=•Stiles's POV•=

We swam and swam...

Even tho we didn't talk... These times we had together were so special, because we have a connection I don't think I've ever felt with anyone else before.

We just get each other.

I know we've only known each other for not that long, it feels like longer.

Before I knew it we went up to the surface. "Damn! I will never get tired of this" Barry smiles down at his bright red tail. "Yeah... It is really great" I admit.

"I'm gonna miss this" Barry's voice trails off as I give him a confused look.

"The tail? or the swimming?" I ask him curiously as he looks back up me. "All of it, especially swimming with you" his cheeks go red as he glances away.

"This has been really nice, hasn't it?" I ask him as he swims a little closer.

"It really has" He agrees as I close the gap between our bodies and his lips touch mine.

It might've been only for a second but it felt like hours.

"Stiles?" He whispers.

"Yeah Barr?" I whisper back. "Promise me this won't end after I become human again" He asks as I give him another kiss. "you'll never be human" I confirm as his smiles and kisses me.

"What about your girlfriend? Ma...." He asked, waiting for me to remind him of her name.
"Malia, she'll be fine, I can tell she knew what was going to happen soon" I sigh as I release him from my grip.

A light shines from behind Barry's head and I realize the sun is setting. "Wanna head back?" I ask him as he shrugs. "Sure" He looks a little sad, knowing this will be one of his last swims as a merman... with me.

"Race ya?" I ask as I get ready to book it but instead he takes my hand in his, letting our fingers intertwine. "Why don't we take it slow? I go too fast as it is, I really just wanna let these moments last, you know?" He turns to face me as we start towards the beach.
"yeah... I get it" I give him a warm smile and continue to swim.

=•Scott's POV•=

"Okay... Ready to try again?" I ask Jody as she nods her head

For the past couple of days, Liam and I have been training Jody with her powers.

As far as our practices have gone, we know she can control the earth, heal people and she has telepathy.
We usually practise out in the forest where we won't be disturbed, or seen.

"Concentrate for a moment, then let it all out..." Liam starts. "But stay focused, please" I finish as I glance over that the tree she accidentally destroyed the last time she just 'let it all out'.

"I-I will try" She says to us as she turns back to the patch of empty ground she was working with.

I watched as she closed her eyes and raised her hands above her head before quickly opening her eyes again and pushing her arms to point a the ground before her.

It rippled and moved just like the ocean.
Jody's expression changed, she was focusing on something...

We watched as one of the waves became larger, until it was almost like a worm and it came right up to her. She looked up at the wave, the slowly moved one of her hands up towards it and touched it. As her hand barley grassed the surface of the wave it smashed to the ground and became a pile of dirt.

We both lurched forward as Jody collapses, Liam got to her first and caught her mid-fall.

"Woah.. you okay?" He asks her as she looks up at him. "I-I used t-too much..." she murmured as she passed out.

"We should take her back... Think you can carry her?" I ask him. "Yeah, yeah I got her" He assures me as he fixes her position to make it easier for him to carry her.

He carried her bridal style until we made it back to her house, which was the closest.

When we got in Stiles was chilling on the couch with Barry. "Hey, Barry! What's up my man" I smile as we do the man hug thing. "Not too bad, how about you?" He asks me as I nod. "We're training Jody, and well, she over accelerated herself and we came to drop her off" I tell them as Stiles steps in. "Hey Scott, wait what happened?" He asks as Liam answeres. "She used too much power, now can I please put her down my arms kill" Liam says as Stiles leads him to the couch and helps him put his sister down on the couch.
Once she was good Liam stood tall and stretched. "You good?" Stiles asks as he nods.

"So how is she doing? Powers wise" I ask Scott as he shrugs. "She really does have a lot of potentials, she just needs to focus a little more" I tell him as he nods. "Yeah, I have the same problem. Think she'll be up for the plan?" Stiles turns to face me as he shrugs. "She'll be able to do it, just needs more work" I tell him as he nods.

"Hey, thanks again for helping me out with Jody... I'm still having trouble controlling my own abilities so I doubt I could've taught her this much" Stiles puts his arm on my shoulder.
"You're the one who got her powers started in the first place... Actually how are your powers coming along?" I ask Stiles as I tilt my head to face him.

He takes a step back and holds out his hands.

"Not too bad..." He says as he lights a flame in each hand.

"Damn" Liam says as he takes a step closer. Scott gives him a 'seriously' look then smirks and rolls his eyes.

I glance over and see Barry smiling happily at Stiles.

Damn those two would make an adorable couple...

"Nice... Now turn that off before the fire alarms goes off" I joke as we laugh.

After a moment of silence I announced. "Tonight I'm calling a Pack meeting, involving the events we have planned for friday night, I want all of you there. Okay?" I ask as they all nod. "Good" I give them an approving smile then turn to Stiles. "Text me when Jody wakes up, to make sure she's okay" I tell him as he nods. "yeah for sure buddy" he smiles.

=Later that day=

"So everyone listens up, I called this Pack meeting to discuss something that will be happening Friday night" I announce as I get everyone's attention.

I point towards the massive map on the wall of Derek's loft.

"This is the Hunters base, we're going to be breaking in, and stopping them" I say as Malia butts in.

"Didn't we try that already? And we failed" She says as I nod my head.

"But now we have a plan, and with the help of Jody, we'll be able to take them all out" I smile as I gesture to Jody who was sitting beside Stiles.

"What if the same thing happens like last time?" Lydia asks as I smile.

"i know it won't" ...
