Early Bird

"We need to break them out of there. Who knows what the hell is being done to them." I panic, quickly coming up with a plan.

"Lui, you can fly, right?"

"Correct!"

"Okay, now remember Vanoss's vision; Wildcat was flying."

"Yeah."

"Maybe if we change that, it'll change his vision and like affect time." I slowly realize I'm starting to sound insane. But I'm reassured when all the guys start nodding.

"Huh, you might be right Moo." Wildcat chimes in.

"I vote Moo to be the captain until we complete our rescue mission!" Lui cheers. My face heats up, I'm not that good of a leader.

"I vote." Mini states and nudges Wildcat in the arm. He chuckles, "Ditto."

"Yep!" Nogla smiles.

"You guys want me to be a leader?" I question, wondering why they want me so bad.

"Well Moo, you're the best." Wildcat states.

"Is that the best argument you have?" I cross my arms.

"Well..." Wildcat trails off and the guys laugh.

"Come on, let's go get our girls back." I instantly regret saying, because the guys laugh along on the way back to Vanoss's truck.

We've tried everything we could with the door; it won't open. Then the guards showed up, but luckily we all could fight off fine. Speaking of fighting, we needed to do a little more to get our friends back.

Wildcat

We drive to the Sandy Shores airfield and "borrow" the best helicopter we can. Moo says getting out of there in a helicopter would be the best, even though in Vanoss's vision Moo gets shot. I can't believe his visions are accurate. I just hope Moo remembered Vanoss's vision correctly.

Lui hops into the pilot's seat; Nogla beside him. Finally, Moo and Mini carry the weapons into the helicopter. They then hop into the helicopter as well.

"You ready?" Lui asks us, like a mom before leaving the store.

"Yes, let's go get our friends away from these scientific freaks," I say and watch the ground get further and further away.

Miranda

I peek into the room the so-called BatOwl is in. She looks up and I hide in the doorway. "I saw you." Her voice is so deep.

"They said you could get dressed." My voice is so damn shaky.

"Well, thanks, but how am I going to do that while I'm strapped down?" She's a very sarcastic and rude person. I shut and lock the door. I easily undo the straps; easy not to touch her. She falls to the ground, "Fuck." I feel bad and reach for her, but she gestures me away. "Here are your clothes." I grab the folded uniform quick. She takes it and puts it on quickly. She zips up the black onesie. We meet gazes for a split second, but I instantly look away; nervous.

"What the hell are you looking at? You trap us in here and then just look at us." She scoffs and wanders around the room. She runs into a stool. "I don't even know what you 100% look like." I spot broken glasses on the ground. I frown and pick them up.

"Your glasses must've broken when you started spazzing out."

"I spazzed? That's new. Must have been a weird vision, and let me tell you, it was."

"What happened?" I question and set the glasses on the counter to be fixed later.

"Well, I had a baby with someone that just figured out that I like them. By the way, we were turned into women. He's actually in the other room. I hope." She frowns, well he... what?

"Why do you guys want me to have a baby. Us to have a baby." She genuinely thinks I'm one of the people who put her in here, but I'm only an intern.

"I'm new here. I'm actually interning."

"Oh. Shit. That must suck."

"Yeah, I originally wanted to be a singer, but..."

"Damn, you're a few careers away from that." She leans back onto the stool, her mouth opens and then closes. She's thinking.

"Is your name actually BatOwl?"

"I don't know if I want to tell you that." Should've seen that coming. Tell her your name idiot.

"I'm Miranda."

"Miranda? Cool."

"My uh, boyfriend/girlfriend, whatever the hell... lover! Is somewhere else in this hell. Do you think you could take me to him?"

"I don't know..." A feeling deep down inside wants me to help BatOwl, but I don't know if she's good or bad. We're the bad guys, aren't we?

Before I can answer her the alarms go off in the building.

"INTRUDERS! INTRUDERS!" The P.A system screams. A smile creeps across BatOwl's face. A fear flows through my gut.

BatOwl

It's gotta be the boys. I smirk and watch fear spread across Miranda's face. I feel a little sympathy. The door bursts open and I've never been so happy to see Wildcat.

"Let's go bitch." He smirks. I hesitate and look back at Miranda. Even though I can barely see shit, I can tell her back is towards me. She's doing something at the counter.

"Here! If you're escaping you might need these." She tosses me a black object; glasses. I slide them on just in time to see her smile and run out of the room. "She just fixed your damn glasses, which I've never seen before." Wildcat exclaims I laugh, "Fight now, talk later." I look back at the boys, "Let's go get our Batcoon." I start sprinting and turn into my owl form. I fly over the scientist and hear bullets fly. Lui walks in with an SMG and takes care of the scientists. I realize I can see in owl form, even without the glasses, like that owl on those glasses commercials; I don't need them.

I fly at every door and glance into the tiny windows. I can't spot Delirious anywhere. Worry fills my tiny stomach.

"Vanoss! He's in this one! Y'all go outside and get into the helicopter! Lui's waiting." Wildcat shouts while guarding a specific door. I glide over to it and land in human form. Delirious is in the same state I was. I rip the straps off. He falls into my grasp. "Fuck, I'm so glad you're here." He tiredly laughs. "They've done so many tests, and made this weird liquid...", his eyes flutter shut. "No! Delirious stay awake!" I grab his suit from before and run out of the room. Wildcat shoots any person who gets close to us. I pass Moo on the way out of the building. There's a big garage door, which is probably for trucks and such. I sprint out, even though my legs are burning. I spot the helicopter and relief fills my body. "Come on Vanoss!" Lui screeches from the chopper.

I set Delirious on and he decides to finally wake up. I curse, "Delirious holy shit!" He looks at me, stunned. "What?! Delirious!" He jumps from the helicopter as an old woman shoots something at him. It's definitely not a bullet. A needle hits him in the back. He falls to the ground; naked. "I'm fine! C'mon, get on! Where're the others?"

"They should be coming soon." Mini states, looking down at his watch.

"Hand me that sniper, Mini." Delirious demands and hands it over. Delirious aims the weapon, careless that he's still naked. His titties are everywhere. I look to where he's aiming. "There's our lying ass mother!" Lui points out. Delirious puts his finger on the trigger. "Love ya, Mom." A dark feeling comes over me as Delirious pulls the trigger and she falls in the distance. I can't control my feelings and I start sobbing. The next events happened so quickly. Moo, Wildcat, and Nogla are back onto the ride, we make it home without anyone getting shot. Delirious caresses me, his arms feeling so strong. Strong for a woman anyway.

"Delirious, what did Mom shoot at you?"

"It was that liquid I was telling you about..." His voice trails off.

"Do you know what it does, or what it is?"

"No, but we'll figure out somehow." The "somehow" in Delirious's sentence cracks.

"Nice voice crack." Wildcat chuckles from beside him.

"I think I know what it is..." Delirious's voice is now as deep as it was before the train accident. I frown and think back to the vision I had in the lab. I feel my stomach, making sure there isn't any movement. I start crying again as Delirious squeezes me into a hug.

They turned him into a man for one reason.

They know we can't bear to be apart from each other, and we love each other; a lot.

Just as an adult would explain to a child... When a mama owl and a daddy raccoon love each other so much...

I sob even harder; we'll just have to use protection, right?
