On my way to the empty classroom, meeting you'd boyfriend sweets after everyone has evacuated the school. You stop in your tracks as you see the football team storm into the room.
"Which one of you reptiles was screwing midge" you heard Reggie demand with his red circle gang behind him.
"The hell is going on? This is a private meeting" jughead tries to stop the fight before it even starts.
"I bet it was you sweet pea" Reggie says spitting a little extra venom when he said sweets name.
"Reggie that's enough" Archie says. Archie and jug are trying so hard to keep the peace between the two. God help them.
"You ass I didn't even know her. But yeah I get why she wouldn't want fleas from you mangy bulldogs" sweets says. With tears forming in your eyes, you turn on your heels. 'He didn't deny it, he could have been lying about not knowing her' you say to yourself, keeping yourself from crying as you walk to pops. When you got to pops, you ordered your usual and started your homework. 5 minutes into your homework you get a text from sweets.
Sweets😘🐍:Where are you? I thought we had plans.

You roll your eyes at the text, not wanting to deal with him. You text him.

Y/n: yea my mom wanted me home for something so I just walked home while you were having your meeting.

He immediately panicked since the text was so unlike you. You were blowing him off and not sorry about it and it showed in the text. You didn't even wanna look to see if he texted back so you just plugged in headphones and played music. You only looked up when you saw 2 figures slide into the booth across from you while another figure slid in next to you. You didn't even have to look up to know it was sweet pea, fangs and Toni. You feel an arm go around your shoulder. When you look up at sweet pea he just shrugged ignoring you, obviously mad you lied to him. You rolled you eyes putting your headphones back in and going back to your homework, ignoring the other three. It had been about a minute before Toni reaches over and shuts your computer before taking your earbuds out of your ears.
"Toni what the hell was that for?! I'm trying to do my homework!" I say
"Well we're trying to talk to you" She comes back at me in the same tone.
"Wanna tell me why you lied to me?" Sweet pea says anger written all over his face.
"Not particularly no" you say crossing your arms and looking up at him.you saw his jaw clench as you told him no.
"We'll leave you two alone" Toni says awkwardly for sliding out of the booth, fangs behind her. When they walked out the door. Sweet pea looked down at you once again.
"I'm gonna ask you one more time. Why. Did. You. Lie. To. Me?" He asked slowly with his eyes filled with anger.
"Because I had a lot of homework and I didn't want to get into the argument that happens when you think that my homework is more important than you" you say simply. You weren't lying, pea always got annoyed when you ignored him when doing homework and it always ended in a fight. "Too bad your little fuck buddy is gone, she could have kept you occupied" you mumble under your breathe so he couldn't understand you.
"What was that?" He asks.
"I have to pee" You lie to him, forcing him to get up. When you both are standing, you glare at him, grabbing your bag and headed towards the door. Before pea could process anything, you were out the door.

"Y/N!" You hear sweet pea yell after you.
"WHAT DO YOU WANT SWEET PEA?!?" You yell at him.
"WHY ARE YOU THE ONE PISSED OFF?!?! YOU'RE THE ONE THAT LIED TO ME!" Sweet pea yells back. You cross your arms over your chest.
"So did you or did you not sleep with that vixen girl before she died?" You challenge him.
"WHAT?!? NO OF COURSE NOT!!" He yells in disbelief.
"And how am I supposed to trust you? Do you not think I've seen you flirting with other girls at the wyrm. Staring at them when they perform their serpent dances with your jaw dropped. If you want to drool over other girls be my guest just don't string me along for the ride. I'd rather date a bulldog than a cheater." You hiss at him before turning on your heels to walk away. Leaving sweet pea standing there angry and confused.
