Today is moving day! We left at 5:30 in the morning to get out of Florida. We are on our way to Georgia!! That's right. Our parents spent all day yesterday packing all our belongings. We are going to have a literal convoy to our new home. 

Ian's dad is driving a truck, my dad is driving another. Each moving truck is towing a car each. My family and Ian's family both own 2 cars. My mom is driving one car, and Ian's mom, is driving the other one. Me and Ian are riding with his mother.

Sadly moving all the way into Georgia means we are leaving all our friends and family.... but our parents made this decision for mine and Ian's safety....

Now I bet you are all wondering where we are moving right? Well our parents gave permission to so I guess I can tell you guys!! I'll give you a hint. It's 25 miles north of Atlanta. Go ahead! Guess! If you guessed Alpharetta Georgia you are correct! And may I say it looks beautiful in pictures!!

See what I mean? Doesn't that city look amazing?! I think it's one of the most beautiful cities I've ever seen!

We even know what school we are going to. Somehow our parents already registered us in it somehow. I mean we aren't even there yet! But yea.... we are going to Alpharetta High School. Apparently it's one of the best high schools in the state!

I can't wait! I mean I'm going to miss all my friends but I really can't wait to see this area for myself!

Ok now I have absolutely no clue what our new homes will look like. Even if I did know I don't think I'd tell you though.... but I bet it'll be beautiful!!

Until we buy houses, we will be staying at a hotel there. But, once again, I can't wait!! It's a new adventure kinda thing!

Let's see.... some facts about Alpharetta.... 

oh I got it! The main thing that our parents were looking for was crime rates. They are super low there apparently. Apparently it's crime rate is 40% less than anywhere else in the state!

Next up is that the rate for graduation. The graduation rate for that city is extremely high. It also has nice weather, with an average summer temperature of 77 degrees Fahrenheit.

It has plenty of local amenities (whatever those are)

Luckily Ian's father will be able to keep his job as a software engineer for Microsoft. I'm pretty sure they have an office or something in the city or around it.

The houses there have a higher value than everywhere else in the state, but the cost of living is higher than a lot of places.

However that's where we are moving! It's really far away from where we lived. It's 607 miles away and 9 hours 42 minutes away. There's no way anyone of my ex's friends will ever find us. So yep! I'm excited to be moving there. 

Plus I'll be able to experience snow for the first time this winter! I know it's cold and I've seen it in pictures but I can't wait to actually see it with my own eyes!
