Another week passed but still no response from Sanyukta. Randhir was always by her side and waiting for her to come back to sense. It's getting hard for him to handle Rayna and Shaurya as well. They both are demanding for their mother. They're crying and showing tantrums because they wants their mamma only.

He sits near her bed and took her hand in his between palms.

"Sanyukta, I know you're hurt and angry on me but please wake up. Your babies need you. I can't do it anymore. I can't handle them now. I can't lie them anymorw. They asked for you. They wants you. They cry for you. Wake up for them. They misses you a lot." He said squeezing her palm and rested his head on the bed.

The other fact is, he also misses her. He miss her more than their kids. He was living with the guilt of hurting her mentally. He was in guilt because of him she was lying on this hospital bed. He wants to apologizes her for those words.

The Next Day

Randhir was in a meeting because it's really important for the company. He was skipping office and staying at the hospital but today he had to go office. He was explaining about his project to his client when his secretary barged in huffing badly.

"What the hell, Ms. Reyes?" He literally shouted at her.

"S.. sir... sorry to interrupt you but you said if any important call or message received on your mobile then inform you. It's from hospital." She said forwarding his mobile to him.

"Mr. Murphy, I can't continue this meeting today. I really hope you to understand my situation. If you're still interested in working with me then contact my assistant. Sorry for the mess." Randhir said going from there.

He was just worried for her. Soon he reached hospital and ran to her room. He enters the room and surprise to see her sitting on the bed. She looked at him and the nurse removes needles from her wrist.

"How're you feeling, Ms. Agrawal?" The doctor asked.

"I think better. Where is my daughter and how is she?" She asked impatiently.

"Relax, Ms. Agrawal. Your daughter is absolutely fine and already got discharged from the hospital two weeks ago since you're in coma. Mr. Shekhawat took her home." The doctor replied with a light smile.

She looked toward him who was already looking at her with assurance.

"Talking about your injuries then they're deep and will take time to heal. You'll get discharge after a week. Mr. Shekhawat, press the buzzer if she feels pain. I'll leave now." The doctor said and went from there.

"Where is Rayna? Is she alright?" She asked worriedly.

He sits on the stool near her and took her hands in his palms.

"She and Shaurya are with my parents. Rayna was traumatized by the accident but my mom and dad made sure she come out it soon. She was asking about you but I told her you're not well." He replied squeezing her hands.

"Thank you. I don't know what happened that day? I pulled the brake but the truck didn't stopped and collided with the car. I th... I tho... I thought I.. I ca.. couldn't sa.. save her." She sobbed covering her face between her palms.

He stood up and quickly embrace her thus she cried.

"It's ok. You saved her. Now you and Rayna will stay in my sight forever." He said caressing her hair thus she pulled back and wiped her tears.

"No, Mr. Shekhawat. We will be fine." She said looking away and he sighs before holding her face.

"Let me in, Sanyukta. You and Rayna won't be fine. And after knowing that it's not a normal accident I can't let you both live alone. Let me protect you both." He said brushing his thumb on her cheek and a lone tear escaped from her eyes.

"It was not an accident. Oh God!!! Who tried to kill my baby girl?" She asked panicked and he placed her head on his chest.

"Ssshhh... I've already hired private investigator for that. I promise I won't leave that person who tried to hurt you both." He said caressing her hair.

"No, I think I will leave the city. It's best for my princess and me." She mumbled thus he pulled back and looked at her in disbelief.

"And where will you go? Do you think by leaving city will safe you and Rayna? They will follow you everywhere. You don't know what kind of these people are? They tried to hurt Rayna means they're probably heartless. Stay here with me. I'll do anything to protect both of you." He said trying wipe her worry crease.

"I just want my princess to be safe. I don't care about myself. I don't care if someone kil.."

"Sshh... don't say that. I care for you too. Stop taking stress about other things. Right now you need rest." He said laying her down and covered her with a quilt.

"Why are you behaving different?" She asked raising her brows.

"We'll talk about it later. Sleep now." He said softly and she closed her eyes.

A second later she felt something warm on her forehead and her heart flutters with affection. Something is changing between them; what is it? They don't know but they're loving it.

Two Days Later

Sanyu was reading a magazine that Randhir bought for her. Just then the door burst open revealing Rayna and Shaurya. She put the magazine aside and laughed seeing both of them.

"Come here, my babies." She said opening her arms.

"Careful with her." Randhir comes following them.

They climbed on the either sides of her and hugs her.

"Mamma, I missed you." Rayna said kissing her right cheek.

"I missed you too, mamma." Shaurya said kissing her left cheek.

"I missed you both, my babies." She said kissing on their forehead and snuggled them in her arms.

"Mamma, are you hurt?" Rayna asked placing her one hand on her cheek.

"Mamma, do you feel pain?" Shaurya also asked placing his one hand on her other cheek.

"I'm fine, babies. Did you guys eat?" She asked caressing their hair.

"Yes, mamma. Granny made pancakes for us." Rayna said licking her lips and she chuckled.

"Ok." She said checking her forehead injury which was covered under the white bandage.

"Mamma, when you come home?" Shaurya asked.

She felt dizziness because she still not used to Shaurya calling her mamma. She loved it when he calls her mamma but she was still scared of Randhir's reaction. She just doesn't want to get hurt again or want to hear some more hurtful words from him.

"After some days." She replied rubbing his arm and he nodded his head.

"Ok. You guys have bring your paint book then why don't you do it?" Randhir said thus they eagerly ran to the couch and started paintings.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Shekhawat. I'll make him understand soon that I'm not his mamma. I'm sorry." She said looking at everywhere but him.

"Sanyukta... Sanyukta... Sanyukta. Stop making me feel guilty anymore. I'm already burning inside with the guilt. Somewhere deep in my heart I still felt that I'm responsible for that accident. If I shouldn't have said those words to you; you wouldn't get lost and hurt. I was just insecure and protective toward my son. Insecure because I don't want you to stole attention of my kid and also because I don't want you to hurt him." He said holding her hands and she jerked his hands.

"How could you think so low of me? If I wanted to hurt him then I would have done it when I took him to my house for the first time. I'm also a mother and wouldn't think in my bad dreams to hurt a child. I genuinely cared for him and when I got the news that he was sick. I felt so uneasy. I was scared for him. Just because of your insecurities and fear; you said awful words to me. You judge me even after knowing about me. Tell me, if Rayna calls you dad by mistake what will you do? And what will I think about you?" She snapped at him with teary eyes and he bites his inner cheeks.

"She already calls me daddy." He said scratching the back of his nape and she widened her eyes.

"What? What did you said?" She asked holding his chin between her fingers and lifted his face.

"You heard the correct thing. She calls me daddy." He replied nervously.

"How did this happens? Enlighten me, please." She mouthed coldly and he sighs.

He narrates what happened at back then and she glared at him.

"So this was happened back at my parent's house." He replied with a silly smile and she slightly slap his cheek.

"I wanted to slap you hard but our babies are here and I don't want to scare them. I don't want them to think that their mother is mad woman. Tell me, did you just tricked my daughter?" She asked narrowing his eyes and he felt guilt.

"I'm sorry about that. I don't know when will you forgive me but I will try hard for your forgiveness." He said looking down at his lap.

"You know Randhir, I'm not even angry at you. You make me feel proud on you. You know why?" She asked lifting his face.

"Why?" He asked back looking in her eyes.

"I'm proud of you because after having this handsome face, hot muscular body still you stayed single for your son. You didn't let any women enter in your life. You're aware that if you won't play your father's role better then Shaurya may be slips into the darkness. I felt bad when you said those words to me but I also knew you just wanted to protect your son. You're honest and loyal." She replied with a small smile and a tear escaped from his eyes which she wiped it later.

"Fuck!!! I just cried in front of you. It's all your fault." He said taking deep breath and looked away while she chuckled.

"Don't worry. I won't tell anyone that arrogant, jerk Randhir Singh Shekhawat cried in front of a girl." She teased him and he glared at her.

"Shut up, Agrawal. You don't have to that much sweet and pure in front of me." He said still feeling embarrassed.

"I'm like this always, Randhir." She said twisting her lips and he held her arm pulling her closer carefully.

"You have been calling me by my name and I didn't notice in the first place." He said huskily and she breathed a little by their proximity.

"Go away, you caveman." She said pushing him and he chuckled.

Mamma...

Dad....

Their trance was broken by their kids and both tried to jump on the bed which he helped them.

"Mamma, I draw cow. Look..." Rayna said showing her paint book.

"And I draw buffalo." Shaurya said showing his paint book.

Randhir and she looked at the paintings amusingly then chuckled.

"Princess, is it cow or bull?" Randhir asked thus she pouts at him.

"Dad, of course it's a cow. Princess is girl and she draw it so it's cow." Shaurya huffed.

"Do you know what does cow give us?" Sanyu questioned them.

"Mamma so silly. Of course milk." Rayna replied hitting her head lightly.

"But she didn't draw nipples then how can a cow give us milk?" Randhir blurted out thus Sanyu widened her eyes while both the kids looked at him with confused expression.

"Randhir, stop. What the h... what are you speaking in front of kids?" Sanyu slapped his arm hardly and he glared back at her.

"What? I was telling them the truth." He said with a shrug and she held his collar and pulls him closer.

"They haven't seen a cow in real then how the hell will they know about nipple? And did you just said nipple word in front of them? I'm telling you to be careful or filter your mouth around our kids." She warned him greeting her teeth and he gulped his saliva.

"Mamma, what is nipple?" Rayna interrupted them and he pulled back clearing his throat.

"Yes mamma, what is it?" Shaurya asked impatiently and she glared to Randhir.

"Anyone hungry? I'm going to get pizza." Randhir said thus both the kids squealed.

"Daddy, I want chocolate chip ice cream." Rayna said excitedly then she bites her lips and looked at him with puppy eyes.

"Princess look at me." Sanyu said holding her face and she looked at him with moist eyes.

"I'm sorry, mamma." She sobbed and Sanyu hugged her.

"I already knew it and I'm not mad at you." Sanyu said wiping her tears and kissed her forehead.

"So I can call him, daddy?" Rayna asked innocently.

"Yes, princess. I told you I'm your daddy. You don't have to ask your mamma." Randhir said pinching her nose and she giggled.

"Love you, daddy." She kisses his cheeks.

"Love you too princess. So chocolate chip for princess. What about you champ?" Randhir asked lightening the atmosphere.

"Cherry gracy (Garcia)." Shaurya replied thinking deeply.

"And what for you mamma Agrawal?" Randhir asked teasingly and she slapped his arms.

"Shut up, Shekhawat. Mango ice cream will be fine for me." She replied twisting her lips.

"Jesus!! You're one abusive woman. I can't deal with you." He said throwing his hands in the air and the kids laughed.

"And you're one annoying man. You don't let me stay in peace." She said rolling her eyes and he huffed before going out of the room.

Sanyu chuckled giving hive-five to Rayna and Shaurya. She asked them to bring their paint book here so that they can paint together.
