It was 4 pm in New York it's where everyone it was dinner in New York.

I put on my best dress we were going to Mrs. Chang's so it would be special.

Aniyah wore a sparky skirt and my dad wore a black suit my mom and me were matching.

We walked into Mrs. Chang's seeing a woman with a white dress and tap shoes on greeted us sitting at a table with a window view.

" are u all a family?" The woman asked

" yes!" Amelias mother replied 

Aniyah keep playing with the chopsticks knowing she doesn't know how to use them.

She sipped her lemonade seeing Michelle walking in with a couple off we friends 

Amelia raised her eyebrow and she had a nasty look on her face

The woman came back with there foods.

Amelia's POV 

I could hear Michelle giggling across the room as I took a bite of my pizza

Michelle looked at me I could see her face smirking at me.

" daddy can we get ice cream!" Aniyah asked with puppy dog eyes

" fine" he said crossing his arms I could see him smiling 

My dad was always happy when we were happy he always make us feel safe

I would get scared because I get chills when my dads in the military I don't want to lose him.

I ate my ramen I felt stuffed until my dad told us a joke.

" why does everyone say to actors break a leg." He asked 

" because every actor has a cast!" He said 

We all laughed my mom and dad's favorite song came on.

" would u like to dance?" He asked put his hand out for my mom to grab

" of course." She replied grabbing  his hand

They danced around the room me and Aniyah clapped.

Everyone in the shop cheered we went out of the place we got a scoop of ice cream

I got mango of course it was delicious I licked every last drop.

I went home I walked into my room I had saw my phone sitting on my vanity.

I could see I got 42 text messages from Reyna.

I took off my shoes.

I called Reyna I could hearing police in the background.

Reyna : amelia 

Amelia : yea 

Reyna : my mom got in a accident 

Amelia : I'm on my way.

I got into the car speeding to reynas

I could see the police cars crowding the house.

I saw Reynas moms car smashed into the wall.

I saw Reyna standing at the door with her arms crossed I saw tears drop down her face.

I ran over to her " Reyna what's going on!" I hugged her quickly 

" my moms on her way to the hospital." She said sobbing 

We drove to the hospital with Riley in the back seat of the car.

We walked into the hospital seeing nurses all around the place.

" excuse me have u seen Denise walker?" Reyna asked one of the nurses

" she's in room 73 I'll take u there."  The nurse said while taking us to a blue room 

The thing keep beeping " Mrs. walker are u okay?" I asked grabbing her hand.

"I'm fine thank u for asking just the doctor tested me if I caught anything." She coughed

The doctor walked into the room " excuse me who are u people?"  The doctor asked 

" they are my daughters!" Mrs. walker lied

" ok well your test results are negative." He told her

" u can take her home, in a couple of days" he said 

I had went home packing my bag I knew how hard it was for Reyna to be away from there parent.

I packed my backpack for school and all the clothes I needed my dance shoes everything.

I of course couldn't tell my dad but I told my mom because my dad would be upset I wouldn't be spending enough with him.

I closed the door slowly on the way out of the house making sure I wouldn't make A lot of sounds.

I knocked on reynas door it was about midnight I sleep in her room.

Reynas POV 

I snuck out of the room quickly as Amelia fell asleep I grabbed a pine of ice cream.

I opened my computer watching the breakfast club.

Amelia's POV 

I woke up getting out of bed I put on my uniform since it wasn't Friday bummer.

I grabbed my bag I saw Reyna on the couch I smiled covering her with a blanket.

Walking into school I hurriedly ran into my first period it was easy to pass someone without knowing because of my height.my teacher leaves the door open until the bell rings I sat in the back of the class to get away from cheerleaders, jocks, boys , everyone. It's embarrassing unless your a nerd to get picked in front of the class.

I opened my note book skipped a few pages and started drawing anything that came to mind.

After the bell ring  I ripped the page out of the book my classmates rushed in.

I was glad that Michelle Paterson wasn't here she makes my life a living heck.

Sophia sat next to me I saw Michelle enter the room I could see erinx in the door way waving at me.

I rolled my eyes putting my head into my English book.

Michelle sat at the desk behind me kicking my chair.

" quit kicking my chair." I whispered 

Then a sub walked in which wasn't Ms. Anderson.

" hello kids! I am Mrs. Jackson I will be your English sub!" Mrs. Jackson said while putting a few books on her desk.

I sat straight up ready for the lesson.

Michelle kicked my chair again.

" stop kicking my chair!" I scream loudly the whole ocean could here.

Everyone looked at me.

Michelle's grin turned into a mad face.

" detention." Mrs. Jackson said 

" whatever." I mumbled 

After class Mrs. Jackson showed me to the detention room I sat at a sticky desk.

I quickly put my jacket on my lap.

Michelle and Jenny giggled.

After a few hours I missed my classes because of detention.

It was the end of the day I could hear Michelle giggling in the hall.

She walked into the class I hid my phone in the desk.

" hey Amelia.." she said while grabbing both of my arms.

" Michelle what are up doing?" I asked nicely

" your about to take a little swim." She said pulling me to the swimming pool.

" enjoy." She smirked pushing me into the pool.

I opened my mouth trying to swim up then the school gates closed so I was stranded there.

I quickly ran to detention Grabbing my phone that almost went dead.

I called Reyna.

Reynas POV 

I got a call from Amelia.

" hello?" I asked

" please pick me up from school I'm freezing!" She said as her voice broke up.

I drove to the school quickly Amelia got in the car.

She explained to me what happened.

Amelia's POV

I took a hot shower playing my favorite playlist.

I texted Sophia playing video games we played among us all night.

Reyna joined in we laughed and played.

" what should we get to eat?" Reyna asked while scrolling thru post mates

" idk really I'm kinda craviing Chick-fil-A " I said grabbing nerds and stuff from my  backpack.

We ordered Chick-fil-A I ate like 3 boxed Riley snuck down the  stairs and room 4 of ours.

We fell asleep knocked out on the couch.

A few days later..

It was finally Friday I got to wear free dress!

I wore a white butterfly crop top with blue jeans.

Reyna finally wanted to go to school since her mom would be home Monday.

We took Riley to her first day back to elementary school.

Riley's POV ~§

I came back to 3rd grade I was scared to see my friends.

I walked into Mrs. Nickerson's class seeing her sit at the desk.

" welcome back Riley!" She greeted me

" hello Mrs. Nickerson." I said to her sitting at my desk

Every kid looked at me like I was any different.

I had saw Aniyah walking in the line in the front she waved at me.

The Mrs. Nickerson pulled out the times tables test.

" what is your best u do in times tables?" She asked me having colorful papers in her hand.

" um the 12 times tables!" I lied

She pasted me the 12's paper in Orange.

It was a 5 minute test I looked up at the chart copying all of the stuff.

Mrs. Nickerson looked at my paper with a confused face.

Amelia's POV 

It was lunch finally I ate some chicken soup which was amazing!

Me and Reyna were in the hallway I saw Michelle pass by.

" well hey dorks." She said with a attitude .

" hey amateur." I said rolling my eyes.

" dork" she said pushing me into my locker

" if your going to be two faced atleast make one of them pretty." I laughed at her

" ugh!" She yelled walking away

I walked thru the hall I saw erinx coming from food biology.

I glanced at him he didn't even pay attention to me.

I slammed my locker seeing Sophia walking over with coffee all over her skirt.

" what's wrong ?" I asked looking her up and down

" some new girl spilled coffee on me on purpose." She yelled trying to get it off her.

" what did she look like?" I said 

She described a blonde with ocean tips she had her uniform shirt cut into a crop top.

It was art class my favorite class!

I sat in the front row to get the best view of the lesson.

Then the blonde ocean tip girl sat next to me.

"Oh hey!"the blonde girl said to me.

" uh hi." I replied 

" you must be Amelia! Correct?" The girl asked

" yes I am and u are?" I asked

" Brooklyn Rivera sage bonds girlfriend." Brooklyn said

" oh nice to meet u and I'm sophia's friend." I told  her looking her in her dark black eyes

" oh. yeah well I don't talk to her anymore." She said looking down at the desk

" why? " I asked 

" well let me tell u as story." She looked at me in the eye

Sophia and me were good friends in freshman year.

we both looked kinda funny but I dyed my hair blonde.

Sophia stayed the same but also something happened during summer.

She glowed your a lot but it was all natural her hair wasn't dyed nothing.

Then I started to get jealous sooner during sophomore year she got popular.

Then I found out she got a boyfriend Tom he was from San Francisco.

Then I made a plan with him for him to breakup for me.

He told her and we all had a talk and sage found out and we broke up,

Then got back together after I ditched Tom.

" and that's that." She told me

" your a traitor u know that right?" I asked her

"Nope." She said

The teacher walked in late with a Red Bull in his hand.

" good morning class sorry I was late!" Mr. devour said

I wondered if he even had a life.

Brooklyn keep playing with her hair.

I drunk my Starbucks coffee to stay awake during class.

I looked in my social studies book reading almost 5 passages.

Brooklyn was asleep taking over the whole desk.

Surprisingly he let me go early because I finished.

Since there was nothing to do in this school fun I took out my phone and sat my locker until all my friends were out of class.

I had lunch off campus with Reyna and Kendall.

We went to in and out I was starving.

" have u guys meet the new girl?" I asked taking sips of my shake

" Brooklyn? I met her in Spanish." Kendall said while taking a  bite of her burger 

" haven't met her yet. I saw her in the hall I think she spilled coffee on Sophia." Reyna said 

" yeah she's kinda rude." I said taking a bunch a fres

" oh" Kendall paused.

We continued eating taking about the teachers , Barbie dolls , friends.

" what's up with u and erinx meilla?" Kendall asked

" nothing really we don't talk much." I told her

It was the end of the day I was extremely tired.

I was glad I finished my homework at lunch break.

I took a hot shower which felt amazing.

I put on a comfy nice white outfit.

I sat on my bed opening my laptop to Hulu watching the hand maids tale.

I opened my blinds then I saw erinx across the street skating he looked at my window looking directly at me.

I closed my blinds fast.

I fell asleep then I heard something.

It was erinx he opened my window

" Erinx what are u doing here?" I asked 

" I wanna talk to u." He said
