[lunch: 6]

Well, this is odd.

She was expecting the boy to be here again, hibernating in the now cold break time.

None.

There was no one there.

Many ideas spiraled inside her unique mind, but one stood out the most.

'He found out how much of a freak you are'

And another one interrupt as if mocking her defenseless state.

'Why would anyone want to stay by your side?'

And another one.

'You do realize that nobody cares about you, right?'

And the history just keep repeating endlessly.

'Why are you still alive?'

It's as if her nightmare last night wasn't bad enough to tear her apart, the voices invades her mind, just because a simple thing that has no relevance at all.

Her breaths are quicker, now she struggle to think straight. She grip her head without paying attention to the pain, ready to scream her inner turmoil.

"Hey, are you okay?"

Startled, she quickly comb her hair with her fingers and gazed at the boy who she's been expecting there.

There he was, standing right in front of her, with his cat-like eyes, eyeing her with his blank expression.

She was captivated by his appearance, as this was her first time seeing him actually awake and not napping.

He looks really handsome, with his brown hair that enhanced his milky white skin, cold gaze and thin lips, and his height which is just a little bit taller than her...

"Are you okay?"

He repeat. She snapped out of her daydream and blink twice. She finally processed what he was saying and respond.

"Yeah. Thank you."

He raised his eyebrow, still standing in his place.

"Why did you thank me?"

She then realizes her mistake, but keep her composure by biting her lip and averting her gaze elsewhere.

"Nothing"

"Hmph."

He huffed, dropping the subject. He seemed a bit... rough, from what she could see.

She wonder if he's bad at socializing or that he just doesn't care about others.

"Why do you always sleep here during lunch?"

She blurted suddenly, trying to change the current topic and also voicing her curiosity.

"Because its peaceful up here. Why do you eat lunch alone up here?"

He moves his chin to the empty rooftop to enhance the statement, and now glaring to her most deepest soul. Or so she thinks.

"Because i don't have any friends"

"I don't have many friends either. Want to be my friend?"

"Sure."

The bell rings, interrupting their comfortable silence.

The bell snap her back to reality, as she scrambled on her feet and grab her things.

"I need to go, see you later, Sugar Boy!"

She shouted while dashing to her class, ignoring his comment about the nickname.

When she arrives in her class, she realizes she still doesn't know his name nor his class.

'I guess i'll just have to ask him tomorrow'
