Life can't bring worse than this could it? Andressa kept staring out at the night sky through the window. She was happy with life, content of what she achieved for herself, she dreamt to become an inspirational architect, collect some money and buy her own home, support Romano for his college in future but now all that has been taken away from her in a blink of an eye what hurt most was that her beloved papa is an alleged murderer. It can't be, Papa wouldn't hurt a fly he would hardly kill anyone. Kael is making things up to demean papa.

Kael entered the room, Andressa didn't notice because she was drowned in her own thoughts. He freshened up and came out of the bathroom only to find her on the same spot staring outside the same way. He observed her intently, and he decided to break the silence.

"Get some sleep Andressa, tomorrow you are leaving to LA" She didn't turn to look at him.

"Adrian will accompany you. You can go back to being normal.." He was cut off mid sentence.

"Normal, what is normal for you Kael or should I say Guerreiro? You turn my life upside down how can I ever be normal again?" She asked her voice quivering.

"To be honest your last name attached to my name brings heavy wait with it. Nothing is normal with that name, nothing" Andressa broke, she cried resting her face on to the window.

"I am being considerate here Andressa, I do not want to argue with you. End of conversation" Kael said in a hard voice.

"Of course, Guerreiro."

"Don't call me by that name, ever understand"

"Yes, Guerreiro"

"God woman why do you have to get on my nerves every time" He yelled. Andressa sighed knowing that there is no point of arguing with this arrogant man.

" I have a request Kael" She said in a whisper, he didn't answer.

"I want to go home, to Georgia to my family." She finally looked at him directly in the eyes. Her face was damp and red with tears. "Please" Kael looked hesitantly at her. He furrowed and ran his hand through his now damp hair. Andressa looked down with disappointment.

"Never mind" she said.

"Fine, you can go but only for a short visit. Remember you say a word about all this there will be consequences."

He said to her and sighed. Andressa felt a wave of satisfaction run through her, she looked at him in a thankful manner.He made his way to the bed averting her gaze. Andressa took a pillow and went to the couch and lay down. She tried find a comfortable position to spend the night in this cold whether. She saw Kael looking at her.

"What?" She asked.

"Nothing" He replied and she rolled her eyes at him. He turned to the other side facing his back to her.

"This bed cannot take your weight anyway" He said mockingly

"I already knew"She replied sarcastically.

Andressa woke up in the middle of the night hearing a sudden groaning noise. She looked up to see that it was Kael who was making the noise. She quickly went to him in silent movements. His eyes moving rapidly in sleep, forehead covered by sweat and his muscles all tensed up. Andressa didn't have any clue what to do, but seeing Kael in this state made her heart ache. He seem distressed having a nightmare. She sat on the side of the bed and touched his shoulder ever so gently. Leaning over to his face she whispered to his ear.

"Kael wake up, Kael.. Uhh" She gasped loudly as he grabbed her hand so tight that it hurt but he was still a sleep. She shaked his shoulder a little harder with that he sat up suddenly, his eyes wide and panting for breath for a moment he looked as if he was in some horror movie.

"Hey! It's alright Kael, look at me"

Andressa patted him on the shoulder making him come to reality from his stance. He looked at her and then looked at her hand which he is gripping tight then again at her eyes. Without a word he leaned to her and rested his head on her shoulder, lightning the grip on her hand but not letting go. Andressa stroked his back in slow soft motions.

Kael wrapped his free hand around her body pulling her closer. Her chest lightly pressed on to his. Andressa felt his body relax over her,the closeness making her heart beat rapidly. It felt good to hold on to him yet she was having mixed feelings.I am stuck between love and hatred? I wish I knew. I love you and I hate you Kael! Andressa thought for herself.

"Why do you breath in my hair" He did not answer her question. Kael let go of her hand he was holding and pulled her even closer crushing her slim body against him.

"You are so fragile Meu Anjo, I fear I might break you" He whispered in to her ear. Andressa felt a lump on her throat. You already have! She thought.

"Can you keep a secret Andressa?" He asked.

"Uh huh" 

"I see it every night Andressa, and sometimes I see it happen right in front of my eyes but I can't move I just cannot do anything to save them. I am so scared, I am so insecure. I crave for love and hatred. Then I found you, I wanted to crush you but instead you meu anjo made my heart skip a beat when ever I see you. I never had a weakness Andressa but now I do. You are my weakness and I fear for you! 

Andressa pulled away from him, cupping his face with both her hands she looked in to his eyes. The deep dark dangerous looking orbs were now entirely different. They were pleading for forgiveness, for love. She sighed deeply and said.

"Kael, I don't know if it's my place to tell you this but I will."

"You have a heart just like me, you are flesh and blood just like me. You feel things may it be love or hate or pain or happiness. I wish I could take away the pain the memories that made you in to this violent cataclysmic man but I can't. Only you can do it. The path you are following will only bring you more sorrow. Let the past go, follow your heart maybe some day you will find me at the end of the road". She smiled.

"I wish you would do it for my sake Kael" She raised her chin up and lightly kissed his forehead and turned to go back to her couch, but Kael grabbed her hand and she turned to look at him.

"Stay with me" His voice pleading.She stared at him for a good few seconds and said. 

"Alright but don't blame me if your precious bed break because of my weight" She teased.

"Yes I promise" He chuckled. Andressa went to the other side of the bed and lay on the bed. She felt her stomach butterflies fly at the closeness of his body and she laughed at the thought. 

"Oh the irony I get to share a bed with my wife the night before we part" Kael laughed and she looked at his eyes.

"Take some rest meu anjo" He said in a whisper.

"You too" She replied and closed her eyes.
