"For the last freaking time, I. Am.Not. Fraxas, What do you people want from me!?" Shouted a rather frustrated and confused Turbo,who was grabbing onto the top of his head as he sighed.Currently he was in bit of a spat with a group of inhuman guards.

After having been defeated by his robotic doppleganger a few days earlier.the rambunctious hedgehog as well as his companion had been taken away by the leader of another resistance group who was having him under investigation due to both his resemblance of the current overlord,as well his connection to the Chaos Emeralds. Because of this,It has raised the suspicions of the sanctuary's inhabitants of believing that Turbo and Fraxas Prime were either one in the same or had some connection to each other in spite of the needlemouse's pleas.

Guard 1: Pipe down you screechy weasle!*The guard yelled back at Turbo,clearly he seemed to be annoyed with the hedgehog at this very moment.Feeling like he and his partners aren't getting any closer to the answers they seek*Look kid,This charade is getting old ,Either you tell us where your hiding those emeralds and the captured monsters or else.

Turbo:Or what? You'll lock me up? I've told you, I don't know where the rest of 'em are. Look, I'm not sure who it was who rained on your parade , but whoever it was. It isn't me.

Guard 1:Then why in tarnation do you look so much like him then?,* He pondered,tilting his head to the side with a rasied eyebrow*

Turbo:Oh I dunno.I got an unfortunate face? *He shrugged, remarking in a rather sarcastic manner as he glanced over the guard as he rested his hand on his cheek which only caused the guard to laugh*

Guard 1:Likely story, Speedy.* He said in joking manner as he chuckled hysterically* The more you try to keep up this charade. The more difficult it's gonna be for you.So I suggest you spill it.

The guard demanded,his tone suddenly shifting to sound more serious as he gave the hedgehog a heart piercing glare before his partner decide to interject and gently moved him to the side as he walked over to Turbo*

Guard 2:* coughs* A-Ahem. I apologize for my partner's behavior.But it is by the word of the queen that we ask you this.All we seek is any information you may know about the overlord.* He explained in a much more softer and calmer tone in comparison to his ally*

Turbo:Information!? My brother in Chaos. Did I not just tell you guys like 20 minutes ago? I don't even know why I'm here!*Slamming his hands down on the table with his shoulders shooting upward. He growled as he was looking up at the two guards* I have only been back in the city for 3 days. Next thing I know. I found out that two of my friends became criminals, a fool with a god complex stole my entire look and that he took over the world...In that same day. That guy attacked me, my friend and your lunatic of a leader!* He recounted,throwing his hands up in the air*

Guard 1:Watch your tone there,boy, I got a half of mind to beat you...*He threatened as he grabbed onto Turbo by his shirt*

Turbo:Half a mind!? Ha! Half a mind is right! I could run circles around you faster than you could think!* He snorted with a confident smirk on his face *

Guard 1: Why you little! *The enraged investigator snarled at the blue quilled needlemouse,scrunching up his hands,he attempted to grab Turbo only for him to quickly move over to the side in his chair.Evading the guard's assault,he tried to grab him again only for the hedgehog to continously evade him*

Guard 2:Sampson,Wiil you cut that out!* He rasied his voice out of frustration as he pulled the other guard away from the table and pushed him over to the side.

Guard 1 (Sampson):Hey, What the big idea!?

Guard 2:The queen had specifically told us to talk with him...NOT to kill him!

Sampson:*He roughly pointed his finger towards the direction of where Turbo was sitting at* That little snot nosed punk just insulted our leader,Y ou're really just going to let him get away with that!?

Guard 2: No.But that still doesn't mean we should kill him. He might just be afraid of what doesn't understand!

Sampson:She and the lieutenants have been through a lot. The last thing they need is this pint-sized gremlin waltzing about.

Turbo:I am not a gremlin!* He retorted, crossing his arms as he stared at Sampson with his hand balling up into a fist,shaking with rage*I am a hedgehog, Get your eyes checked!

Guard 2: Sir Please. Be reasonable*Plead the the passive solider,his hands fidgeting as he turned his gaze towards the exit next to him behind the window was a pair of beaty, monsterous red eyes staring back at him and the others* We just want to know what's your connection with him–*He stated calmly before be proceeded jump of surprise the moment he started to a multicolored surge of electricity appear around the hedgehog's fist as he snapped back at him*

Turbo:How many times do I gotta tell ya!? I. Don't. Work. With him!*He groaned out of annoyance,throwing his face into the palm of his hands and as he shook his head* Can I please just get a doctor for my homie?

Guard 2:I'm afraid we can't do that right now....*He replied,nervously looking off the side*

Turbo:And why is that?* He asked as he crossed his arms and rose an eyebrow*

Guard 2: Well you see,The lieutenants don't really take too kindly to humans here...

Turbo:Okay!? So what if he is a human? They aren't't any more different than you or I. He's got a life too you know!

Sampson: All outsiders are prohibited from passing our gates.That espcially goes for any rouge monsters,rouge droids or humans.*He stated as he placed his hands on his hips and closed his eyes*

Turbo:That didn't stop your leader from bringing my friend in with me, now did it?* He said shrugging his arms with a grimace look on his face* Some of your people are half human theirselves and you give them care. What makes my friend so different? They're in serious need right now. The least you could do is help them, can't you?

Sampson:Maybe if you tell us about those emeralds you got. Then maybe we might reconsider our decision.

Turbo:But I don't have them on me,They were scattered the last time I saw them!

The hedgehog said with honest being present behind his words,before the entire situation had transpired,the Chaos Emeralds had been scattered ever since the meltdown. For all he knew,anyone could already have obtained some of them by now,which brought a heavy and frightening since of worry to him. Knowing just how much power those very jewels could posses. His answers about the emeralds whereabouts however, did not install joy into the hearts of the guards.If anything his answers and remarks were only testing the limits of their patience, leading to them to walk over to the boy with the itching feeling of smacking him across his face. But before either of them could get the chance to make a move,a small beeping sound could heard as someone started to open the door

???:Take five boys. I  can handle things from here.* Called out a feminine voice, one that was smooth and soft spoken, but gave sense of both authority and nurture.*

Sampson and Guard 2:B-But chief we–*The two guards pouted as they reared their heads in the direction of their chief before she proceeded to walk past the two of them.

???:Just leave it all to me.*She said with a light smile plastered over her face as she looked over to the guards* And do me a favor and get his friend some help please?

Sampson and Guard 2: I-I...very well,chief/I-I...Yes cheif.* The pair both said in a low tone of voice,looking down at the floor before they started walking out the room*

Once the two guards had left from the area. The cheif placed glass bowl down on the table,sliding it over to Turbo before she proceeded to pick up something from the bowl and shined it in the light,holding it in front of Turbo's face,revealing the object to be a...chocolate donut

???:Donut?* The figure asked she was offering a donut over to the the hedgehog,who almost immediately jumped back in his seat before losing balance and falling to the floor*

Turbo:Ah! Get that away from me! What is it, poison!?*He asked her,backing away, frightened  by the mere sight of the pastry simply for the fact that for the last minutes he's been facing nothing but false accusations and ridicule, only now for someone to treat him a bit kindly in this place *

???:Nope! It's chocolate with with whipped cream and sprinkles.*She giggled upon seeing the hedgehog's outlandish reaction to her generous offer*

Turbo:Y-You serious? No tricks? No blackmail?* He asked as he slowly rose his head up*

???: Uh-uh. It's just like how liked them.*She simply replied *

Hearing this gave the hedgehog a small sense of relief from hearing this as he slowly reached for the donut in the chief's hand *

Turbo: W-wow...Thanks!* He said with a small smile as he was about to take a bite out of his donut but suddenly hesitanted to do so as a thought came to his mind* Hey wait.. How did you know I eat them like this? Who are you?

???;* Chuckles* Who am I? Oh come Turbo,I know it's been a while since we last spoke but you couldn't recognize me? I'm hurt.* The cheif joked with a playful tone before soon choosing to reveal herself the light.as Turbo watched he began to catch a glimpse of what looked to be wolf like ears on her head and a pair of aqua blue eyes glowing the dark as she stepped

Turbo: Kisara!?* His eyes widen in complete surprise and shock upon seeing the police cheif once she revealed her identity, presenting herself to the human/werewolf hybrid he knew as his friend,Kisara Ventura*

The werewolf extended her hand out over the hedgehog as walked over to him,grabbing his hand to help him back up on his feet again

Kisara (Fractured Nexus): Sorry if I scared you,I just couldn't resist!*She apologized,laughing a little bit to herself*

Turbo:It's all good.* He said as he stood back up,popping his elbow*How have ya been?

Kisara (Fractured Nexus): Eh. I've been better* She said stretching out her arms before picking up another from the bowl*Been kind of busy with all of the patients and clients coming in lately but I've been alright. You?

Turbo:Besides getting lost and chased down by a rabid chompy? Never better* He chuckled lowly,motioning his arms forward with a smile before letting out a sigh* Okay,So maybe not the best but I've been managing.

Kisara (Fractured Nexus): So what's this stuff I've been hearing about you and the big man? Everyone was saying that you and him were working together or something?

Turbo:You don't really believe all that jazz? Do you?* He inferred,  holding his hands out in almost desperate manner as he posed this question*

Kisara (Fractured Nexus): Of course not. Turbo, I've known you have done many things,but working with a tryant isn't one of them. Let alone being one.*  She scoffed,waving her hand away for she'd rather not bother to entertain the idea of her friend and the metal overlord being in cahoots with one another. Let alone them being one in the same*

Turbo had then let out a sigh of relief and wiped off the sweat from his brew after hearing what Kisara had told him,For once he's actually got someone around palace who actually believed his innocence in this situation

Turbo:Whew! For a second there I was thinking you might have been on my case too.

Kisara (Fractured Nexu):No,But there is something that I'm gonna need you're help with here once we get your file cleared up.

Turbo:What's up?*He asked as he was tilting his head slightly to the sidevout curiously before taking a bite out of his donut*If it's about emeralds.I don't really know where they are but I can help you find them.

Kisara (Fractured Nexus): *She shook her head negatively in response as she rubbed her arm*No, it's not just about those..

Turbo:It's not? Then what's all this about?

Kisara (Fractured Nexus) :Well it's.....It's about the others..*She said softly,her wolf ears immediately flopping to the back of her head as a result*

Turbo: Wait, what about them? Kisa,What's going on. What happened?*He asked, worriedly

Kisara: Maybe it's best that I show you as we go,It's....a long story.
