Her words echoed in his mind, mingling with an ocean of emotions where the waves were so rough that he could not see clearly what they meant. Deep down his heart he felt lost. He felt that he is so close to something so valuable but yet so far. He felt his own heart beating in awe as the final words she spoke to him played games in his kind. Kael was trapped in a maze not knowing the way out, not knowing what to believe.

He shook his thoughts out. What has to be done must be done. " Take her to the convoy, Make ready to leave now" He ordered the men.

Andressa felt numb. Her mind gave up the tiniest of hope she had left as the men dragged her to a fleet of    Vehicles. Her face was smudged in tears. "Free her hands, show some respect to the lady, she will show herself to the car" It was Adrian's voice. "What respect can a woman expect when he only wishes to quench his blood thirst?" Adrian stood speechless at her words. " He will regret what he is doing Adrian, mark my words. He will live to regret for his wrong doing" Adrian stood still as he tried to comprehend what Andressa meant. She climbed in to backseat of the car and said. "I'm not going to jump out of the car Adrian, let me ride free for this one last time. I know he wouldn't spare us" Andressa made her final request, her eyes pleading. Adrian nodded the men to dismiss and got in to the front seat. "So it's you who's going to accompany me for the last time?" Andressa questioned sarcastically. "You don't know what has been going on Andressa, if only you had not done what you did"Adrian replied.

The ride went on and it felt like  for Kael. He felt overwhelmed with emotions and he fought hard to keep his calm. His eyes wondered to the rearview mirror at the reflection of the car she was in. 'You showed that your blood is tainted just as your father.I will never forgive you! Today I shall find peace in blood. Yours and his! Papa, mama, my work here is complete. I am ready to face what ever this final encounter may bring!'

"This is not going to be nice Mateal, he is a monster I tell you! He is a MONSTER, help me release my daughter, I used her to get what you wanted and you have it. She is innocent, help me free her! I am begging you as a father!" Samuel yelled and pleaded at the same time. Mateal showed no emotion, "Ah! Get grip Samuel, we are criminals and we have no emotions. You used your own daughter to get Gurreiro and congratulations you have him! He is coming to you, and you can do what ever you want with him. Everything is fair in love and war and this is war!"Mateal growled.

"Let his men go Mateal, you have all the information about his cartel, let the men go! He will release my duaghter!" Samuel said

"Na Na Na, this is not the way we do things in Mexico! We lay bait and we get our pray and the bait back,patience amigo!"

The ombre shade of the evening sky and the sound of wind carrying swirls of dust combined to create a depressing atmosphere. Rivals stood side by side,  no masks to cover their identities. They were ready for the do or die fight of their lives. Love or war what mattered to Keal was only to know the truth and avenge his long lost parents.

"Out!" Kael demanded Andressa, his strong arm dragged her to her feet from the car seat. Her light yellow dress waltzed with the wind as if it was her last. Her eyes gazed in to his deep dark ones which showed no remorse. 'How cold you are Kael' she thought, "not as much as you are" he said.  Her eyes teared, not because what he said but because their connection was still there. He was still there!

"Cut it out with the romance romeo!"Mateal yelled. "Lets get in to business"
"Send her over and you get your men back" Mateal said.

"Not so fast, I want them here now! or you get to see your sweet girls head blow up" Kael said pointing a gun at her forehead. His grip tightened around her arm and she suddenly fell on her knees. "Get the hell up" He demanded but she could not. Andressa was exhausted, completely shattered. "Just kill me Kael, find your peace in me" she looked in his eyes and said.

"Mateal send the men over, you got what you want!" Samuel yelled.He was restless as Mateal would not release Kael's men. "He will kill her damn it!"

"Oh no won't, he is in love" Mateal said with a smirk and shot at Kael

Andressa screamed in fear as shots were fired. Suddenly the whole area was an arena of gang war. She lay flat on her stomach covering her ears in this chaos.  Nothing was clearly visible in the dust. A hand pulled her to the side of the car and she screamed. She was being dragged on the ground like an animal and she yelled for help. The only name that came to her was Kael! "Kael help me! KAEL.....KAEL!" She yelled but he was not there.

Amidst the gun firing he heard her cry for help, he couldn't see where she was, instead of looking for her he followed her voice and little did he know he was walking right in to the trap. He was caught by several men, he tried hard to fight them but he was over powered. They used a chain to restrain the man who fought like a demon. "KAEL" her voice was fading "ANDRESSA" he yelled back.

"Well Well Well! Just as I thought, look Samuel how love weakens the strongest of men!" Mateal smirked. Kicking him on the gut. Kael crouched, he felt no pain as he wondered why he reacted when Andressa called for help, after all she was one of them!
