I Trust You With My Life

+Gravity Falls: Forest by the Mystery Shack+

Dipper spent the morning sleeping for sometime for tonight's plans. He had to be sneaky once everyone else was asleep since it wasn't a hunting day. When he woke up from his sleep, he found his twin sister staring down at him.

"Ah!" The brunet fell of his bed and groaned. "What the? Mabel, were you watching me sleep?" He asked as he rubbed the side of his head.

"Sorry DipDot, didn't mean to scare you. It's just rare for you to sleep during the mornings." Mabel apologized.

Dipper rolled his eyes and smiled at his sister who returned the smile. "Yeah I've been really tired lately so I was catching up on some sleep. Did you need me for something by the way?" He got off the floor and sat on his bed.

Mabel nodded, "Your admire is here to ask you out again." She gives him a lost love look and laughs.

The boy sighed and took a sleeping dart from underside of his bed. "I told him I'm not interested Mabel."

"Oh come on Dipper, Chaos is so cool and handsome! Not to mention he's the best hunter in our group next to Wendy!" Mabel's fangirl side kicked in and she squealed a bit in excitement. "I don't get why you don't like him."

"You wanna know why Mabel!" He shouted in irritation. "How he gets our supplies, he kills humans without mercy. He drains the blood of each human until they're dry! The guy even killed his own father and you know what family means, to all of us!" Dipper punches the bed he's sitting on. "I hate it!"

Mabel seized her fangirl side, covered her mouth and went to her brother's side to calm him down. She patted his back and whispered words of comfort to him. "I sorry Dipper, I forgot you don't like those things. I know... He killed his father, he was a nice guy too, but we have to move on from that. That was a long time ago."

Dipper hugged his sister tightly. "I'm sorry I shouted at you Mabel. His father was important to all of us. We can never move on or forget about it. I'm just stressed a bit from or group, especially him."

"Your not disappointed in me right?" Mabel ask hesitantly. She was feeling self conscious about herself because whenever it came to Dipper's feelings, she'd wonder about how she made her brother feel.

He shook his head against his sister's shoulder.

"You at least show mercy to you victims."

+Down stairs in the shack+

"Mr. Pines."

"What is it Chaos?" Stan said back to the teen. Frankly he didn't like the teen around his great niece and nephew. Especially around his great nephew.

"Tell me how to win you great nephew's heart. I tried a lot of things to please him, but he's being stubborn." Chaos said to the elder vampire. His I'm-so-innocent-smile plastered on his face.

Stan rolled his eyes and went back to restocking the shelves. "Figure it out yourself kid. I'm not helping you win my great nephew's heart."

"Aww poo." Chaos flicked one of the bobble heads and watched it bob it's head up and down on the counter. Footsteps in the quite shack were heard coming down the stairs and towards the room they were in. The person came in and Chaos smiled happily. "Hey Dips!" He greeted.

"Chaos, I told you I will never be your mate or date you, like ever." Dipper firmly says and backed up when Chaos kinda got into his personal space. Never mind that, he did get into his personal space.

Chaos kept his smile, "Oh Dips, your gonna have to realize it sooner or later that you love me." The his eyes fell on the clock realizing how late it's become already. "We'll look at the time, it sure flies by fast." He pecked a quick kiss on Dipper's cheek and rushed out the door with a quick goodbye.

Dipper quickly rubbed the sleeve of his shirt against his cheek with disgusted etched on his face. "That was disgusting."

"Wish I could punch the kid for you Dipper, but you know..." Stan trailed off as he headed back out.

"I know Grunckle Stan, we all know we can hit him unless we have the balls to do so." He grumbled as he disappeared into the dark hallway back to his room. "He's the Prince of Vampires for darkness sake."

+Early Night+

Finally the darkness took over the last light of day. Dipper stayed up all ready to go to Bill's house(mansion). Using his heightened senses he checked to make sure everyone was in deep slumber before leaving the house. His Great Uncle Ford was in his lab downstairs deep asleep. Grunkle Stan was snoring away in his bed dreaming of being rich probably. His sister was snoozing and he knew she was dreaming of something Mabel related.

He opened his window and jump out, he levitated down to the ground quietly. "Now to Bill's house." He said quietly. The brunet followed the river downstream again while glancing at the moon every so often with a slight smile gracing his face. Dipper got closer to the property of the humans.

"There it is." He was quick on his feet to move through the trees and bushes. Careful not to make any sound seeing some of the patrol Bill mentioned about yesterday. Dipper saw Bill's window open so he levitated himself off the ground and flew quickly over to it when the patrol guards weren't watching.

"Dipper, your here!" Bill said happily, he made sure to say it quietly though since the window was still open. He went to the window and looked around. No guards were suspicious so he closed the window and looked back at Dipper.

"Hey Bill." Dipper smiled at the blond teen.

Bill smiled back at him. "Hi PineTree! That was so cool, I didn't know vampires could fly."

Dipper shrugged his shoulders looking round Bill's room. "Most vampires don't like flying because it gives them a disadvantage against hunters because they have a clear view of us. We only use it when they're are no humans around. It's more for leisure than for battle." He explained to the human.

"Do you have any other powers? That would be so cool!" Bill asked with excitement in his tone hoping the vampire would show him.

"Yeah, but you'll probably find out along the way when we hangout more. I'll tell you that a lot of vampires don't have powers, but I'm one of the few who's gifted to have them." The brunet moved over curiously to Bill's desk and looked though some of his stuff. "Hey Bill... Can I really trust you?"

Bill laughed for a moment, but he notice Dipper giving him a serious look when he turned towards him. He smiled a him, "Of course you can trust me. Think about it for a bit, if you came here and found my family instead of me, then you wouldn't have seen the next day. Plus it's not like I sold you out to my family. I was really looking forward to your company tonight." He told in an honest tone. Bill walked over to Dipper to see what he was exploring around his desk.

The young vampire looked at the things on the desk, it was filled with books, sketch pads, writing tools, and some trinkets. He pick up one of the sketch pad and looked at Bill for permission to look in it. Bill gave him a small nod and let him open it. Dipper was amazed by the beautiful art work sketched on the paper. "Wow." He breathed out when he found a drawing of a old willow Tree next to a pond. Right underneath the tree is a really old looking bench. "This is marvelous."

The human blushed at the comment to his drawing by the young vampire. "Uh t-thanks. I'm glad you like it." He said, stuttering a bit, as he rubbed the back of his neck.

"Bill, I know it's kinda sudden for me to ask this, but could you draw something for me?" Dipper asked flipping through the sketch pad a bit more. He admired the careful details of one of the sketches he found.

"Sure Dipper, I don't mind. What would you like me to draw for you?"

Dipper set the sketch pad down and smiled happily at Bill. "Anything."

Bill looked confused to Dipper. "Anything?"

"Yeah! Surprise me with something." The brunet took Bill's hand in his and he lectured himself of the ground. He flew up bring Bill up with him who was scared at first, but he started having fun. They laughed when they had fun flying around Bill's room.

The both of them forgot about the noise level and heard footsteps coming towards Bill's room. Then there was a knock on the bedroom door.

"Bill? You in there?"

Dipper quickly dropped Bill on his bed and turned invisible when the door was opening. Three people entered Bill's room with different colored hair. The vampire noticed that one of them looked exactly like Bill, but with light blue hair.

"Bill, what's so funny that your laughing? Everyone could hear you from downstairs in the dinning room. Your mom and dad asked us to check on you." The one with purple hair asked with his arms crossed over his chest.

Bill rolled his eyes and glared at the other. "Buzz off Tad, I don't need to tell you, now get out of my room. That goes for the two of you too."

The one looking like Bill seemed hesitant. "B-But Bill, your s-suppose to join us for dinner too. Mother and Father want you there."

"I ate earlier before dinner Will." He told the blue hair teen, Will, with a soft look to his brother.

The last one of the group went to Bill and tugged at his sleeve. "Oh come on Bill, why do you always insist on staying in your room?"

"Because I like being in here without all of you bugging me, especially Nella and Tad, Will your fine." He told Nella firmly tugging out of her grip. Bill watched her flip her long albino hair behind her. "Now leave before I start using force."

The trio seem to tense before reluctantly leaving the room. Bill ran over to his bedroom door and made sure to lock it tight. He let out a heavy sigh and slid down against the door to the floor. Dipper floated down towards Bill and they were now face to face.

"That was close." Dipper said to Bill.

"Sorry PineTree, I forgot to lock my door, I was feeling excited earlier and totally forgot about it." Bill explained to Dipper while rubbing his temples a bit.

The young vampire quickly went to the pictures and picked one up then went back to the human. He showed Bill the photo and pointed to the three humans that had entered the room earlier. "Who are these three?"

Bill smiled a bit and started to point to the one that looked like him. "This one is my twin brother Will Cipher, he's shy and kinda a crybaby. He he handles the southern territory where other vampires of Gravity Falls lives. These two next to him are our cousins. The one with purple hair that covers his eyes is Tad Strange, he's smart and knows how to handle different situations quickly. He handles the vampires in the west territory of Gravity Falls. Finally, the last of the gang with albino hair is Alexandra Nella, she's ladylike but she knows how to play her cards right. She handles the vampires in the east territory of Gravity Falls." His hand falls back to his side and he laughed. "They're all good people, but I don't like them because they follow after their parents work. I forgive my brother because I know he's trying to take my place to be a good hunter for my parents. I'm just selfish by taking what could of been his freedom to not hunt vampires and stay away from danger." The blond frowned and buried his head between his legs and body.

Dipper set the picture down and canceled his powers. He was now kneeling in front of Bill with a sad look. "It's okay Bill..." He tried to comfort the human.

"Am I bad for being selfish PineTree?" Bill asked.

The young vampire didn't say anything and hugged him. It was a long hug that Bill returned tightly. The blond teen stood up and carried Dipper in his arms. "Hey!" Dipper protested to being carried, but he couldn't get out of Bill's hold.

"Hey PineTree, I can trust you too right?" Bill asked that made Dipper stop struggling.

Dipper chuckled, "Yes." He simply answered.

Bill set Dipper down on his bed and went over to his desk grabbing one of his old sketch pads. He grinned at the young vampire and gave him the sketch pad. "You can have this one."

"I can't take this, it's yours, it has your art work in it." He said, but Bill shook his head and placed in Dippers hands.

"It's yours now. Think of it like a gift, PineTree." Bill told Dipper.

The brunet took it and hugged it against his chest. "Well thanks Bill." His eyes seemed to roam over to the window and found the moon in a far position. "Oh darkness, it's already gotten to this time already. I have to leave now Bill."

Bill felt sad that his new found friend was going now, but he didn't have to sweat about it. Dipper was gonna visit him again anyways. This is t the last time he'll see the young vampire. "Okay PineTree!" He went over to the window and checked for the patrol guards. None were in sight so it was a perfect departure time. He opened the window and Dipper sat on the still of the window almost ready to go.

The young vampire gestured for Bill to come over and he did. "Where's my necklace? Before I leave, I have have to know if it's still safe." He watched as Bill pulled it out from under his shirt. It was hung around the human's neck and it made Dipper smile softly. He looked at Bill's golden eyes as those stared back into his. "Protect that necklace Bill Cipher. I trust you with my life so keep it safe."

"I will PineTree, don't worry, this necklace will be no where else, but around my neck. I promise." Bill says with sincerity in his voice. He blinked and found Dipper gone.

"Bye Bill." Bill heard Dipper's quiet goodbye as he closed his window.

"Bye PineTree."
