"God you're gorgeous". He whispered and I giggled quietly, kissing him again. We then let go and acknowledged Serena by giving her a wink. We played a couple more songs. After that, we said goodbye to Langton for the last time. We hugged Lee and Jimmy as we left. We knew that we may see them again but bigger things were on our minds. We'd be off to LA in less than 12 hours. Where will life take us next?

Our plane was at 9am and I had offered to drive the van to Heathrow. That meant I needed to get up at 3am to get ready, prepare myself and start driving us to the airport. I went to bed super early. About 11pm which is early for me.

My alarm went off at 3am and I groaned loudly. Questioning my sanity, I reluctantly reached for my glasses and turned my alarm off. We were setting off so early just in case we need to go to the service station or someone wants to move up front with me. I stretched and clambered out of bed. Luke had decided to stay in his room as he wanted to get up at half three and I completely understood. I put some tunes on and took a shower. I then put my hair into a bun and decided to get dressed. I put on some black sweatpants, a Guns N Roses t-shirt and my converse. I then went downstairs with my phone and headphones in. I had Backseat Serenade playing whilst I made some quick breakfast. I turned the light on in the living room and ate my breakfast in there. I then went upstairs to make sure that my stuff was packed. I decided to take a book with my on the plane. I picked out the first two Game of Thrones books and popped them into my carry on. I also packed my acoustic and electric guitars. I had spray-painted the cases so I would be able to distinguish them from the others. Don't worry, the airline was fine with it. We were also going first class, courtesy of the record label. By the time I had organised myself, I heard people emerge from their rooms. I peaked out of my door and saw Cal and Ash stumble out of their rooms.  They were both dressed but completely out of it."Morning guys". I said. 

"Morning Fae. Can I put my stuff in the van?". Cal asked. 

"Yeah. Let me grab my acoustic and unlock the van". I said and went back into my room to grab the keys and my acoustic. I then went downstairs, unlocked the front door and unlocked the van with Calum. "Just pop everything in the boot". I said quietly. "Also, pick your seat. You're going to be sitting there for a while". He nodded and I opened the boot for him. I then popped my acoustic into the back of the van, went back inside and saw Serena. "Morning hon". I smiled at her.

"Morning Fae. Had a phone call from the airport, one of their staff will be out to help us get the stuff through checkout". She said as she was making breakfast. She was wearing some leggings, an oversized,pink 5 Seconds of Summer hoodie and Uggs. 

"That's amazing. Did you give them the reg number for the van to look out for?" I asked and leaned on the kitchen counter. 

"Yeah. We have to park in the Terminal Three car park. Two of the guys from the record label that are based here are going to drive the van home. They'll be there to give the keys to". She said and drank a cup of tea. I nodded. "Have you got the directions to Heathrow?". She sounded panicked. 

"Yes. They are on my mobile. I can send them to you if you want? Do you want to ride up front until we get on the M4, then I can stop in the service station and we'll see if anyone wants to come up the front". I said. She looked a lot more relieved.

"If that's okay with Luke. It would give me some piece of mind". She said. 

"If what's okay with me?" I heard Luke walk in and gave him a cuddle. 

"If Serena could sit in the front for a bit just so I can get on the motorway". I said into his chest. Ash came in and gave Serena a kiss.

"So I can't sit by Serena for the entire duration of the car ride?" Ash laughed. We chuckled.

"That's fine. Have you ever driven to the airport before?". Luke asked. I laughed.

"Nope. First time for everything". Cal and Michael walked in and started laughing.

"Can you guys get the stuff in the car? It's almost time to go". Cal said. We nodded and I went to my room. It took two trips to get everything into the van but after about ten minutes, we were ready to go. I left a note for our parents so they know what to do when they look after the house, turned the lights off, locked the doors and got in the van.

"I've got an idea". Michael piped up. Everyone but me looked at him as I was preparing myself to drive. "We film the car ride". I stopped, looked at him and smiled. 

"I'll run back and grab the go-pros". I quickly ran into the house and into the filming cupboard and grabbed the six Go-Pros and their mounts and ran back to the car, locking the front door again. We quickly set them up and pressed play. "Hey everyone! Michael thought that recording us heading to the airport while sleep deprived would be a good idea and we all agreed so here we are". I laughed. "You guys have full control of the music by the way". I said to the boys in the back. I started the car and drove out of the drive. Then I heard it. Because I got High by Afroman. We were all crying with laughter. 

"Thank me later". Calum announced and grinned. We were all singing along, apart from Serena, and it was hilarious. Scar Tissue by The Red Hot Chili Peppers came on and the sun began to rise. By the time we had gotten to the first service station, Ash, Cal and Michael were passed out. I stopped the car as I needed to go to the bathroom. Serena and Luke also swapped places when I got back. I started driving again and Luke and I had a chat about LA and nice it was. Then we moved on to talk about the album that the boys were working on and we decided to stop at another service station as I was cold and Luke wanted me to wear one of his hoodies. It was a grey one and it was so warm. We continued and by time that we got to the airport, everyone had woken up. We parked and saw an employee walk over to the car with a huge trolley thing. I put the hood on and put my prescription sunglasses on. The others tried to make themselves look normal by putting sunglasses on and hoods over. Serena tied her hair back to hide her ginger hair. I got out of the van and was greeted by the employee.

"My name is John and I will direct you straight to check in. Please put your stuff in the trolley and follow me". He said.

"Yeah. Are there any fans here?" I asked. He nodded.

"A few have tried to work out if you are here yet. Please keep your hoods up and sunglasses on". He said and I freaked out inside. We put our stuff in the trolley thing except for our carry on bags and I gave the keys to the record label guys who boys knew. Luke held my hand as we walked into the terminal. We could see the fans and there were a lot of them. About 40 plus. They hadn't clocked on to us yet and I prayed that they wouldn't. Serena came up to me.

"There's a lot of them isn't there?". I nodded. I got to the check in area and gave the lady my passport.

"Please talk to me quietly. There are fans who want to see my friends and I and I'm not in the mood for an impromptu meet and greet in the Terminal". I said and she laughed. 

"Of course not. Let me get you checked in. Ooh! First class!". I laughed. I was the last one to get checked in when all of a sudden I heard screams. 

"THERE THEY ARE!! OH MY GOD! WE LOVE YOU!" They had seen us. I froze. The check in lady could see that I was panicking and led me through the check in and security part of the airport and I ran to the boys and Serena. 

"Run. They've spotted us and I've got a gut feeling that there are more in the terminal". I freaked out. They all looked panicked. I ran straight to the First Class lift and everyone followed me. We got in and saw the fans run for the lift before it closed. I laughed out of sheer terror but I knew that I was safe as they couldn't enter the First Class Lounge. I pulled the hood down and switched glasses. Everyone else joined me and it felt so good to be able to look Luke in the eyes again. We had an hour until boarding and we worked out who was sitting where. Luke and I were sitting next to each other at the back of the plane, Ash and Serena were in front of us and Cal and Michael were across the aisle. We fucked about and went to the boarding part of the plane. 11 hours nonstop. I was ready to die at this point. We put our hoods and glasses on again and walked to boarding. First class went first and it was just us six so we knew that it would be fun. I knew that I needed to sleep on this flight so I made my seat into a bed after takeoff and slept for a few hours.

I woke up from my snooze to the sound of Calum dying of laughter. I saw that Luke was asleep so I climbed over him and went to see what they were doing and Ash and Michael were fighting with the small water bottles that they gave out. Serena was passed out and I sat next to Calum and put my head on his shoulder. "Morning Fae!" Cal put his arm around me. Michael came over.

"Fae. Can we talk for a sec?" Michael said. I sighed and nodded. We sat in their row whilst Cal and Ash were in the front row of the first class seats. "What do you see in Luke?" He asked. "Why did you pick him?". I hesitated. "You and him are nothing alike. He's so innocent and you're a badass. You are wayy to good for him". I stood up and looked him directly in the eyes.

"Michael Gordon Clifford. Back off. I am NOT interested". I could see from the corner of my eye that Luke was waking up. "So what I'm a badass. So what if he seems innocent. I like him and that is that". I raised my voice. I felt a pair of hands on my shoulders. 

"I've got this honey. Set yourself down and watch a movie. I'll sort this". I turned around and kissed Luke hard on the lips. He stumbled but was completely into it. I stopped kissing him after a while, winked and went to watch a movie. After a while, I passed out. 

I woke with Luke shaking me. "Honey. We're in LA. Time to get up". I opened my eyes and noticed that we had to put our seats back to normal. I did and popped my seatbelt on as we went in for landing. Luke whispered in my ear. "So what was that kiss about earlier?". I giggled and winked at him.

"To shut Michael up and also because I wanted to". He smiled. "So what happened whilst I was snoozing?".

"I had a go at Michael. Told him to be friendly and not an ass. He shouldn't be bothering you. Don't worry. We are alright". He explained and I nodded to acknowledge what he said. I got excited as we landed but upset. As we left the plane and got our bags, I hugged the boys and Serena and I gave each other the biggest hug. 

"I'll see you tomorrow hon". I said and she nodded. We then went on our separate way until tomorrow. Luke and I got into an Uber with our luggage. After about an hour, we pulled up to Luke's house. It was beautiful. There was a driveway lined with hedges and it led to the house which was mostly glass and white brick. Luke opened his door and came round to open mine. I got out and looked in awe. He noticed and smiled.

"You like?" He said, grinning. I nodded and went to grab the stuff from the boot of the car as Luke unlocked the front door. He came and helped me with the bags. "I have someone that I want you to meet". He said as we walked through the front door. He whistled, knelt down and a bulldog came running to him. "Meet my baby. Petunia". He grinned. I beamed as I am completely in love with dogs. I knelt down with him and she sniffed me.

"Hey there Petunia". I said to her and her tail began shaking.

"Meet your mom Petunia". Luke said sweetly to her and I looked at him. 

"I'm her mum now?" I said and he nodded. "Well then my gorgeous girl, I'll love you forever and ever and even though you are daddy's girl, I hope you'll be mummy's girl too". I said to her in the voice that you make when you talk to dogs. Her tail would not stop wagging and she licked me.

"She approves". Luke laughed as we both stood up. "Want to see the house?" He said and wrapped his arms around my waist. I nodded and kissed him. He held my hand and took me to the right of his house where I saw an open kitchen and dining room. He then led me to the living room. The living room had a super large television with a brown coffee table, two black There was a stairway going downstairs to a recording room. He then showed me the door to the large garden which I decided to explore later. He then led me back to the entryway and we went up the stairs. There was a door in front of us that led to the office. There was a large hallway with a two doors on either side and a door at the end of the hallway. The walls were white and the floor was a light wood planking. Those two doors were spare bedrooms and we went to the door at the end of the hallway. "This is my room". He said and opened the door. There was a tiny hallway with a door directly to my right which was a bathroom. We turned the corner and there was a beautiful bedroom with a white king-sized bed. There was a door leading to the wardrobe and the walls were glass looking over Santa Monica Pier and part of LA to the right of me and the hills of LA in front. There was a bedside table either side of the bed and a couch overlooking the balcony that was overlooking LA and Santa Monica Pier. There was also a ramp onto the bed for Petunia to climb up.

"Oh Luke! This is beautiful!" I hugged him.

"You can stay in my room if you want. I've asked my Mom to clear some space for your clothes and some space in the bathroom for your toiletries". He said and kissed me.

"I'd love to stay with you honey". I said when we broke off our kiss. 

"I'm glad. I can't fall asleep without you these days. I'm sure Petunia won't mind an extra cuddler". I laughed and followed Luke downstairs. "I need to go food shopping. Do you want to join? We can go for a walk with Petunia before if you'd like?". Luke asked. 

"Sure! That sounds fun!" I said whilst cuddling Petunia. He called for her and put her harness and lead on and took her to his car. We took her for a walk down the beach, went food shopping and decided to order pizza. We had our pizza, watched a film, unpacked, fed Petunia and took her to the bathroom. I changed into my cropped pyjama t-shirt and shorts. Luke was closing the curtains. I then went into the bathroom to brush my teeth. I trudged back into the bedroom and cuddled up in bed. Luke joined me seconds later, got close and put his arm around me. "Thank you Luke". I said quietly.

"For what?". He mumbled and played with my hair.

"For letting me come to LA with you, for allowing me to have this experience. For loving me". I said and got closer to him.

"Your welcome. I've had a thing for you since Ash showed us your band. I always thought that you were extremely pretty and when Ash and Cal got in contact with Serena, I was so excited to meet you. I never thought that I'd be in this position with you in my bed. Loving me as much as I love you". He said. I turned to face him. Tears in my eyes.

"You are so sweet Luke. Thank you so much. We need to go to sleep now though. It's a big day for us tomorrow". I kissed him and ended up falling asleep on his chest.

I felt something crawl up on the bed and come towards me. "Go wake mommy up 'Tunia. Go lie next to her". I heard Luke whisper. I opened my eyes slowly. 

"Good morning Petunia". I said and pet her. "Morning Luke". I said to him and stretched.

"God you look good". He said and climbed back into bed. 

"What time is it?" I asked and cuddled into him again.

"About 11am. The guys are coming over soon. Serena included". I nodded. Excited for what was to come! Announcing our relationship and the livestream.
