continues: Jim's new girlfriend delete the picture now no one is gonna believe us when we said we found a green alien run over by the road

Okay that is probably not what they found, but whatever it was it shook those two enough to run out of the museum like people on a mission but why though something is going on here and I want to find out what

Alright that's it for this chapter I hope you've enjoyed and I promise that the next chapter will have a lemon in it not sexual but some nudity will be in there
