Everyone almost dies (part three)
Kirito's P.O.V.
"Y/N! NO!" I shouted, but it was too late. The arrow pierced Y/N's side, and Y/N collapsed to the ground. I ran forward, and quickly stabbed my sword into the gut of the person who had shot Y/N. Y/N's friends rushed after me, and began battling with Asuna's other friends. I turned to face Asuna, rage boiling inside me. The guy who I had stabbed in the gut fell to the floor, groaning in pain. "It's time for you to die, Asuna. I'll make sure you never hurt Y/N again!" I shouted. I rushed forward and sliced downwards, but Asuna dodged it and sliced at me with his sword. I twisted around and blocked it, then pulled out my second sword, my blue one, from its sheathe and began slicing at Asuna with both swords.
Clang! Shaang! Bang! Claaaa-skrrrraaaat!
Asuna parried each and every one of Kirito's attacks. Kirito sliced at Asuna again, but Asuna dodged it and stabbed Kirito in the side. Kirito yelled in pain and stabbed Asuna in the back with both swords. The boy fell back, away from Kirito, clutching his back and cursing in pain. Kirito then realized that one of Y/N's friends had a sword buried hilt-deep in his shoulder. Asuna and his friends ran from the campsite, and Kirito and the rest of Y/N's friends started addressing the wounds of whoever had gotten seriously hurt.
Y/N's P.O.V
I slowly woke up, keeping my eyes shut due to the brightness of the tent. But when I opened my eyes, I realized I was in one of the tents of our current campout location. My side ached, and I was lying on the wet grass floor. I heard my friends outside the tent, talking about something. What happened? Why does my side hurt? Is Julie ok? Oh no, did Kirito get hurt? No no no what happened? These thoughts ran through my head as I struggled to sit up against the pillow behind me. I managed to sit up, but with a lot of pain, so I leaned back on the pillow. "Ow... My side feels like a horse trampled on it." I muttered. Suddenly, the flap of the tent was pushed open, and Kirito came running in. "Y/N!" Kirito shouted with relief. He ran forward and dropped to his knees besides me. He immediately kissed me, and I melted into his arms. As I kissed back, I hugged him tighter than than I had ever hugged him before. I pulled away from the kiss to catch my breathe, and Kirito pulled my shirt up to my chest to examine my side. "The blood didn't soak through the bandages, so that's a relief." He muttered. "Kirito, why is my side all bandaged up?" I asked. Kirito looked up. "You don't remember? You got shot in the side by an arrow." He said worriedly. Then, suddenly, I got super tired, and before I knew it, sleep had overtaken me once more.
