A strange blue creature in a baracalava has been appearing across the area,taking the souls of creatures and of those who have committed criminal actions while using what looks to be a spirit sword appearing around his wrist and has appeared to have done this for the past few weeks as the creature strangely appears until you would see the creature take the soul of a few monsters and vampires as he moved part of his baracalava down and devours the souls right before jumping on to a pillar and holding up his blade at you as he narrowed his eye as he noticed your presence...

(And just one more thing,kinda feel like this character and his lore needs to be seen and utilized more since the series he's from "Legacy Of Kain"Has not had much light shine on for a long while)
