"Y/N!" yelled a familiar voice in the distance. You turned around to find Collei,  a forest ranger trainee,  running towards you like a maniac. Collei crushed you into a hug as you were suffocating. She was hugging you a bit too close and too much. But you had to admit that you liked the hug. You haven't seen Collei for a few years since you had to return to Inazuma to deal with the Raiden Shogun,  Ei. Collei than let go and gave you a smile that you couldn't ever resist. Collei was a kind soul but a shy one too. You started chattering on with Collei since you needed to catch on with her after not seeing her.
"Collei!It's so amazing to see you again. You're such a sight for sore eyes!" you said, exaggerating.

"Well! It's amazing for me! I haven't seen you in years! Here, I have a gift for you!" said Collei,  taking something out from her pocket.

What she pulled out was a small gift box wrapped in light green wrapping paper. It was topped of with a white bow on the top. Small, but unique!

" Collei... Thank you so much!" you commented,  as you held it in your delicate hands.

"Just open it,  Y/N! I'm dying for you to see what is inside!" replied Collei with a desperate look on her face.

"Alright,  alright. I'll open the gift box!" said Y/N, huffily.

As you unwrapped it, inside was a beautiful half heart necklace piece with the first letter of your name on it. You took the necklace by the string and got a bit teary. You decided to look at Collei's neck and found a half heart piece like yours but with a C.
"Aww! Collei,  thank you so much!" you cried,  happily.

" Oh! Y/N! I want you to meet someone!" said Collei like she forgot.
You placed the necklace on your neck quickly and Collei suddenly took your hand,  speeding off to who knows where-

(I know the first part was a full on conversation but the interesting part is here....)

As Collei and you were running past the Avidya Forest full of trees,  you were wondering who Collei wanted to introduce to you. Awfully when you and Collei have been FaceTiming on both of your cell phones, she's been rambling on about her new instructor. Someone she calls "Master". I think that is who she wanted you  to meet. Collei has been giving me some hints throughout the way.
Both of you guys then arrived at an arrangement of vanilla bungalos on wooden platforms. The roofs looked like they were made of moss but no-
Collei then took a map and it was for something called " Forest Ranger Rest Area". She was tracking a certain area and pointing to the trail where on the map,  it says " Master's Study Area".
Collei folded the map into a roll of paper and stuck it into her bag. She then grabbed you again but this time by the arm. She dashed off, trying to remember the trail to her master's study area.

-After arriving at the area on the map-

"We're here!" Collei announced as you stopped running for breath.

"Collleeii" you complained.

"I think you killed my ass..." you said,  glaring at her in a not-so-rude way.

" Y/N,  you'll be fine! He's in here! C'mon!" Collei said, leaving you to your own devices.

You saw Collei leave into the biggest bungalo in the resting area. You decided to follow her into it and you had found yourself inside a small, but quaint study area. Their was a big bookshelf full of fat books, a bed beside the walls of the area, and a wooden desk right next to the bungalo entry. 

You saw a person with black ears, tail, and hair mixed with a rather dark green. He had on particular clothes and he was writing in something with a thin,black pen. 

"Uh, Master?" Collei called out to him, timidly through the doorway. 
The person lifted his head and turned around. He looked at Collei first and then you. 

You felt nervous. He was looking at you carefully with caution but relaxed. But you couldn't help but stare at his gentle, green eyes. To you, you felt in love but then looked away. You couldn't believe that you were falling in love with a person you haven't met. 

The person then looked at Collei again and smiled. 

"Collei. I was just writing a note to the Akademiya about something personal. Do you need something?" he asked. 

"No, Master. But I wanted you to meet someone! This is Y/N. She was my friend from Inazuma! Remember? The one I was talking about?" Collei said, getting a bit upset. 

"Oh! Right." the person said. 
He stood up and held his hand out to you. 

"I'm Tighnari. I train Collei into forest watching. She's been talking a lot about you." said Tighnari, with a smile. 

You shook his hand, returning him a smile. 

Little did you know, the smile caught him off guard. He was dazzled by your smile and he felt a strange feeling in his body, as though he liked you. 

Thing started to get silent and Collei interrupted. 

"Y/N. Would you like to go to Sumeru City and get a few treats?" Collei said, ecstatic again. 

"Sure! I'd love that!" you said, taking Collei's hand. 

You then did something unexpected. You waved goodbye to Tighnari and surprisingly, he waved back. Now that could've made your brain stop working but you couldn't get distracted. 

You and Collei ended up getting a few treats and even shared a delicious sundae. Couple of times Collei had to interrupt by calling your name to get back into the topic. But it wasn't your fault that Tighnari and his beautiful smile had made you feel much more like acquaintances.
