Jungkook was standing right there. In Harley's office. His usually composed demeanor was today replaced by an uncharacteristic anger. His eyes bore into his grandmother's as he spoke, his words sharp and determined.

"I can't believe you're doing this, Grandma," he said, his voice tinged with frustration.

Harley leaned back in her chair, her expression stern as usual. "Jungkook, you know the rules of this institution. We cannot allow students to break them, regardless of who they are."

Jungkook's fists clenched at his sides, his frustration boiling over. "This is ridiculous! It was just a friendship between us. Chaeng didn't deserve to be treated like this."

Harley's gaze didn't move as she responded, her tone firm. "And yet, she chose to sneak out repeatedly, risking the reputation of Sylvania. I cannot overlook such behavior."

Jungkook's voice rose, his anger evident. "This is about more than just rules and reputation, Grandma. You're ruining a girl's future for no good reason."

Harley's eyes flashed, her patience wearing thin. "Jungkook, watch your tone. I am well aware of the consequences of my decisions."

Jungkook took a deep breath, trying his best to keep himself composed. "Give her another chance. She deserves it."

Harley's gaze softened slightly, a hint of conflict in her eyes. "Jungkook, you know I care for you deeply. But rules are rules."

Jungkook slammed his hand on her desk, his anger bubbling to the surface. "This isn't fair, Grandma. You're letting your bias cloud your judgment!"

Harley's voice remained composed, though there was a flicker of something in her eyes. This time, she felt taken aback. Why was her grandson attempting to cross the limits for a fresher student? "Jungkook, I understand your feelings, but as the headmistress, I must consider the best interests of the school."

Jungkook's frustration turned to desperation, his voice pleading. "Please, Grandma. I'm asking you as your grandson. Chaeng doesn't deserve this. Don't let her future be ruined because of a misunderstanding."

Harley's gaze softened further, and for a moment, her stern facade faltered. "Jungkook, you're putting me in a difficult position."

Jungkook leaned in, his voice unwavering. "It's the right thing to do, Grandma. Give her another chance. Let her prove herself."

Harley sighed, a mixture of frustration and resignation in her expression. "You're impossible, Jungkook. Fine, I'll give her one more chance. But if she steps out of line again, there will be no more leniency."

A sense of relief washed over Jungkook, and he nodded appreciatively. "Thank you, Grandma. You won't regret this."

Harley waved him off, her tone slightly exasperated. "Now get out of my office. And tell that girl to stay out of trouble."

Jungkook offered a small smile before turning to leave, his heart lighter knowing that he had managed to convince his grandmother to reconsider. He knew that no matter how strict she acts, she was still the softie he had spent his childhood with.

Jungkook's steps echoed through the hallway as he made his way toward the Student Council room. The corridor was dimly lit, the soft glow of magical orbs casting a warm radiance over the marble walls. He walked with purpose, his frustration fueling each step.

As he reached the entrance of the Student Council hall, he paused for a moment, taking in the sight before him. Yoojin and another girl, Misun, were deeply engrossed in discussion, their heads bent over a stack of documents spread out on the table. Their voices were low, and the room seemed to hum with an air of authority and purpose.

Jungkook's eyes narrowed as he observed the scene. He couldn't shake the feeling that Yoojin was up to something, and he was determined to find out what it was. He approached the table, his presence going unnoticed for a moment.

"...So, we'll need to finalize the budget allocation for the upcoming event," Misun was saying, her tone business-like.

Yoojin nodded, a sly smile curling at the corners of her lips. "Of course. We need to make sure everything is perfectly executed."

Misun gathered her papers, ready to leave. "Alright, I'll leave you to it then. Let me know if you need anything else."

As Misun exited the room, Jungkook's gaze locked onto Yoojin. His expression was a mixture of anger and frustration as he confronted her, his voice dripping with resentment. "Yoojin."

Yoojin looked up, her expression composed as she regarded him. "Jungkook. To what do I owe the pleasure?"

His voice was tense as he shot back, "Don't play games, Yoojin. What's your deal with Chaeng?"

Yoojin leaned back in her chair, a calculated smirk on her face. "Chaeng? Oh, you mean the girl you're so much into?"

Jungkook's eyes darkened as he snapped, "Cut the crap, Yoojin. Why are you targeting her? First the moonlight water incident, and now spying on her?"

Yoojin's expression remained smug as she replied, "You seem to be quite protective of her."

Jungkook couldn't maintain the soft demeanor anymore and snapped at her, right away. "There are plenty of other people you could spy on! Why her?"

Yoojin's tone turned icy as she said, "Isn't it obvious? She's the one who's been trying to steal you away. And I don't like competition."

Jungkook's voice was laced with bitterness as he retorted, "You were the one who dated me just to get close to my grandmother and secure a spot in the Student Council. Once you got what you wanted, you dumped me."

Yoojin's laughter was mocking as she waved her hand dismissively. "That was a year ago, Jungkook. I was young and naive back then. But I've grown since."

His eyes narrowed as he shot back, "And now you're using this to your advantage. To try and get me back."

Yoojin's expression turned serious as she warned, "Jungkook, you have no idea what I'm capable of. I still have the video of you and Chaeng kissing in the garden. I only told Harley that you guys were just friends. I didn't tell them about your sweet little fling."

Jungkook's anger flared, his fists clenching at his sides. "You wouldn't dare."

Yoojin's smile was calculated as she leaned forward. "Try me."

Jungkook's voice was seething as he demanded, "What the hell do you want, Yoojin?"

Yoojin's gaze locked onto his, a hint of determination in her eyes. "Isn't it obvious? I want you. Be my boyfriend again, and Chaeng can be at peace."

Jungkook's frustration turned into incredulity as he snapped, "You're delusional if you think that's ever going to happen."

Yoojin's laughter cut through the tension, a hauntingly confident sound that sent a chill down his spine. She reached into her bag and retrieved the Sorcer Eye, placing it on the table. With a mischievous glint in her eyes, she activated the device, and the air around them seemed to shimmer as the recorded image materialized before them.

Jungkook's heart sank as he watched the Sorcer Eye project the video of his kiss with Chaeng onto the table. His face, a mix of shock and realization, was illuminated by the light reflected from the device. Yoojin's voice was dripping with triumph as she leaned back in her chair, her gaze fixed on him.

"I can go to Harley's office right now and show this to her," Yoojin purred, her words laced with a dangerous edge. "What do you say, Jungkook?"

His jaw clenched, his frustration and anger bubbling to the surface. He knew he was trapped, cornered by Yoojin's manipulative tactics. He glanced at the video once more, the memory of that stolen kiss sending a surge of conflicting emotions through him. For a moment, he considered the consequences of Yoojin's actions.

Finally, he sighed heavily, his defeat evident in his posture. "Fine. What do you want?"

Yoojin's smirk widened, her victory evident as she leaned forward, her gaze unwavering. "I want you to publicly make our 'new' relationship obvious. Be my boyfriend again."

Jungkook's fists clenched, his frustration at having to comply with Yoojin's demands boiling over. "Fine. I'll do it. But after this, you stay away from Chaeng. You hear me?"

Yoojin's laughter was triumphant as she replied, "Oh, don't worry, Jungkook. I'll have what I want soon enough."

With a resigned nod, Jungkook turned and walked away from the Student Council room, the weight of his actions heavy on his shoulders. Yoojin's victory had left a bitter taste in his mouth, and he knew he had just made a deal with the devil to protect Chaeng.
