You had noticed that there were a lot if deaths recently in the city. You were wondering if there was some form of mass murderer but there was no evidence besides the bodies were all drained of their blood or shot to death. As you were walking through an abandoned part of town, you could smell the scent of blood splatter followed by a loud screeching roar noice.

When you turned the corner, yiu were surprised to see a very tall man. He seemed around 7ft or higher and had a singular horn on his head. He held twin bayonets blasters but what surprised you, was the scorpion-like tail and triple red fins on his back.
