Shannon's point of view

In the park she's sitting on a bench looking rather panicked

Okay Shannon just calm down, okay you have a moment of... Stress yeah that's it that's why you chased after that stray cat like a wild animal and you hallucinated that you started to grow claws it's because of the wild Wolf that attacked you you're having a bit of a breakdown that's all you just need to remain calm

A part of me believed what I was thinking with another part of me courage nothing about this lady said everything I was attacked by Wolf or whatever it was I've been experiencing weird things. For starters there was me chasing the cat why did I do that I just hope this urge to do so and then I've been realising I've had this incredible urge to eat meat I mean I'm not a vegetarian but but I never wanted to meet so badly like an obsession have even felt the urge to just pounce on some animals and eat the meat right off their bodies

What is happening please?! This can't be some weird puberty thing, no something else going on here at times my vision gets foggy but not because I'm not wearing my glasses because I am wearing them I take them off for a second and I can see clearly which is impossible my doctor said I would need glasses for the rest of my life but I can feel fine without them sometimes this doesn't make any sense!

A voice I recognised get to my attention: Shannon? Are you okay?

Look up and it's Jim: Jim what are you doing here?

Jim: I want to see you now with some friends of mine, I saw you here and I realised you looked a bit panicked listen I know we don't really know each other but like I said you can tell me anything if you want

It's true that I don't know Jane that well but he also is the one that saved me from that attack, so I think he's trustworthy and if I'm being honest it would be nice to get this off my chest

I'm nervous at first I start to talk about it: okay yeah it would be nice to tell someone this but you have to promise not to think I'm crazy

Jim nodded as he sat down on the bench: trust me when I say I've had my fair share of crazy for the past couple of months anything that you tell me I won't tell a soul promise

That's somewhat reassuring: alright well... Where to start it's just after the attack I've been experiencing weird things

Jim raised an eyebrow: what kind of weird things?

I tell him: well I changed an alley cat like a wild animal, sometimes my vision gets foggy when I'm wearing my glasses and I'm not wearing it is clear as day and to top it all off I've been craving meat so badly it's been driving me crazy. Do you think I've got like rabies from the attack or something

Jim seem to think about for a moment: I don't rabies  could cause problems like that, honestly Shannon I don't really know how to respond to this. I mean I believe you when you say that you have no idea what's going on and you have no control over this meat craving you suddenly getting But I do mean this in the nicest possible way but maybe you should cut back on all the extra stuff you're doing it could be from the stress and maybe see a psychiatrist could help talking to professional about this

He could be right about that I mean it might help to cut back on some of my extra curricular activities maybe some of the stuff is all just in my head maybe or maybe I'm on the verge of a mental breakdown from all the extra work and there attack...yeah I should take Jim advice

I nodded in agreement: yeah you're right I should just take a break for a while maybe that will help

Jim: i'm glad, if there's anything else you need you know where to find me I'm here to help if you want

I nod in appreciation, Jim gets up on the bench and walks away I look at him as he walked back to the girl he was with suddenly a feeling what is over me I feel this is Hench anger as I look at him talking to the other girls they shouldn't be talking to him! They shouldn't he mine!!!..... wait what the hell am I thinking Jim isn't mine we don't know each other why am I thinking like this!?

I really do need a break maybe I just need to go home and get some rest, as I get up from the bench something strange is on my hands I look at them and the claws are again! And covered in wood shavings I looked back at the bench and I snapped one of the pieces of wood but that's impossible I'm not that strong what is happening to me

Jim's point of view

Today honestly couldn't get any weirder, for starters Blinky has miraculously turned into a human and now he's able to walk out in the sunlight along with the fact that I have to tell my mother he was my new guidance counsellor because I have daddy issues and I don't give a damn about my father just made it weirder to top it all off the possibility that Shannon was attacked by a werewolf is becoming more and more of a possibility. I mean the chasing after a stray cat the instant craving for meat not to mention the fact that Shannon says that her glasses have made her vision foggy it's all becoming more and more of a possibility that she's turning into a werewolf

I want to ask Blinky about it but he's having too much fun in his day in the Sun and besides werewolves might not actually even be a thing it could just be that Shannon is on the verge of having a breakdown I mean with all the extra work she does school and getting attacked by a wild animal it's possible that she's just over stress I mean it wouldn't explain certain things but it's not entirely impossible

Streak speaking telepathically: enough thinking about that we'll figure it out later let's just give Blinky a relatively good day we'll figure this out later

Yeah I guess he's right there's no point worrying about it now. Let's just try and giving Blinky the best day possible and what better way to do that then let you see the sunset for the first time

He's entrapped with its beauty in fact a little too much as he almost walked over to the edge thankfully streak used his tentacles to grab him and put him back before he go any further

Blinky: amazing words cannot describe the beauty that I see before me

Mary joke: do you think that's impressive dry imagining seeing this with six eyes

Darci: so Blinky how was your first day of being human

Blinky still ecstatic about the whole thing: it was magnificent my only regret is Aaarrrggghhh not being here I'm so excited to tell him about all your adventures although that being said I do have to wonder how Long enchantment is going to last. This game is rather uncomfortable

Claire jokes: well welcome to the life of being a teenager The majority the time we are uncomfortable in our own skin

I add onto that joke with a chuckle: oh yeah try sharing your skin

Everyone laughs at my jokes as streak appears a little offended, but he doesn't take it too seriously the rest of us just enjoy the sunset it's nice just to go back and enjoy the peaceful things about life especially when all the craziness has happened it's hard to believe it's only been three months since my entire life got turned upside down not just once but twice maybe three times if you count the fact that I'm now trying to get romantically involved with almost 6 women oh well that's one of the weird things that's happened that I actually really enjoy

Darcy speaks up: hey Jim what are you doing talking to Shannon in the park

I flinch at the mention of this, I don't want to tell them about how I suspect that Shannon may be turning into a werewolf but I also don't want them to get the wrong impression about the situation

Mary raising an eyebrow and crossing her arms: yeah what were you doing talking to her as far as I know other than rescuing her if you have you don't interact

Streak and I looked at each other with worried expressions at that point we decide to tell them the truth or at least the truth if we believe it to be: okay I'll tell you, but first Blinky I have a question are werewolves real?

Blinky put his fleshy hand on his rather fat chin: well master gym... They were real a long time ago back in the old world but they were hunted to extinction

Claire confused: wait why would 100to extinction?

Blinky explained: well Lady Claire if a werewolf beat someone of the opposite gender human would start turning into a werewolf they would start having these uncontrollable animal images that played them every day I heard that some humans even went mad with the process which only made the transformation go faster apparently, werewolf don't just change when there is a full moon if they get too angry or emotional they begin to change and go on a rampage

Streak: so the whole full moon thing is fake

Blinky shook his head: no master streak The full moon is the only time where the persons mental state is not necessary for the confirmation no one knows why, but Masters why are you bringing this up I assure you that all the werewolves were eliminated long ago

That's when it's going to drop the bombshell: what if one survive or bloodline survived, what if there is one werewolf left and it's trying to make more?

Blinky: Master Jim you can't possibly be insinuating that there is another werewolf still alive after all this time werewolves are not immortal like trolls they do die over time one being alive after so long would be what is it that you human say like winning the lottery?

Well looks like Shannon won the lottery just in reverse: I think whatever attacked Shannon that night was a werewolf, I've been speaking to her a bit after the incident she's cleaned that she's been chasing street cat craving meat in a very weird way to to top it all off she says site has been getting better without her glasses which should be impossible

Blinky surprised and shocked: by the Heartstone it cannot be A werewolf still alive this day! This is Dad your friend is girl in great danger to herself and others if she even gets slightly emotional she will go into a rage and kill anything in her way. The good news is so long as she remains calm she will not unleash the beast in her

Mary sarcastically responded: oh yeah sure that's easy will just avoid her getting stressed or angry not like that every day for teenager

Claire: so what do we do, we obviously can't just leave Shannon to her own devices she could end up seriously hurting someone or worse

Darci: well what can you do tell her the truth unless we take her to troll market and show her but I think if we do that it will just cause how do you transform which will be defeating the entire point

They've all got valuable points I mean we're high schoolers dress and anger abided by day-to-day lives especially in high school I don't think we could stop shouting from getting angry or stressed Claire is right that we can't just leave her to her by herself especially in the conditions of it but I don't think telling her the truth would do any better either if anything it might make things worse

Streak: is there anyway to actually cure someone that's been turned into a werewolf

Blinky had a look of uncertainty plastered on his face: there might be a way that was a rumour years ago but I forgotten what it was I might have to do some more research on this matter. In the meantime keep an eye on that girl and make sure she doesn't get into any situation that may quarter unnecessary stress and anger

Mary: Great so now we have to stop The class nerd from hulking out and killing everyone in her site could this get any worse

As if on cue as soon as Mary said that a golem made out of shattered glass emerged from a bin Quickly reacting me and streak summon armour ready to defend our friends, after all it's just one again six how bad it be

Apparently I thought too soon because then emerging from the forest to other golems made of glass appeared Great this is turning out so well

Claire looking at Mary: you had to say that

Blinky: do you not worry my friends and they are no match for the Rocky fists of justice

Blinking in his full determination punched one of the golems but when he reacted with the pain and slight blood on his hands he remembered that he was now human and with that he was no longer made of stone. The good news is since we used golems to make our little team centre we knew exactly how to beat them we just needed to destroy that thing in the centre because they were made of glass it was a lot more difficult thankfully there were plenty of rocks around making it easier to smash our way through

I finish off one of the golems but streak speaks to me telepathically: Jim we're being watched over there in the shadows

Streak turned my head to where he needs and he was right evil trolls have been following us around for the past couple of days was still there lurking in the shadows he's the one who sent the golems, he's also the one that made the charm and entwined my mother's feet with Stricklers if anyone could undo the spell it's him I must get him to do it by any means necessary

The troll quickly disappears I don't have time to think and I just race after him after a quick glance of my friends who are doing surprisingly well defeating the remaining two golems
Streak spoke: i've got a bad feeling about this

Ignore his comment as I I keep following this troll stalker, but that is easier said than done. He keeps appearing and disappearing behind trees I was in moving so quickly can he walk in sunlight. However my thoughts are interrupted as I am frozen in my position by A circle of yellow beams which freezes me in appointing time and the evil troll laughs as he emerges from the shadows

The evil troll laughed as he walks around me in my trap: you have run into my web trollhunter i am agor rot  I will be the last thing you ever see.

I'm pretty sure if I could sweat I would be sweating up a storm right now he has made exactly where he wants me I can't defend myself I can't even call out for help.

Angor A ontinued speaking as he placed his stick close to my face: however death will not come so easily I have never hunted a human hunter but not only that troll hunter with a parasite attached to him somehow he's also the troll hunter I believe I will be the 1st to kill two Trollhunters at the same time

Seems to be some sort of ritual of some kind I can't understand a word he saying but my face is beginning to burn it as if he's marking me.

However the torture is not yet done he shrinks the circle now my left arm is free and able to move it slightly but that there is little good right now.

Agor pulls out knife out: I normally don't do something like this so soon but the one who has my ring has asked me to give you a permanent reminder to stay out of his way. It is nothing personal but I will enjoy it

ang where is my hand that's free and I try to fight and get out of his grip but he's too strong he then pulls his knife very close to my wrist and with a click slash I suddenly can't feel my fingers my entire left hand has gone numb I'm able to move my eyes to see what he did only to find that my hand he is completely gone and blood is pouring out of it like water fall

A grunt because I'm unable to scream and I can feel myself getting lighter in the head from the loss of blood is then I hear my friends from behind me. Ang gets close to my ear and whispers: if you survive your injury just know that the next time we meet daylight will be mine to command

He jumps away but not before knocking one of the stones out of place which releases me I instantly fall to my knees grabbing my bleeding hand trying to stop the bleeding however streak comes to my rescue and covers up bleeding as my friends come and surround me The girls in a panic

Claire, Marie and Darcy all at the same time and with equal panic: Jim are you okay!

I just lost an arm so no... I'm honestly surprised I haven't died from shock, Maybe Street has something to do with that because I'm surprisingly calm considering the circumstances

Suddenly out of streaks liquid throws a new arm but it's blue and looks more like my hand when I form with streak in our bath form but less muscular

Streak appeared: sorry but this is the best I can do I can't be grow back your arm, I also prevented you from going to shock . Don't worry about the colour I can change it to match your skin tone so at the very least it will look like you've still got an alarm

Well that's good to know who was that guy, he was definitely the troll working for Strickler and he definitely wants to send a message by cutting off my arm but what was that ritual about what did he mean when he said daylight would be mine to command

Blinky get a look at my face and gasped: oh dear the mark of angor rot , Master game master streak I feel that you have been marked for a fate worse than death
