"Kael, please! Don't make me cry now." Andressa said looking away. His words made her insides ache abruptly. "Besides, poetic words don't suite you."

"I was trying to be dramatic, like you!" He mocked her.

"It's not funny, you are about to leave and god knows when you will come back and and.." her voice broke and tears pooled in her eyes. He pulled her in to a tight hug and whispered in to her ears.

"I will be back soon before you know that.." "You're gone?" Kael nodded his head in agreement and placed a kiss on her forehead.

"Guerreiro, hora de ir"( Guerreiro, time to go). Adrian was calling Kael.

Andressa stood silent, watching Kael leave. 'His business' this time was way out of his CEO title and it made her feel uneasy. She has seen the guns, the shootings the blood before but this time her instincts were telling that something is just not right. "Be safe my love" She whispered.

Kael entered the old sawmill with Adrian. The place was his father's and Jose was running the place to keep his cover. This place was Kael's sanctuary when he was a little boy. Kael was greeted by the workers of the mill as he walked down toward the rundown old office room in which Jose was expecting him.

"meu filho!" (my son). Jose greeted Kael with a fatherly hug.

"Jose" Kael nodded.

Jose peered in to Kael's eyes as if he was searching someone lost. "Eu entendo que você superou seus caminhos filho, afinal você tem uma esposa agora" (I understand that you have outgrown your ways son, after all you have a wife now.)

Kael stared at Jose annoyingly. "minha esposa é minha responsabilidade, ela não é um assunto para conversar José. Vamos direto ao assunto!" (my wife is my responsiblity she is not a subject for conversation Jose. Let's cut to the chase!)

"mas ela é, ela se tornou uma responsabilidade para todos nós. Há um rato entre nós e é melhor você descobrir quem"( But she is, she has become a liability to all of us. There's a rat among us and you better find out who.)Jose spat out bitterly.

"Do not raise your voice at me Jose!" Kael said banging his hand on the large metal desk. Adrain kept his hand on Kael's shoulder inorder to keep Kael calm.

"Of course, after all you are the Guerreiro. Apologies, I tend to forget that I nurtured you as my son." Jose's words contained nothing but sarcasm.

"Two of our men were killed at Rocinha last night. They were undercover for last six months and have gathered valuable information on Mateal's deals. We suspect that any encrypted data they had must have been taken by their killers. This is the second killing within a month. First one was at Brussels. These are not just any killings Kael, these were planned. Our men were highly trained and they kept a good cover until they were revealed by the rat among us." Jose explained the situation to Kael.

"Do you have any one?" Kael questioned Jose, wiping the sweat built on his forehead.

"If I did he would be dead already as you know it"

"I believe it's either a rat or we are bugged" Adrian added before Jose continued.

"Yes, I have the same doubt and we need to find out quickly or it could be me next in line or maybe...." Leaving a cynical pause "You" Jose finished.

"Kael think over this as a fact, ever since you brought that girl to Rio our sources started to go down one by one, the most reliable and highly trained men. Do you think that is just the luck of Mateal or the FBI?. There is something more to this girl we need to dig deep and find out. After all she is the daughter of Samuel."

"THAT'S ENOUGH JOSE!" Kael pulled the gun from the back of his suit unintentionally. Jose stiffened unable to comprehend what just happened.

"Gurreirro get a grip on yourself. "Adrian pulled the gun away from Kael's hand.

"I am not accusing your wife Kael, maybe she is being used. I want you to be more careful just don't lose yourself around her. Keep your guard. One loose end and we all go down just keep that in mind." Jose tried to give Kael a new vision to think about.

Kael leaned on to the metal wall. The accusations Jose made on Andressa made his blood boil and for a second he lost himself in his feelings for her. He loves Jose as his own father, Jose gave him hope to live when Kael was orphaned as a boy and today he raised his gun at him out of impulse. A thousand questions were storming in his mind. The mafia and love is a lethal combination he thought. Kael lived for one thing, to avenge his parent's killer. Mafia was his life and he believed nothing beyond that. What if one day he had to choose between his passion and his mission.

"Gurreirro, they are ready"

Kael snapped in to reality when Adrian spoke. Kael covered his face with the mask. Without a word Kael walked to a side of the office and pulled a small metal rod revealing a hidden door behind the wall. He scanned his hand print to open the heavy metal door and it opened making way to the underground safe house.

Hi my dear readers. Here is the new chapter of the story. As you read the story is on a turning point now.

Kael has two most important things in his life. His mission to avenge his parent's killer and his passion for Andressa. Accusations are being thrown toward Andressa by his most trusted men and Kael is in a big problem deciding what to do next.

Will the accusations turn out to be true or will it be just another attempt by Jose to break them up so Kael can concentrate on his mission again?
