Duskkit,

The moment I laid eyes on you
You'd be amazing, I just knew

You were so beautiful with your golden and gray fur
I was stuck to you and your sister like a burr

Then one day, you joined my mom
And I had lost my amazing, and only, tom

The whole clan was grieving
while I was disbelieving

StarClan had taken you way too soon
and you left me staring at the moon

They all said it would be alright
But I didn't even get to say goodnight

I wish I could just see you just once more
Then I'd have another to care for

We all miss you and we'll never forget
But your destiny is up there, I bet

Oh, my tiny baby
I'll see you someday, for sure, not just a maybe

May StarClan light your path
While I deal with the aftermath
